This store is very nice. We love Psp . The entire staff and awesome and reasonable product selection. Now the have a clean and easy dog wash bonus.

Overall my dog looked really good and the grooming staff did a great job with his cut. Unfortunately the customer service is where this review gets two stars. I’ve been going to get my dog groomed here for 4+years so they knew my dog’s breed, had accurate records for his grooming history, and never any issues. The last two times the staff was pretty rude and seemed surprised/disinterested with my dog’s longer hair and even taking my business. After some eye rolling and charging me more, they reluctantly groomed him. I’m likely going to find an alternative spot with a friendlier grooming staff. It’s truly a shame because I really liked this place, great food/toy selection, front of the house staff is super nice and was happy to give them business but not likely anymore. I rarely give a review like this, normally I just stop being a customer, but as a loyal customer I had to speak up.

Do not bring your dog here to this inexperienced groomer. My husband took our dog here a few months ago. After giving him a quick trim told us he needed to be tranquilized next time. We went to our vet and got the meds. When we brought him back in she immediately had a really negative attitude and pretty much refused to do him and kept telling my husband to take him to Kirkwood Animal hospital for grooming. So we tranquilized our poor dog for nothing. Got an appointment with another groomer who had absolutely no problem with him at all.

I love this store and go here for all my pet needs. Staff is always ready to help you and management is really terrific.

Sadly, we will never be shopping nor taking our dogs to Pet Supply Plus in Warson Woods ever again after today. We have been bringing our (2) dogs to this location for awhile & have truly enjoyed the grooming services provided by Abby. Today, we had a scheduled grooming visit (not with Abby) & upon arrival the welcome we received was not a greeting or a "hello, we are so happy to see you" but instead we were greeted with rudeness due to us being 10minutes late. When we explained the construction and traffic issues on Manchester Road the response we received was we should have called them. So, while driving with 2 dogs in the car, we should be calling them? When the owner was brought over to discuss the matter further, the female employee said, "play back the tape. I didn't say that." The lack of customer service and downright rudeness of their grooming staff is absolutely NOT okay when we are asking them to care for our family pets while grooming them. We absolutely do NOT trust our dogs would receive the best of care while being groomed by them and we immediately sent them to another groomers instead. The other grooming place was able to get them (2 large breed dogs) in immediately today upon just walking in & they had ZERO problems working around their schedule & we did not have an appointment for (2) large breed dogs! Now, THAT is top notch customer service care! Unfortunately, we will no longer be shopping nor utilizing Pet Supplies Plus in Warson Woods grooming services after today. We have also posted on our social media accounts and Yelp. Be very aware & if using this locations grooming services ONLY GO TO ABBY!

I don’t know what has happened to this store. My family and I have been customers here since it opened, even had family who worked there for some time. Everyone used to be so friendly and nice but now everything is rushed and cold. The checkout process is the worst part. The cashier was cold, and it was pretty obvious she did NOT want to be there. There were no words exchanged other than asking for my phone number and if I wanted a receipt in a very annoyed tone. It was probably the most awkward uncomfortable situation ever. All the other employees were unprofessional as well. No one was smiling, or anything. It was just like everyone hated being there. It has been like this the last few times I’ve been there. It’s not a fun experience anymore. We will be looking elsewhere for our pet needs.

Will never go back. First time, they almost doubled the price of groom with add ons - No explanation. Second time it was a different groomer with different add ons, not as expensive, but still wasn’t thrilled. This is my first time having a doodle though, so i figured maybe they just knew better and he needed something different. Next 2 times were fine with the exception of me explicitly stating NO TRIMMING (only wanting bath & brush) but they still trimmed. The last time i went in i finally said, “Ok, no trimming, no add-ons, I’m here every 4 weeks for bath & brush, i only want cut when needed,” and this HORRIBLE person Amber (who was NOT the one actually grooming my dog) decided to chime in giving her opinion on quite a few things. Next thing i know, she’s telling me that i needed to brush my own dog out at home before i come in or they’re going to cut his fur. I’m pretty sure that’s what I’m paying them to do…bath AND BRUSH. I was honestly caught completely off guard by the whole situation. I didn’t have time to argue and obviously didn’t feel comfortable with them grooming my dog going forward, so we left and i called to speak with the managers the next day. They said that basically the entire grooming experience is completely subjective to the person grooming the dog - what they want, goes. If they want to add on, they can. If they want to do this or NOT do this, it’s up to them. It’s great that management backs their employees, but i want to know that I’m going somewhere reliable and consistent each time. And certainly that I’m getting what I’m paying for (not more, not less and definitely not double). I’ve had dogs my entire life and this was the first poor grooming experience I’ve ever had, actually. Which is a bummer, because i live within walking distance of the store. By the way, i took my dog home, brushed him out and never went back. I will be warning everyone (especially those with doodles) of my experience (and I’ve since heard others mention similar experiences with Pet Supplies Plus). Also, strange, i noticed they added my dog for a groom a few days later after being notified of an upcoming appointment via text - i never made that appointment so who knows what they were doing?! We have three labs who love to play in the yard and are not afraid of getting dirty. So we were so excited to find the pet wash at Pet Supplies Plus. We can load up and get all three dogs washed in no time. The staff is very friendly, the wash is clean, and you have the added bonus of picking up any items you might need for your crew. I would absolutely recommend checking out Pet Supplies Plus for any of your pet supply needs.

The employees are always very helpful in anything you need. Plus I love getting great deals on things I was gonna buy anyways. And the rewards are great.

This store is SUPER!!! They were so helpful with a gentle leader purchase. Let me walk around to get the hang of it. It’s a beautiful store with TONS of products.

I have been using this grooming services for years, but last time I booked online and it gave me a price for full groom (87)and I added deshed package (30) so I tip $20 so figured $137. Ok. I pick up my dog and the bill was $155 (wo tip). I asked to speak to the manager to get price adjusted and it was a complete disaster. He was not the owner, but loudly and rudely argued with me about the prices that were online saying that’s just an estimate and the added brushing charge was because she needed more time. I told him this was bait and switch and fradulent (not those exact words) and he just dug his heels in with his horrible attitude. I can go a few blocks down the street and get a complete groom with no Add ones and false advertising. I gave it two stars because of the convenience of doing one dog at a time, my dog was there 2 1/2 hours vs 4-5.

Absolutely the cleanest, most organized, and knowledgeable pet store in town. It's apparent that everyone working there loves their job and animals.

I LOVE Pet Supplies Plus in Warson Woods. The only issue I have is that when I go I always see great things my pups would love so I spend way too much. HE HE HE Everyone is so knowledgeable and helpful I can spend hours in there.

We came for the self-serve dog wash and could not be more pleased. With three large dogs, getting them bathed in winter is … problematic. Everyone at the store was friendly and the prices were very agreeable. We will be back again! Thank you!!

This was the first time we’ve had our dog food delivered and it was the most pleasant experience. Ordering was easy and using a coupon was no problem. It was delivered the next day. We didn’t have to worry about carrying it from the car into the house. Before we’d pick up and they’d load it into the car and were always friendly. But delivery is even better.

We have been loyal customers here for several years. Leilani should have VIP status as many toys as she's "enjoyed":) -Friendly, knowledgeable staff -Curbside pickup and delivery (in select areas) available. -Huge selection of hard to find pet foods (dry, fresh, toppers, etc...) -An entire aisle devoted to toys of all kinds. -Open until 9pm which is helpful if you work long hours. *Join the rewards club for special pricing and coupons (it's worth it but be aware the rewards system is a little tedious and you need a long code to redeem points in store.)

Update** talked to the owner and he was apologetic and filled me in on their rules. My dog and I love this place. Normally have a great experience at Pet Supplies Plus but don’t understand why the listing says that they close at 9 when you can only bathe your dog until 8:20. I drove to this location tonight, which is out of the way for me, and the gentleman at the register told me that I couldn’t wash my dog because the last customers were using the baths. Which means that I could have easily been fit in but he didn’t feel like letting another customer back there. I love this place but the listing should somehow show that you can’t use the self wash. I understand the vet being out earlier and all, but don’t leave the self wash sign out front and then tell me I can’t use it. I needed a new wash pass and he said I could buy one to use later. Just kinda frustrating.

We needed to get a harness to help our dog with leg problems. Manager Amanda helped me find the right product, and came out to the car to check the fit and show us exactly how to use it before I purchased.

Our dogs are very fond of a certain type of Purina dog food. We shopped at Petco for years but prices seemed high. Found the same food at Menards but supply was not always there. Went to Pet Supplies for the first time on a tip from a co-worker. Found our brand, price was best of any store, shelves were full. Cashier offered a discount card for even more savings. New favorite place.

Excellent experience from the nail trim to checkout! Also, my dog actually walked in willingly and was happy to meander around the store! I couldn't believe it!!! That never happened at another big name store that we USED to go to. From now on, only Pet Supplies Plus for us. Thanks everyone for the amazing first visit! We'll be back soon!

Great place! Just started shopping here because I moved in the area and I can't say one bad bad snout them customer service is exceptional, the have everything I could ever need girl my pets and the rewards program seems to be a nice perk! Also, had to texture an item that my cats just didn't care for added they accepted the return no questions asked! Needless to say, I highly recommend checking it out!

The owner and staff at Pet Supplies Plus in Warson Woods are fantastic! The store is always well stocked and you get service with a smile. Overall it’s a great place to shop!

Met the store manager, he had spotted my dog and gave him treats, pats, and scritches, the things my dog loves most in the world. We chatted a bit, he was really nice. They had a pretty good selection of toys and treats, everything was on sale, which was super! Met two more employees, all incredibly nice.
