Manager
ignores
much
needed
maintenance
to
the
point
where
emergency
repairs
become
necessary.
Units
need
a
lot
of
updates,
including
new
windows.
Most
of
the
windows
have
broken
seals.
Very
little
insulation
for
weather
or
sound.
The
decks
are
all
unsafe,
as
they
don't
have
proper
support
beams.
During
bad
winter
weather,
manager
ignores
much
needed
snow
removal
in
all
areas.
Most
of
the
time,
you
have
to
wait
for
it
to
melt,
unless
you
like
to
walk
in
the
middle
of
parking
lot.
Floors
creek,
probably
due
to
poor
structure.
Very
high
humidity
in
units,
could
indicate
lack
of
moisture
barriers.
Gutters
and
downspouts
are
inadequate
to
handle
rain
--
these
should
be
commercial
grade
and
not
the
cheap
residential
grade.
Pet
Deposits
become
non-refundable
pet
fees
after
you
move
in.
Manager
ignores
health
risks
of
multiple
units
having
black
mold.
Numerous
people
have
complained,
and
manager
just
tells
them
to
move
out.
Club-house
is
non-useable.
Pool
is
often
closed.
Trash
Dumpster
areas
are
disgusting
and
often
have
rodents
or
bugs
in
them.
Manager
allows
too
many
people
and
cars
in
a
single
unit.
Some
units
have
5-8
people
in
them
and
4-5
cars
(these
are
2
bedroom
units).
If
you
are
looking
for
a
quiet
place
to
live,
don't
bother
with
this
one.
