Dr. Allie Kelly was the absolute best! I landed on my ankle wrong and the ER diagnosed me with a severe sprain ankle. I then saw a sports medicine doctor and they swore that I had a lisfranc fracture and told me that I would have to have a big surgery to be able to walk again. Luckily I met with Dr. Kelly and she reassured me that I wouldn’t need a big surgery. She took her time explaining my X-Rays and answering my questions. She made sure I understood what I was diagnosed with. She was very kind, thorough, and very reassuring!

Allie was awesome she provided excellent service coupled with educational care. She gave my wife and I a decision on which care was preferred by us. After the decision was made she continued to explain how it can effect myself an Family. She provided clear and concise instructions on what to expect moving forward. And an estimated time line for recovery that is within average length of time. She straight forward which I always prefer accompanying with experience there’s no better care.

Allie is a wonderful and caring Physician, am so glad I got her on my first visit. She was kind and informative. As busy as she was (as I realize so many doctors are dealing with severe shortages in the workplace) she still took as much time as she could to answer my questions about my injury and listened to me.

Allie Kelly was so helpful with explaining to me what I needed to do with improving my foot!! She was so respectful since I was in so much pain in my foot she was so gentle checking my stitches and how my healing process was going!! She listened to all my concerns!! I highly Highly recommend her she is excellent!!

I appreciated the quick diagnosis, but I feel like there was a lack of care as a patient and instructions in general. We took X-rays, but didn’t even review them or talk about them. I was simply told that I tore my Achilles, asked if I wanted surgery, and then told that someone would call to schedule it. When checking out, I asked if I could speak to Allie about how to care for my foot before surgery. Instead, the person who put heel lifts in my boot came in to tell me about elevating my leg. Don’t get me wrong, Allie was nice and provided a quick diagnosis. However, there are certain things that you expect as a patient that I didn’t feel I received. I’m really hoping it was an off day because Allie seemed really nice.

I was treated the night of my fall at Ortho Carolina’s urgent care facility which took me in and put a splint on my injury until I could get treated during normal hours. I was examined and under the care and supervision of Ms. Allie Kelly PA-C who answered all my many questions and directed my recovery. I appreciate her and the staff at Ortho Carolina for getting me back up and active in my daily life.

Allie was very down to earth, knowledgeable and informative. I left with all my questions answered, helpful alternatives and options to think about. I left feeling completely attended to. Very pleased with the entire experience from check-in to discharge.

Allie took a personal interest in my case as she was filling in for my regular PA. She knew my history, was thorough in her explanation of my procedures, prognosis and continuing treatment.

Allie is an exceptional caregiver who not only is highly intelligent but also very kind and a great communicator. She was patient with all my questions and genuinely cared about me having the best possible out. Hopefully I never need her again but if I do I’ll definitely seek her out specifically.

felt very rushed and provided zero feedback regarding my injury. sent me home with rehab exercises and when i asked if they could walk me through them i was laughed at. not to mention they charge 800% more for a orthopedic boot that you can find directly from the distributor online.

Ortho Carolina Spine Center is the best! Allie Kelly and the entire staff is wonderful!
