    Have been going here for years and find the instructors very knowledgable and inventive with the workouts. They are always willing to suggest alternative moves when I am unable to do some.

    I'm updating my review... now on year 5. Still 5 stars but I give all my stars to Lindsay Caine who originally started working with my wife and I for general health but had to who recently had to help me recover from a heart attack where I had most of my ribs broken. She has always helped me and my wife keep elevating our fitness but this latest is more about life saving. She works with all levels of people... from weight loss to recovery from an injury and is as engaged with us today as she was more than 5 years ago. 2 years ago almost to the day I signed my wife and I up for a private Duet session of Pilates. My wife had been doing Pilates for awhile and thought I'd love it. I thought if I did I might lose my man card. I did it and I do love it. I'm sure there are a lot of pretencious studios out there, but this isn't one of them. The instructors are great... the facilities are great. Sticking with great... I feel great. I'd recommend this for anyone.

    I’ve been working with Lindsey for several years now. She’s thoughtful, focused, compassionate, and possesses an impressive wealth of knowledge. I’ve always appreciated her approach to coaching, and her attention to detail. I’m a full time professional Hairstylist and salon owner, and have always understood the importance of proper posture and body mechanics...i know my body needs strength and balance to execute my craft. About 5 years ago I was in a bicycle accident and broke my shoulder blade. After having experienced physical therapy for the recovery of that injury, I was made that much more aware of just how valuable Lindsey and her teachings are. It’s a comfortable environment, with a community atmosphere... try them out, you won’t be disappointed

    I started going to Chesterfield location about 2 years ago.. got a Groupon! I absolutely love Pilates! The instructors are great (especially Lyndsey, Jodi and the owner Suzanne). I’m much more tone than I was!! I highly recommend this business!!

    I have attended a couple of group classes and they have been wonderful. Kathryn is very good at instructing us in how to do the exercises. It has been great to do so many different stretches through the exercises now that I am sitting so much since working remotely these days. It is COVID-19 friendly as well; I feel quite safe with everyone wearing masks and keeping our distance.

    My daughter and I started going to Pilates & Yoga at the start of the year. We have been at the new studio on Brentwood since they opened on a smaller scale due to COVID. I am very impressed with the quality of the instructors, the cleanliness of the facility and all of the equipment. Pilates is a multi-facet routine where you need to focus on the leader instructions, your core and breathing. The staff made us feel completely COMFORTABLE coming in as newbies and we have certainly learned and grown stronger along the way. I am in my mid-50s and have had some pain in my hips for sometime. All of the strength building and stretching associated with Pilates is making me almost pain free. It is wonderful! All the staff has been great and a special thanks out to Rachel for the many proper form tips along the way.

    Love this Pilates studio! The best in St Louis. Instructors focus on classical Pilates. They provide consistent instructions and feedback so students are safe and get the most benefit. They provide modifications for students who have limitations or who are protecting areas (back, shoulders, neck, etc.) Classes are welcoming and not crowded. Women 55+ could benefit greatly in terms of balance, flexibility and strength. Students don't have to have prior Pilates experience to get started.

    Pilates is the best exercise! I love this studio and the instructors. I am so much stronger now than when I started a year ago. Jodi's reformer classes are great!

    I’ve taken Pilates classes before but never was I so excited to sign up like I am with this place! I loved the instructor and front desk lady. Very informative and extremely welcoming. 10/10 recommend!

    Great workout! I realized where my weak spots are for sure. This was my first time doing Pilates, I can see the benefit of strengthening the muscles. Look forward to coming back.

    I started coming to Pilates + Yoga studio in Chesterfield 5 years ago. I initially bought a package of 10 with Groupon. I had done Pilates at someone’s home prior to coming to the studio. I am addicted to Pilates. It is a full body workout that gives you amazing results. I have had numerous instructors over the past 5 years and I am confident in saying that you will be happy with any of the instructors you have. I bought a membership which is the way to go if you enjoy Pilates and want to do it regularly. I also signed up for a specific day and class. Doing this assures me of my time slot. Since I have signed up I generally have Lindsay for my instructor. Lindsay is a great Pilates instructor. She has a background in dance and is a certified Pilates instructor. Lindsay’s classes are challenging and a good workout. Her instructions are easy to follow. She has great recall and knows everyone’s name and their restrictions. No matter your age, physical restrictions or activity there is a Pilates class for you. They also provide private and duet sessions if that is what you prefer.

    Wow! I can’t say enough about this studio. Instantly, when you walk in you can feel the calmness in this space. I decided to come back to pilates after a tough season in my life and though I have to leave this studio due to moving out of town I will take the lessons I’ve learned from this studio and instructors with me for the rest of my life. Suzanne, Rachel, Lindsay, and Kathryn were all wonderful. Decide today to become even 1% better and take a class here, you won’t regret it.

    I have been going to this Studio for over 10 years.I am older and slower than most and needed private lessons from many different instructors! They have been great!Wonderful group . Feel better each time I have had a lesson.

    Experienced instructors guide me through effective and safe, socially distanced Zoom classes. I appreciate the attention to detail given through verbal and visual queues, especially the specific nuances of postures and movements. Pilates + Yoga is a solid, worthwhile investment for my health and wellness.

😠 They close too early on weekends now, all others blinks close at 7pm and this one at 4pm. Shame on this gym, everyone with short time can’t train on weekends so keep that in mind.
