The food has been amazing here. We visited this place twice during our 1st visit to Utah. Evrything we had here has been delicious, fresh and came our hot. We tried chai, biryani, Chapli fries, falafel plate and lamb nihari. The Chapli fries makes for a tasty fried cheesy snack. The biryani was delicious with the right spice and raita complimented it well. Our favorite was the nihari, the meat falling of the bone

Delicious Indo-pak food. We ordered Nihari and Naan, tasted good. Chai was v hot and strong, liked it. Ambiance is very nice. Family owned business. Definitely HALAL!

Great food, fast service, and very generous portions! I lived in the Middle East for a few months and the falafel wrap here is the closest taste profile I’ve had to my time abroad. My husband loved the tikka wrap and my kids enjoyed the tikka masala and naan.

Fantastic. We ordered the beef tikka plate with a side of hummus and extra naan, and it was everything I remembered it to be. The hummus was pretty decent. I say that becuase my wife makes it better, and here I am at 11pm scraping the bottom of the tin for more. Great job guys! A word to those that are new to this cuisine: please don't become a victim of your ignorance. Complaining about the chicken being dry in the chicken tikka dish is legitimately the same as ordering a grilled cheese sandwich, and then complaining about the cheese being too melted. These guys know this culinary style. So order something new/different, and enjoy it for what it is.

A little hard to tell, but the naan is quite large (I’d already started eating it). The hummus, for $4, was a very solid quantity as well, and both were very good! Usually I’m disappointed in appetizers at Mediterranean restaurants (small sizes and just kinda meh for the price), but this was definitely worth it. The main dish did not disappoint either. Definitely worth it for a small family business. 🤙😎

Kabob bros is very delicious Pakistani food and you should give them a try. I had the Chicken Tikka and it was phenomenal. The. Samosa and Naan bread were both outstanding. This is a family run business and you can tell that they have put so much work and love into this restaurant. The portions are good sized and the prices are very reasonable. If you want some super tasty food and you’re in the Midvale area then come on down to Kabob Bros!!!

I just had a lovely first meal at Kabob Bros and it won't be the last! I had a Chicken Chapli Kabob platter, which is a ground and seasoned chicken shaped into disks, served with rice and salad, then drizzled with garlic sauce. The seasoning and flavor of the meat was excellent, and I loved the garlic sauce. The meat was more crisped than I expected, but it wasn't dry inside. The texture reminded me of a thin disk of falafel. The rice was very good and I'll happily come back to try other meals here like the kabob'za (pizza with kabob meat!), wraps, or other plate options.

We loved this place! We ordered the Cheese Kabob'za for my 3 year old, the spicy Mixed Kabob Plate for my husband and I, and a side of Samosas for just in case and everything was delicious! They have a really good handle on the spice level and the creamy garlic and cilantro sauce that they put on everything really tie all the flavors together! Honestly, I'm still thinking about that sauce a few hours later... The staff was very friendly and the restaurant was clean and open. We went on a whim and I'm excited for a return visit!
