Well they're very friendly they make you feel very comfortable during the procedure they assure you that you're okay and that every step of the way they're telling you what's going on. My stress level was pretty high but I was made comfortable by the caring staff.

Dr. Mai is the go-to vein health expert and I had all of my questions answered after months of poor or misinformation from non-specialists. He and his team are refreshingly honest and aren't at all pushy with their services to try and sell you treatments you don't really need. I am already recommending them to everyone I know!
