    If Timeshares were Dental offices they would call themselves Aspen! Odds are this place will be listed as a provider on your insurance And if you call them to confirm they will say yes every single time. Then once you get there they will inform you that they don't really take your insurance but golly gee do they have a deal for you. This place is joke folks. I don't know how they manage to get themselves listed on the insurance websites they don't actually take but they do

    Very quick in and out visit. I didn't have an appointment and I was seen anyway. No problem at all. My only concern is if a nurse or aide is seeing a patient for any reason they should've had on a mask. That should be addressed to all staff.

    So far the major issue that I have is with there scheduling system. On more than one occasion I have made the 3 hour one way trip to there office only to be told that I didn't have an appointment that day. So I pull out my phone and show the lady and the front desk the message that I had received showing my appointment for that day and time.Only to be told we'll you shouldn't really trust that you should have called and verified it with us first. Twice this has happened. And I have asked other customers while there if they have had that happen to them and they agreed it had. Do better aspen dental .

    Went there to get cheap dental work done before a major surgery so the possibility of infection is gone. They wanted almost another grand after insurance (60% up front and the rest after) for 2 extractions and a deep clean. For the services I needed just for preoperative, can be done for less than 500 at any other dentist (100 per tooth and about 150-200 for the cleaning) I'll take my business elsewhere. Other than that, the people who work there are very polite and helpful.

    So my 1st visit was awesome! Dr.K and his staff are amazing 👍🏼. I had some issues with my insurance approving certain procedures and voiced my concern to the office, bc I felt like I was doing a lot of the leg work. They listened to my concerns, came up with a plan of action and executed. I was impressed by how this office handles issues, when the situation may not be in their favor. They took accountability and made it right! I will definitely continue my care under their advice and guidance.

    Got my replacement upper denture today. It fit perfectly. Better fit than the original. I recommend the 3 D imaging over plaster fitting. I am very pleased.

    That was the worst experience I’ve ever had in any dentist or doctor’s office. I had a loose crown that Aspen themselves originally did from a few years prior. I went in to see what they could do about it and also get a routine teeth cleaning. They told me it would be full price to re-do the crown ($2,000) and $10,000 (yes, $10,000) to do the deep cleaning “treatment plan” they recommended! The cherry ontop was when I said that I just wanted to pay for a routine teeth cleaning today (usually $150-$200), they literally refused to do it. She said they were “not allowed” because it’s “not what I needed.” 😂 I will never go back and would NEVER recommend Aspen dental to anybody that I care about. Speechless

    I was disappointed that it took 2-1/2 months to get the crowns back. My teeth under the temps were starting to be sensitive. They came the day after I drove 45 minutes into the office to gripe. However, with the exception of one that was too thick, had to be smoothed down, they look and feel great today. I really like the dentist. He’s gentle and nice. Also very competent. His staff in the back is also very nice and caring. I will go back there if I have anymore problems. I don’t know why it took months to get the crowns.

    0 stars didn't have a good experience twice now. I will not be back! Dentist shattered tooth during root canal had to get a crown in addition to the one crown i needed then when crowns came in they were not right and while grinding on crown they chipped and cracked the front tooth next to it! The one tooth the put the other crown on needed a root canal but wasn't done! Now I am in serious pain from their mistakes. Not to mention the rude female Dentist today that put the crowns on. I explained to her that I was disabled and she continued to cause me to have a panic / anxiety attack by telling me I was stupid and she had been a Dentist for over 20 yrs. And that she knows what she is doing. Even after my husband explained my disability she continued to be rude and made fun of me because I was crying. Not to mention that when I told her I was in pain she didn't and wouldn't numb my mouth. I will be seeking legal action!

    I had some unanticipated issues. The doctor said give me I minute to think about how to resolve it. He came back in five and we continued on. I trust him and his assistants are top notch!
