    Trevor is the man! I work all day everyday and could only show up 10 minutes after closing on a Friday night. I knocked on the doors and Trevor opened them up for me. I needed crickets for my Basilisk and Lindsey went and prepared them while another nice woman rung me up at the register. 10/5 stars for this PetSmart. The closing team’s service is spectacular. If they weren’t already employed I’d offer them all jobs at my company.

    Went to look at the cats with the intention of bringing one home. Spoke with a petcare associate Lindsay I believe her name was and she was very rude. Treated my fiancé and I like we were a nuisance. Had an attitude the entire interaction. It was very disheartening, we just wanted to give a cat a good home.

    Nice employees. I haven't met a trainer yet that I didn't like and I am extremely particular. My girl started her life in 3 consecutive classes when she was a pup. She first became a Therapy Dog going to retirement homes and hospitals and then a service dog for her mom. So far, I like this place.

    Came in on a Wednesday morning. Had a line of four people, the lady working the line was amazing her name was Anya. While the other employee…had a light blue shirt on with jean shorts shaved head underneath blonde hair sat there on her phone doing absolutely nothing. What a waste of space & not helpful to Anya at all

    I paid for an extra package that included perfume spray and another additional charge on top of that to make my dog smell good. When I got home I noticed that he didn't smell like anything. BIG RIP OFF!!!

    Millennial/GenZs bagged all my fish into one bag yet I said I had multiple tanks the fish were going into.The first one was full of negative vibes. Topfin flake food was a good buy. My fish dig that food.

    I wasn’t 100% sure My Miniature Schnauzer should be styled but Kim was so helpful in pointing me in the right direction. I was so surprised how well cut my puppy turn out. Kim is amazing.. the whole staff at this groomers has been so helpful!

    I love coming here. I've had rats for a couple of years now, and I always get their food from here. I would definitely recommend this rat food for all rat parents. And frankly, if you don't have pet rats, what is wrong with you? They loving loyal little pets. The don't have a long life span, but they are wonderful pets for the lifespan they do have.

    DO NOT go to Banfield pet hospital they will make you sign up for a membership in order to see your pet that cannot be canceled and if you try they will send you to collections.

    They are a national chain that has tremendous buying power to get good prices. Yet they do not pass the savings on. They are greedy and keep the savings for themselves. I won't buy food there anymore because of that.

    Absolutely (Minus-6) stars!! Well you have to leave at least 1 star if you want to post a review. How Sad! Three months ago this location was rated 1 Star...and I'm guessing it was for service most definitely not for cleanliness! So I get this bright idea- thinking that I would try to shop more within the City limits to support stores located within St. Louis City...well I guess I was sadly mistaken. On July 27th 2022 my pup and I visited this location and Oh My GOODNESS this store smelled so bad...I gagged and my pup couldn't hold down her breakfast. This In-store Shopping experience was like something straight out of a MSD Emergency-Weekend Sewer Clean-up! Before (I) or even you for that matter-can step all the way through the front door - you can smell urine, feces...etc., And some people think this Covid-Virus is over or ending. Not with unsanitary foolishness like this! At first I was hesitant about writing a review. I was even willing to let the experience go, until I saw three days ago, some one, some poor misguided Nose Blinded person posted on Google that this particular Shopping Plaza location on Chippewa at Kingshighway in Saint Louis, MO posted under Health & safety, that (Staff wear masks-(Not True)! Staff required to disenfect surfaces beteen visits. (Most-Definitely Not True)!! Did I miss something? I'd like to know between which visits -Corporate or Christmas once a year! The additional sad part was management was right at the front of the store Nose-blind to it all. If this franchise doesn't address this unsanitary issue soon, we'll look up one day soon and see a "We're CLOSED" sign on their doors. Common sense and CLEANING exists for a reason!

    Every time I go to this Petsmart they do not have clean up bags for my dog on the side of the building there is always dog feces the location is great but we purchased crickets and Over half of them were dead!

    My favorite store is the South City/Chippewa store, and I have yet to have a horrible experience. I thoroughly enjoy how attentive they are to customers and pet parents alike. It is absolutely amazing how professional and kind they always are! Keep up the great work!

    Your one stop shop for all your pets needs, there's a supermarket, a grooming store and a pet hospital all under one roof. You can tell even the animals there enjoy it, they aren't whining or anxious at all. This environment really helps when you're taking your baby there, energy is transferable and there's a great one here!

    Pretty much the best pet store for all your pet needs. Friendly staff! Great selection on dog and cat food, as well as treats and medications! They also have a great selection of fish supplies and reptile care supplies.
