Such a great space at Brunswick. Stocked well, beautifully set for ease of perusal and accessible for wheelchair access. I received excellent customer service and felt that my queries were genuinely considered. I couldn't fault any part of my visit if I tried.

I really enjoy Gameology. Great products great prices. Major downside that I was only informed of today when picking up my order. They are only selling the commander MTG decks as the sets and even major overpriced for what they would be sold as individual. I don’t know why this is being done this way but I don’t think I’ll be buying MTG cards from them for a while. Even more weird as well since my partner and I have both bought decks recently.

These guys are great. They have awesome stock, competitive pricing, and their customer service is 10/10. The staff were so helpful making sure I had a present sorted in time. I will definitely be coming back here. Their games room looks awesome.

We went into the Clayton store and the guys in there were fantastic. From explaining new cards sets for us to buy and their patience with our kids as well. Really genuine and kind people with such a wealth of knowledge. Will definitely be revisiting!

An absolute pleasure to deal with, I have been to both stores and I cannot commend the staff enough. They are extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. I have taken my daughters there as they are into One Piece and MHA. They are willing to take the time to answer their questions and offer advice. Highly recommend shopping at Gameology.

Amazing place! Could spend a whole day there. I ordered online for pick up and the staff were great, friendly, had my order ready and they were up for a chat when I had questions about all the fun stuff they had. A lot bigger than I thought. I will be shopping here again!

Very good online store, particularly if you live in Melbourne and can take advantage of the same-day delivery which is timed to arrive after work hours (next-day if you order later) - unlike Amazon where the drivers drop it on your doorstep at a random time of day and scarper. Have been buying from them with no issues for quite awhile. Only downside is that their price-match staff don't really check requests properly so I just don't bother (easier to buy those items from elsewhere then go through the hassle). Still, on items where their prices are cheapest (or perhaps a fraction higher) they're a good choice with the fast evening delivery.

Very good experience. Every other game store was out of stock for what I was looking for. I order a click and collect. It was ready in the afternoon the next day! Very friendly staff when I got there and there’s lots to browse as well. Loved it! :)

Such an easy online ordering system, and click and collect is a breeze. Have used this a few times now, and I was even able to forward the email to a relative who lived closer to the store to collect for me, and there were no issues at all. Game in perfect condition and the team are great!
