You
don’t
want
to
deal
with
this
company
if
there
are
any
customer
care
issues.
This
is
my
story:
On
November
15,
2019,
I
ordered
a
massage
for
my
wife
(scheduled
for
her
birthday
on
Nov
27
2019),
thinking
that
she
would
be
able
to
receive
it
by
the
beach.
I
put
this
in
my
request
as
well
(but
I
was
not
able
to
choose
a
beach
spa
in
the
booking
system,
although
I
knew
they
have
a
mobile
spa
there).
I
thought
it
would
be
ok
as
the
booking
system
claimed
free
cancellations
until
Nov
25.
I
asked
them
through
email
(and
through
the
booking
system)
to
confirm
that
my
wife
could
receive
the
spa
on
the
beach.
Since
I
did
not
receive
a
response,
on
Nov
20,
I
canceled
the
appointment
through
the
booking
system
and
through
email.
I
did
not
receive
a
response
on
this
request
either,
so
I
sent
cancellation
requests
for
3
different
emails
I
could
find
on
their
web
page
on
Nov
21.
Still
no
answer…
I
tried
to
call
from
Canada,
but
I
did
not
get
through.
When
reaching
Barbados,
I
had
a
hotel
rep
contacting
them
first
on
Monday,
Nov
25.
They
agreed
to
cancel
it
over
the
phone
and
to
process
a
refund.
They
told
the
hotel
rep
that
it
would
take
3
days
to
process
the
refund.
I
never
got
a
confirmation
email
back,
so
I
asked
the
Hotel
rep
to
follow
up
on
Tuesday
Nove
26.
Same
story
but
no
written
confirmation.
I
provided
email
cancellation
proof
through
my
hotel
and
had
them
to
follow
up
on
Nov
27,
Nov
28
and
Nov
29.
The
same
story
all
the
way
through,
they
said
that
they
would
refund
but
nothing
happened.
I
am
very
frustrated
and
have
not
got
my
refund.
They
appear
to
be
a
scam.
I
lost
220
Barbadian
dollars
and
received
no
massage
on
the
beach
for
my
wife.
I
would
give
0
stars
if
I
could,
but
that
is
not
an
option
here.
