    Brian is an excellent trainer! He customises workouts that fits my needs, experience and body. I feel the burn without totally passing out. He keeps you motivated and coming back. I would recommend his services to all, no matter the age, body type, or skill level.

    Brian is professional, funny, and very effective as a personal trainer. I love his gym and also his flexibility with doing virtual sessions when I need it. I truly look forward to the workouts. He switches it up to keep moving toward my goals and keeps it interesting. Highly highly recommend!

    Brian has been my father’s trainer for around 2 years. My father had a stroke several years ago and after he finished with rehab i wanted him to still work on his balance, walking and strength. Brian is trained as a physical therapy assistant in addition to be a great trainer. Therefore I am always confident that my father is safe working with him and the exercises will be tailored to his specific needs. As a PT myself I can vouch that Brian is very skilled and my father is always happy with his sessions. Also Brian communicates with me regularly on my fathers which I really appreciate. I highly recommend Brian.

    I had tried to work out with a trainer about ten yrs ago. It was not a good experience. The trainer had me work out to the point of nausea and complete fatigue. I felt defeated. Needless to say, that venture was short lived. Now ten years older, I found my strength and stability worsening and knew I needed to do something to improve. I just didn't know where to start. I am so thankful I found Brian. He is very knowledgeable and I enjoy working with him. Instead of watching the clock, I find our workouts fly by. After an evaluation, Brian designed my workout specific to my needs. He even took the time to make instructional videos of the exercises to review at home. Who does that??? I'm excited to reach my goals with Brian's expert tutelage.

    I have been working out with Brian for a short time. My initial impressions about Brian are positive and favorable. Brian is very professional. After an initial consultation with Brian in person, he prepared a home exercise program for me, along with videos to show me the proper way to perform the exercises. I like the fact that Brian not only takes the time to make sure that I am doing my workouts in a correct and safe manner, but also is very encouraging. I look forward to training with Brian to reach my fitness goals.

    Brian Sallade at Standard Health is a terrific personal trainer. I have been training with him for several months and am very pleased with his technique. I am 65+ years old and my gym of 10+ years closed. I got a flyer in the mail about Standard Health and reached out to Brian. He did an initial assessment and then we started our training sessions. He puts together an effective routine and has a great set-up and good equipment. I've been very happy with all of it! He's also a great person. Great sense of humor and keeps things very lively during the workout. The time flys!

    I’ve trained with Brian for several years and can say one thing for sure…he really knows his stuff! He understands how to adapt and modify exercises to adjust for injury or experience level while still keeping them challenging and effective. He offers several different options for his training sessions which allows for schedule flexibility and varying preferences. Last but not least, Brian spends the extra time to really get to know his clients enabling him to build strong, long-lasting relationships. I strongly recommend!!!

    After I had both shoulders replaced I searched for a knowledgeable trainer to help me continue my rehabilitation process. Brian was it! In six months he has improved my mobility and strengthened my shoulder. As an added bonus I have lost 3 inches from my waistline and lost 20 pounds. He’s a wizard!

    I have been working with Brian for a couple of weeks now and I can already start to see an improvement in my shoulder. The weights and reps I am able to do have increased steadily. I would recommend him to others who are looking

    I definitely recommend Standard Health! Brian is so knowledgeable, but more importantly, he is so personable, kind, and professional. He made me feel so comfortable at every interaction. He listened and asked questions before making any recommendations and gave options of exercises to fit my needs in a realistic way.

    I’ve worked with Ryan for about 8 months and my strength level has improved. Ryan pushes me to improve but always gets my feedback; I appreciate his approach because my goal is to increase my strength without injuries. He’s also got a great sense of humor so the time passes quickly!

    Brian is terrific!! I go to him twice a week. He created a comprehensive and customized exercise routine for me. I first started coming to Brian to improve my overall health and conditioning… primarily my core and balance. Since then, he’s helped me reduce my shoulder pain, build up my strength, (which has improved my golf game… sometimes) and helped me lose a few extra pounds. Training with Brian has been well worth the investment and I have been very pleased with the results. If you’re looking to get into shape and have a little fun at the same time, I would highly recommend giving him a call!

    I have been training with Brian for 2 years. My goals were to increase my strength, core and balance. Brian created a custom workout routine for me and it’s working! Brian not only does a good job at training, but he also makes it fun(most of the time!). I highly recommend Brian and Standard Health for your training needs.

    Standard Health has made so much difference in increasing my strength, flexibility and balance after breaking my leg in August of last year! I would recommend them highly! They specialize in working with clients 55 and older and talk about our goals as well as what they feel they can help with.. I feel I have really improved to the next level of fitness.

    I’ve been working with Brian for several months. He is very knowledgeable, personable, and upbeat during my training sessions. He developed a customized treatment plan for me that is focused on my fitness goals. He balances my fitness goals while being cognizant of my knee arthritis. He motivates me to get stronger in a fun atmosphere. I would highly recommend Brian to anyone!
