This nail salon is amazing and lily is the best one to go and get your nails done by. Loved the atmosphere and my nails turned out amazing! Will for sure visit here again!

I brought my mom to NV nails for a birthday pedicure and we had a pretty crummy experience. I believe I had Lily who was pushy and rude about which service I chose, she wanted me to upgrade to a more expensive service but I chose the classic so once she figured out I wasn't going to upgrade she proceeded to turn on the water and fill the foot bath with cold water and talk to her coworker in a tone I could only imagine was negative about me and my mom. From there she was rough with my feet and quick. She cut my toenails into a circle all the way down where I had a nub for a toenail. And rushed through the paint job and did not massage my legs or feet per the classic manicure description. When she was finished she said "you okay?" I did not want to point out how awful they looked as I just wanted to get out of there so I just said yep. Once my mom was finished I checked out and she walked by and stood over my shoulder as I chose the tip. Also, the place was not very clean, and the way the employees dressed was not professional at all. I could tell this is not a good establishment.

First, I want to say that I appreciated the friendly customer service while I was here and the fact that they were able to accommodate a mix of manis/pedis for a group of 6. I know that can be difficult and stressful for the shop. The receptionist picked out my dip powder while I waited, which apparently was not a good brand, and I wasn't told this until after the nail tech was already doing my nails. I didn't know any better with it being my first time getting dip on natural nails, and honestly, I don't get my nails done professionally on a regular basis. The nail tech was super nice and apologetic, and she tried to salvage my nails by using a different brand as the last layer on top, which changed the color from purple to red, but I didn't mind that too much. I thought everything looked fine when I left. However, the very next day, I had chips on both my right thumb and middle finger... I didn't do manual labor or anything else intense with my hands in between the time I got them done and when I noticed the chips. I've heard that dip does not usually chip this fast, and my tech told me they normally last about 2 weeks. I also do my own gel nails at home, and they never chip this quickly. The part near the cuticles also looks a little messy and the tips of a couple fingers on my left hand are already starting to wear away. It's unfortunate because I don't live in Branson and can't come back to get these fixed. Overall, I'm not completely unsatisfied with my experience, but the whole point of getting your nails done is for them to look great for at least a little while, and I didn't get past a day. :(

I really love NV Nails & Spa! They are very accommodating and the nail tech is really awesome! He did so great on my pedi. I will definitely be back. It’s a perfect place for self care and relaxation.

I’m a local in Branson, came to this shop after years of not getting my nails done, I was super nervous, I didn’t even call for an appointment, but they took me as a walk in and were very friendly! I believe Jeremey is who worked on my nails, he did a beautiful job! My hands were shaky from being nervous and he was very kind, and he took his time on getting all the nails the right size and shape, he beautifully blended them! He was also very funny and just overall awesome, he did an amazing job and staff is super friendly! I’m definitely going to be coming back!

Nv nails had amazing service and they were speedy! I got a pedicure and a full set, both being very relaxing. The staff was personable and friendly. My nails came out so pretty and I’ll definitely be back.

The technician took the time to listen to my preferences and suggested a beautiful design that perfectly suited my style. Not only did my nails turn out absolutely stunning, but the entire experience was incredibly relaxing. I felt pampered and cared for throughout the entire service. Good Job NV NAILS!
