We have had the best experience. My son trusts and respects Mrs. Ana so much. He has gained confidence and coordination with her guidance. She teaches the fundamentals and discipline expected when signing up for a youth martial arts class and she does so with passion and patience. The environment is warm and welcoming and very clean. I can’t say enough wonderful things about Absolute Martial Arts. If you are thinking about signing up your little one or yourself, you won’t be disappointed!

I was nervous before signing up, I never trained at an actual gym before so Absolute is my very first and last gym! I don't see myself training anywhere else. When I first was reached out too to schedule a 1 on 1. I was as I said before super nervous until I stepped foot into the gym and everything changed. I felt calm and in a way at home! This was my first experience!! The staff is amazing everyone makes sure you feel welcomed. I haven't looked back since it's been such a great experience learning more about myself and the martial art of my choice here at Absolute. I 100% recommend Absolute to anyone and everyone!!

Most definitely a great spot to trainand leant new beginnings. My wife and I started kickboxing here and now my daughter does karate. She loves it. As she leaning a lot great new defend techniques.

Can't say enough about how wonderful AMA is!! We were recommended through a friend and we are approaching our 1 year with classes. The instructors are patient, respectful and truly want the kids to succeed!! Besides learning new skills each class, Ms. Ana asks each student what was their favorite part to earn a sucker at the end of class! I love that they include little ones on the sucker treats as well!! From day 1, we have been treated like family and it amazes me how Ms. Ana remembers EVERYONES name!!! My boys have been coming to absolute karate for 3 years. We love it. The instuctors care about their students. I will be sad when the gradute from black belt class.

My experience at AMA has been fantastic. I started about a year and a half ago at the age of 30. The teachers are great, the workouts are fun and the fellow students are all welcoming. The school specializes in 2 forms of martial arts for adults, Muay Thai and Brazilian Jui Jitsu, you can specifically train one of those programs or both.

We love Absolute Martial Arts. Our son has learned so much during the last year. His phisical and mental strength has grown as well as his confidence in class and outside class. I can't reccomend Absolute Martial Arts enough as it is a premier destination for your martial arts needs.

This is my favorite gym in Saint Louis. I joined here 2 years ago and they have the best instructors and students ever. The environment is very welcoming and everyone is very friendly. The instructors care about your growth in martial arts whether you’re going just for fun or looking to compete they are supportive in whatever your personal goals are. So whether you are joining to just get a good cardio workout, learn self defense for real life situations or work on your growth as a martial artist to be able to compete in competitions this is the place in Saint Louis to go to.

I been going here for years and always been a great experience. Very family oriented, and now my daughter attends the karate classes. It has helped her with her confidence, and she is more focused. Wonderful trainers with tons of patience and knowledge. Can't say enough good things.

We started our 7 year old (who’s not really into traditional sports) here 6 months ago, and happy to say he loves it! The instructors are great with kids, and aside from karate, they teach them discipline and respect. This is a very inclusive atmosphere and we highly recommend.

Our son has been enrolled in the youth karate at Absolute Martial Arts for the past 18 months and has grown in his skills, confidence and behavior. We LOVE Absolute Martial Arts!!!! Ms Anna and the rest of the instructors are very nice and welcoming! I came in not really knowing a lot about kick boxing and I didn't feel intimidated at all! And my two boys LOVE the karate and kick boxing classes that they're taking! They look forward to going every week!!

My 8 year old daughter started attending Absolute about 6 months ago, and the experience has been so positive we recently also signed up her 5 year old brother. It speaks volumes that BOTH of my kids WANT to go to class, and ENJOY it so much. Miss Anna is wonderful with the kids, teaching discipline along with skills and my daughter has gained much needed confidence. My only criticisms are that the kids classes are sometimes huge, and the studio gets VERY loud with siblings etc playing/running/screaming which is very distracting.

My six year old started the kids karate classes at the end of April this year, and I am very glad we signed him up. After his first class, he immediately asked me if he could go back the next day. He has loved every second of the classes. Having the opportunity to earn his stripes and to work towards belt testing has given him something to be proud of, and I can see a change in his level of self confidence since he started. Ms. Ana is wonderful with all the children in the class, teaching self discipline while keeping the classes fun. I love that there are life skills incorporated into the program that go beyond karate.

My daughter has been attending Absolute Martial Arts for 14 months. She absolutely loves it!! The overall experience for her has been amazing. The instructors are very knowledgeable, professional, & courteous. Absolute Martial Arts has created a family environment that stresses community & belonging to all who enter the facility. Such a great experience over the years with Ana, Keith, Eric and the rest of the Absolute team. With both the adult jiu jitsu and kick boxing classes and kids karate - all 3 of the loved it.
