First time visiting the Med. menu looks interesting they have kababs , burgers, wraps , sandwiches, salad , stew, wine, beer and much more Ambiance is unique and nice. Ordered falafel wrap . Falafel is crunchy and good and not overly priced.overall the wrap was good. Tried saffron Icecream too but it was very similar lo vanilla ice cream

This is still my all time favorite restaurant in Utah. I go here for birthdays whenever anyone asks me where I want to go. Despite them saying I can choose "anywhere". Its quality hasn't changed in the 20+ years I've been going. They always have good service. And the food portions are massive for the price. A+ all around.

Best Mediterranean food I have had in Salt Lake City! I tried a little of each dish my table ordered and every single entree was full of flavor and perfectly made. I couldn't choose a favorite! Atmosphere was warm and inviting and great service as well! Very reasonably priced. Not super crowded as well which was great Highly recommend checking this place out.

The beef kabob has good flavor (#4 on menu). This dish would benefit from more grilled vegetables. If you're watching carbs, be careful. Very gluten free friendly restaurant. Raspberry vinaigrette is nice with salad. The Sholayzard - Persian saffron rice pudding was a cheat this week. I ate half. It's fairly tasty. Note to individuals with G6PD-. The falafel is made using fava beans, not chickpeas. So, be careful. The service is too lackadaisical. Actually, I tried coming 2 months ago, and left due to being ignored with SO. Male/female pair beside me were ready to leave as they had waited and waited. Makes me miss Nashville, TN with Epice, Kalamata's, and Santo. Returning home soon ❤️ Restaurants in SLC just seems to lack overall flavor with food and hospitality...

A unique taste of meditteranean cuisine, the Pita bread is the best i tasted as i lived in Middle east that serves with a lot of those. Kebob is a must try too. Will try the other menu next time.

This place was pretty great. It's a bit of a throwback to restaurants of the past. The decorations are kind of old, but the food is GREAT! Lots of Mediterranean options. Absolutely everything we ordered was great!

This is truly a hidden gym in South Salt Lake. It is so close to downtown in the sugarhouse area, the food is amazing. You truly feel like you have traveled to the Mediterranean. The entire staff are warm and friendly. Ask for many recommendations if you need any advice on some of the international dishes. The staff are happy to Explain different flavor combinations and give suggestions.

This building should be condemned. Moldy smell that made out eyes burn and throats itch. The water tasted moldy and dirty. Even the soft drinks tasted terrible. I'm glad I wore long pants because the seating was not clean. I got gum on my foot from under the table, so yucky. We were too polite to just leave but we should have. Some of the servers were unkempt and shouldn't be touching food and drinks. They charge three-$$$ prices for barely 1-$ experience and quality. The food was edible but did not have a nice presentation. You are better off going to a nicer more authentic place like Mazza or Afgan Kitchen.

5,5,5,5....!!! Yowsa! Ya gotta hit it. If you don't think you like middle eastern cuisine you will after this. Try the koofteh meatballs...safe way to dip your toe into Persian / middle eastern cuisine. Especially here. I have very mixed feelings on reviewing this one because it feels like a hidden gem I'd like to keep to myself. We tried the hummus appetizer. Fantastic! Honestly the best hummus I've ever had. I know ya think to yourself....ah come on how much different can one hummus be from another?! The flavor and the creaminess was outstanding! Salads we had the house dressing and the house bleu cheese. Both fantastic and homemade! Crispy veggies, fresh.... Entrees we then did the moussaka, gyro plate and koofteh meatballs. Unbelievable! Really almost not fair to be that good. The moussaka was like if a meatloaf and a lasagna had this perfect baby. Eggplant boarders and edges with the scrumptious meaty filling and a sauce to die for. The koofteh was just the right amount of sweet, with the bite of the tomato and the heartyness of the meat itself. The gyro meat was the least impressive but was still just superb, done right. The tzatziki sauce was dynamite. Just great! Really! The critique on the food would be the rice. It was well... Average. Room for o improvement for sure. Things I don't rate on: Environment: not great. An old pizza hut maybe. Odd decor choices but felt good enough. Service: well our waiter was fine but they were very busy and very short handed. Funny enough our waiter literally quit and left in the middle. So service was a 1 but I'd go again tomorrow with the same service. Food was fantastic!

I was never one for Greek food. Bad experience when I was younger. But my Uncle took me here and I am JUST IN LOVE! Everything in the menu I have tried (so far) has been delicious!!! Even the vegetarian dishes! Cute ambiance too!

After eating at all the hot spots in SLC (Park Burger, Red Iguana, all DDD places, etc...), this is by far the best place you can eat. Service is great and the food is impeccable plus this place is underpriced as opposed to the other "must eats" that are overpriced! Bon Appetit!

Date night dinner- we tried to order as many variety dishes as we could because Mediterranean food is best eaten like dim sum- many little dishes. We got the appetizer sampler (DH loved the baba ghanooj the best, surprisingly) and two kabobs w rice. We loved the steak the best, the lamb was a little tough- the in all fairness we don't eat lamb often so we may not be the best judge. One of my favorite parts was there was enough pita for both of us!

Best Mediterranean restaurant in the state of Utah. Persian, Greek, Egyptian options. Authentic. I had the #4 Persian beef kabob with rice and roasted tomato - perfection. Tiny hole in the wall that gets it right every time.

The food was fantastic! This place has a nice atmosphere, I feel like I've found a diamond in the rough. The server was very helpful and gave some great recommendations of what to try. I had the gyro sandwich and it was great! The fries were super crispy.

Let me start by saying, I love this place. It is so small and intimate and the food is delicious, and most of the time there isn't a wait... Even on a Friday night. I normally take pictures too, but I thought I'd already reviewed them. I've never had anything I didn't enjoy. The service is a little slow and often corrections have to be made, but the prices are great and the staff is friendly so adjustments are easy. The decor must be seen to fully comprehend but that is okay of the charm.

I hate to do this because I've eaten here before and it was good. Salad dressing was runny like milk.(Blue Chesse) and no flavor. The Chicken Alfredo was dry and no taste of Alfredo sauce it did have some cheese melted on it. The bread was good. This was a Togo order and I think my last time here. Sad, I new the owner years ago before he passed.

OMG Beat Kofta I have ever had, Slovak chicken like sunshine in your mouth and the staff were sweet and quick. Decor is a little different but everything was clean and SO tasty! Venezuelan server was pretty darn cute as well!

This little “hole in the wall” isn’t much to look at from the outside, but once you’re inside, it’s quaint, warm and comforting. Run by a small staff, the place is clean, smells of wonderful cuisine and there’s even a small fountain with fake birds singing to you. The waiter didn’t really seem like he wanted to be there, but once the food arrived, I was pleasantly surprised. It was delicious. The meat was tender and the rice was flavourful. Oh and did I mention the salad? I actually enjoyed it! (I don’t eat salad). Needless to say, we’ll be back and hopefully I can bring my Greek father along with me too.

I had a mixed experience. The atmosphere was delightful, contributing positively to the overall ambiance. However, the food quality was just acceptable and not as delicious as I had hoped. The portions, especially the kebobs, were smaller than expected, and the chicken kebob lacked flavor. Koofteh taste was strange but ok. On a positive note, the staff were exceptionally polite and attentive, which somewhat balanced the overall experience. In conclusion, while the service was commendable, the food didn't quite live up to my expectations.
