On
a
Wednesday,
I
took
my
car
in
for
service
and
decided
to
add
on
some
items
from
the
dealership
recommendations
which
were
needed.
My
service
rep
I
was
dealing
with
called
me
with
good
news
stating
the
part
was
under
warranty
which
was
an
expensive
part
so
I
was
fairly
happy
with
that
call.
A
few
days
later
(Monday)
he
called
back
and
said
the
part
was
not
covered
under
warranty
which
I
was
upset
but
I
understood.
My
service
rep
called
me
later
on
Monday
and
said
all
the
work
is
complete
and
when
I
go
in
my
tires
were
not
changed.
On
my
appointment
the
details
clearly
state
mount
and
balance
4
tires.
Luckily
a
tech
was
still
working
so
I
just
had
to
wait
until
my
tires
were
changed.
My
biggest
complaint
is
the
service
rep
should
do
their
diligence
before
calling
a
customer
stating
the
part
is
under
warranty
only
later
to
find
that
it
was
not
and
ensure
all
the
services
that
is
stated
on
the
appointment
actually
get
done.
Being
organized
and
checking
on
the
work
is
part
of
the
job
I
believe.
The
technicians
did
outstanding
with
the
car
and
it
drives
as
good
as
when
I
brought
it.
The
service
department
I
am
not
very
happy
with.
