Plaza Audi Creve Coeur Service is hands down the best in the business. I’ve serviced all of my vehicles there over the last 10+ years and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The Service Advisors and Mechanics are top notch - I typically work with Caressa Chapman who is excellent. This last visit, I worked with Adam Anderson who is equally exceptional. Over the past few years of taking my car here for service, Caressa and the entire Audi service team are always incredibly helpful and accommodating. Even when having to deal with really expensive repair, the experience always helps lessen the blow. Quality of work is excellent. If anything isn't right, they go out of their way to make it right. The service experience is what it should be with other luxury car brands but unfortunately isn't. Not even close. Take your car there, you won't be disappointed.

I don't love car repairs, but when it's needed, I love this place. They really know what the customer service experience should be, from the time you pull in to the time you pick up, every detail imaginable is taken care of. They go over and above expectations. Car wash, top off fluids, check tires, brakes, etc. And the repair job you came in for is done right, no shady side talking, just pride in high quality work.

On a Wednesday, I took my car in for service and decided to add on some items from the dealership recommendations which were needed. My service rep I was dealing with called me with good news stating the part was under warranty which was an expensive part so I was fairly happy with that call. A few days later (Monday) he called back and said the part was not covered under warranty which I was upset but I understood. My service rep called me later on Monday and said all the work is complete and when I go in my tires were not changed. On my appointment the details clearly state mount and balance 4 tires. Luckily a tech was still working so I just had to wait until my tires were changed. My biggest complaint is the service rep should do their diligence before calling a customer stating the part is under warranty only later to find that it was not and ensure all the services that is stated on the appointment actually get done. Being organized and checking on the work is part of the job I believe. The technicians did outstanding with the car and it drives as good as when I brought it. The service department I am not very happy with.

Walking into Audi Creve Coeur, I knew exactly what I wanted. I was approached by Mike and Eric who both went above and beyond to find me the perfect match for what I was looking for. Mike walked me through all of my options and presented me a fair price that was in my budget, along with a fair trade in value for my current car. When my car arrived, Mike walked me through every single feature of my Audi. You can tell he is passionate about these cars and his customer’s experience with him. Gene, in finance, answered all of my questions and was very helpful in making sure financing and documentation went quickly. Last but not least, I was approached by Matt, the GM, who made sure I had a great experience and made me even more confident in making this my Audi location for services going forward. Eric and Ben at Plaza Audi are exceptional. This is my third vehicle from Plaza Audi and this was the best experience. I was a hard negotiator and took 3 trips to make the deal happen, and I felt respected and not rushed the entire time. If you are looking to buy an Audi, you should come to Plaza Audi and ask for them by name.

Had some major engine issues start happening and they were able to get me in for service same morning, fixed and back by next day, and drove better than ever. Customer service here is beyond comparable to anywhere else. Adam was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and helped me feel at ease with trusting and knowing they would do it correctly. Never once felt pressured to service more than what was needed. It may be a bit pricey but it's worth the difference knowing your car is being handled efficiently and expeditiously by actual Audi experts.

Really like this dealership and service. Very friendly people and they know customer service! With technological advances, I like to know what is happening to my vehicle and its current inspection/repair status in real time and if you are like me, this is your dealership and they provide that info direct to your phone while you are waiting. I like the video of the inspection report! Really nice waiting room with snacks and drinks! Was completely satisfied with the service. Best in St. Louis.
