I've been visiting regularly for 3 months due to my husband's extended stay at the hospital nearby. The staff are supportive of me and ask about him. This has made my situation easier to deal with. I've noticed I'm not alone. Other regular customers are recognized and acknowledged. And every customer I've seen enter gets excellent service and assistance if needed.

I was craving a good salad and this location did not disappoint. Salad was very tasty and fresh. Very quick service. Highly recommend the kitchen sink just don’t count the calories 😉. Finish it all off with some lemonade. Great lunch!!

The coffee and drink subscription here is a great deal. Great customer service and soup/sandwich specials. The kitchen sink cookie is one of the best cookies I’ve ever had!

It was unfortunate to visit today. Granted it’s a Sunday although that really shouldn’t matter should it? Multiple tables were dirty with very few to sit down at. When an inquiry was made for lemons a sharp attitude response came from behind the counter that “we were out.” This was a fairly disappointing visit.

Don't come here. Every time we have come here in the last 2 months we have had to sit in line and wait just for a lemonade. The management going on inside sucks. The food is organic, but it's loaded in fat and it is way too expensive. This isn't a healthier choice unless you think organic fat is healthy. I am beyond tired of this place.

I recently placed a large order for my mom's birthday, and Panera knocked it out of the park! After I had placed and paid for the order my mom decided to change her order. I used to work in a restaurant, and I have never wanted to be the kind of person who changes an order once it has been placed, but it was my mom's meal and this was for her birthday. I called Panera to ask if I could my order, and they informed me that I could and they walked me through the process. When I went to pick it up, the manager went over the order with me and made sure that the order was perfect. The food is delicious and worth the price, but the employees go above and beyond.

Love this place, the only negative I can even think of is they got rid of my hazelnut spread. Loved that stuff. Panera lost a ton of money with me axing that item.

I was so excited about the new baguette sandwiches! I tried both the buffalo chicken and the Green Goddess and on both I found the bread to filling ratio was way off and the filling was less than 1/2 of what it shud be. I love their bread so today I asked if they cud cut the bread in 1/2 and put all the filling on one side and put the the second 1/2 of the bread on the side. I did not ask for any reduction in price. SHE SAID NO! I can’t figure out why that was a problem so I left.

This was my first visit to a Panera, probably my only visit. The place was empty on a Sunday about 3pm. There was only one table in the entire place that was clean. The only 2 employees i could see were just standing around. And holy cow it was hot in there! Not a good combination, disgusting restaurant and i was sweating during my entire meal. Not the experience i was hoping for. The food was good though i guess

This has been such a hit with me lately I had 3 meals here in two days. The value prices each meal shown are from the $6.99 deals- they are unbeatable. The charged tea had me buzzing like I just drank a cold brew coffee. The pastries are 1/2 off the weather has been freezing and so the fireplace has been cozy. I like having QUIET time here and food is healthy and fresh. What’s not to like? Oh staff is accommodating and respectful too!

Panera Bread (NOT) Went at 6pm on Sunday. Ordered group soup. Was informed there were no baguettes. Would not even give slices of sandwich bread because they only had two loaves of that for the rest of the customers that I guess were worth serving their bread to. Only options were chips or apples for the side. No discount. Also got home and there were no individual sized bowls. Just an overpriced bowl of soup and 4 spoons (I guess they expected us to all eat out of the 'group' bowl, and 4 tiny bags of chips. Also tried to charge me for a drink I didn't order. The soup has always been overpriced, but occasionally we get it because the bread is so good. Didn't offer an apology. Wouldn't offer a discount. No receipt to fill out a survey either...hmmmm I wonder why. Okay, I'm done. Not usually a complainer, but this was a drive across town for an iconic product that is their namesake and the drive through was borderline rude. Won't be doing that again.

Panera is doing a special on their unlimited drink subscription where you get it free for 2 months. Ends July 4th. They have new “charged” lemonades with caffeine. They’re really good. I got a drink and a pastry. The sandwiches and soups here are great. It’s a bit expensive, but I’ve never had a bad meal. Staff is generally very attentive and friendly. Nice place to chill solo and get some computer work done or for a chill date.

I love that there are healthy food options! My order was ready relatively quick. They are a little bit pricey though. $12 for lunch is hard to sustain 5 days a week.

Stopped in for lunch because it had been awhile since I've been in. The woman behind the counter was rude. I decided to try the new chicken sandwich, it sounded really good on paper. Highly disappointed. $12 for a small sandwich. Bread is not toasted. The chicken was too soft and squishy. The French onion soup was alright. Definitely not worth the $16 for a sandwich and bowl of soup though.

When you buy the mac and cheese grilled cheese at Panera you're essentially paying for "gourmet" microwave macaroni between 2 slices of bread for $10. Not only that, the macaroni has been cold/hard both times I've tried it. Last time I go there that''s for sure.

The food’s usually good, however FOUR TIMES I have had them not give my drinks to a DoorDasher when I ordered them. Absolutely ridiculous. Once is a mistake, twice might be a DoorDasher stealing my smoothie. But 4 times? Get it together, Panera.

They never disappoint with their soup & sandwiches. The tomato with a grilled cheese is delicious & comforting after a hard day. The staff were very helpful & courteous, the restaurant was exceptional clean, and the food was served quickly. Will def be back.

Me, at 11:04am: Do you have any breakfast sandwiches left? Lady at the counter: We stopped serving breakfast at 11:00am Me: I’ll take a chicken teriyaki bowl. Why the militant drawing of the line for the cut-off for breakfast? I’m asking as a consumer without having knowledge of kitchen prep, etc. I know, it was late on weekend morning- my kid had a hard time getting out of bed. Note: nothing to mark them down for (still, 4 star) But I thoroughly enjoyed the teriyaki chicken bowl. The cilantro is a perfect touch that carries all the flavors through to your last bite. I ended up helping my wife finish her Fuji apple chicken salad. Ironically, their “Dark roast” was made weak (not enough coffee grinds for the brew) and their Blonde roast was dark- worked for me!
