My 2 friends & I planned a spa day here & had a wonderful experience! We all got salt facials, laid in the infrared pod, melted away in the 4D massage chair, sweated in the infrared sauna & enjoyed a soaking foot detox. Tammy & her daughter were extremely inviting & made it a very serene experience for us. It was clean & calming; the soothing music along with the infusion of essential oils took you away to a different world. I would highly recommend coming here!! My friends & I can’t wait to get back!!

I am so happy to find an amazing massage therapist in the area. I had a 60 minute massage with Antoine and will be scheduling another! He is very skilled and the appointment exceeded my expectations! Highly recommend!

I recently had the Ultimate Spa package. Tammy and her team were wonderful at explaining everything we were about to do. The hydrating facial was my absolute favorite part. The wellness cocoonn and 4D massage chair are things I didn't realize I was missing in my life. Excellent service and experience. I'll be back for sure.

Amazing wellness center and staff in Rice Lake, WI! I've done multiple modalities at Enliven and the staff always takes top notch care of me. I've done personal sessions with both Sarah and Tamara and HIGHLY RECOMMEND working with either or both, if you have the chance. As someone who has been to numerous wellness centers around the world, I can say with confidence that both Sarah and Tamara are high caliber practitioners in their field.
