Great customer service, I have been shopping with them since 2018 and my second time in the manager Mike remembered my name. Greeted me with a handshake and wanted to help me find what I was looking for. Not just sell me anything. They have literally everything you could be looking for and if it’s not on display they got a dictionary sized catalog full of every design you didn’t even think of before walking in and help with every question you might have. I have had a relationship with Rhudy's Jewelry for more than 25 years. They have made numerous pieces of custom jewelry for me. Their customer service is exceptional and they have always been able to meet my budget and deliver a gorgeous piece of jewelry. Currently Erin is my salesperson and Brett has been my designer; they are without peer.

Rhudy's was recommended to me years ago. I have always been pleased with my service, which had only been a re-dip and inspection, up until a few months ago. After having my engagement ring soldered to a new wrap, re-dipped, re-tipped, and re-sized, when I picked it up, the size was incorrect and they made the necessary repairs. It was a lengthy and costly repair, but I wanted a peace of mind knowing that my ring was in tip top shape before moving across the country to Alaska. I was pleased with it upon leaving. After my arrival, I noticed something sharp on the top of my ring and so I asked around for a reputable jeweler here. Once I took it in, she looked at it under a microscope and explained that one of my main prongs (that holds the big center stone) was completely broken off! She also stated that there was "no way these tips were re-tipped just a couple of months ago because they are so thin, I'm surprised you haven't lost your diamond". She showed me under the microscope. I was so surprised! They sent it off to be repaired, again, for $500!! I have to do it, or I can't safely wear my ring. Naturally, I called Rhudy's back to explain the situation and basically I wanted help with this new $500 bill. Tina told me that they stand behind their work and I should look into the insurance to pay for it! She also explained to me that I could have damaged it during the move, even though I already explained that I don't do manual labor with my ring on, I'm VERY careful with it!! She also pulled my account and explained that although Rhudys "re-tipped" my ring, it wasn't the main diamond tips, just the smaller ones!! So she's telling me that I dropped off my ring for weeks, and paid alot for the work, and they didn't bother to check the main center stone?? They probably saw that the tips were thin, and thought nothing of it? Why wouldn't they have called me and said "we recommend XYZ, before loosing your main stone"...??? Why wouldn't they have explained that re-tipping was only on the A,B and C stones..?? This is mind boggling to me. None the less, it was in the past. Moving forward, a reputable business would have offered to split the cost of this new repair with the customer to keep them happy. If I owned my business, I wouldn't mind paying $250 to keep a customer, and keep all of her referrals too!! This should have been an easy fix. I'm so disappointed in the customer service. I will no longer recommend Rhudys to any of my friends. I'm also furious that I have paid over $1000 now for general repairs that should have and could have been done correctly in the first place.

Had scrap gold, single earrings, broken necklaces, charms, i.e., melted down to two gold nugget charms. A bit costly, but the nuggets charms were amazing and the monetary value far exceed the value of the work! Takes alot of time to get it done, 4 - 5 weeks!

This was a first class experience. The sales person was super nice and knowledgeable and while ordering we met the designer who provided me with several options and ideas for my design. The process was flawless from drawing design, approval, wax mold creation and approval and fabrication. In all it was approximately 30 days from ordering to delivery for three items. Tremendously impressed with the company and will go there again.

Rhidy’s made a custom pendant for my mother with the birthstones of her 12 grandchildren. It is absolutely beautiful!!! The workmanship is exquisite.

From stepping foot in the store, to the process of designing, and even throughout the crafting of the rings, every step was done kindly and skillfully by those involved. We truly love our wedding bands. Not only are they beautiful, they also fit us personally. They look like they were made specifically for each of us. On top of that, they go together, like a set. Every single time I walk in the doors, it is the same. Pleasant people who want to help you. Yesterday, I went in for two reasons. I have an older watch, perhaps 40 years old, that needs the band repaired/reassembled. One of the newer associates (you told me your name and I can't recall) who was incredibly pleasant took the watch and had the jeweler look at it. Unfortunately, it was beyond the ability of Rhudy's to repair it as it was missing parts required to reassemble. I get it. BUT, they immediately recommended me to a place they have confidence in to take a look at the watch. The second reason was to get my wedding band resized. That took exactly no time flat and it came back perfectly sized and polished to look brand new. I truly appreciate the staff and their collective expertise.

I'm so glad I went to Rhudy's to buy an engagement ring. The staff were all helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. The showroom had a great selection and they were able to order in a stone for me that was exactly what I was looking for. It turned out great and the whole experience was positive and easy. 10/10 would recommend!

I received a message from the owner regarding your rude workers nasty behavior and as expected you made excuses. It seems u purposely try to get the last words in with your illerterate remarks and statements after a person leave a comment. It's sad you've lost true contact on good customer service and the proper approach. Your employees behavior evidently follows your lead. Evidently you're focus on get the dollar and making excuses when there's a problem instead of focusing on the problems or issues to satisfy the customer/potential customer You have no regards to the person or situation. I run a business successfully because I listen to both side without prejudice and I never make excuses for my employees. You are blind to the facts and will continue to loose customers/potential customers. Oh, after reading this, do what you do best and write a follow up reply and dispute my statements as you do all that has negative comments. In the meantime I made sure to block this business from ever contacting me again. I will never recommend nor will I ever do business with such a business or owner that poorly represents and will warn others
