I’m not one to publicly express my opinions but I feel like with medical professionals it’s important to share our experiences. My last few visits have been horrendous. I’ve been going to Bridges for a long time and the quality has drastically gone down recently. Denver treated my last appointment like a hangout more then a medical consultation and today Jean walked in and introduced herself like she’d never met me before when she’s been the primary LPN I see every time I go in. Both visits have ended in under 10 mins with no real answers like they’ve got better places to be and it was a goose chase to get my prescription sent to the right pharmacy or even a call back.

I rate them as one of the best places in Branson. They have always been able to get me an appointment and Jean is amazing and found and solved a problem no other doctor had found. They are not a ghetto drug dispensing location like so many other reviews on here are upset about but a location that cares about patients who are sick or truly concerned about their health. As far as rates my copay has never changed always $20 but I understand there are irresponsible individuals that don't have insurance and have to pay higher costs when they do try to see a doctor.

Like others have said, quality of care and overall experience has gone down drastically over the years. I've been going here for over a decade, but it's time to move on. What was once a simple and convenient experience is now a headache. Who wants to schedule an appointment at the "walk in clinic" over a month out? Good luck getting medications refilled in a logical manner. I used to recommend this clinic all the time with patients I encountered as a good way for someone who may not have a regular primary provider to get their foot in the door of somewhere other than urgent care or the ER. It's a shame to say I can't do that in good conscience any more.

Great place, easy to work with. Flexible and doesn't take weeks to get in.. typically. I recommend them. Arrive early. They run a tight schedule and late people throw it off.

Yeah I called in for some advice on a burn on my friend and cuz we don't have money for an office visit and medications so I asked if she could recommend a medication it's just a little burn and it's blistering some and she couldn't even give me any nothing over the phone

These people are the most rude and unprofessional as they can be. I have never seen a group of people treat someone as rude as they did. And then made up a complete lie about someone and said they felt threatened. Coming from Alabama we might be country but we do treat people with respect and compassion. I’m 50 and this is the only time I ever saw a medical staff that is supposed to help someone to totally mistreat them and then bold face lie on them. You reap what you sew. They are going to need help one day and they are not going to get it.

I've been going there for over a year and they are awesome. I see that a lot of people complain about the prices, but I'd like to know where else they have went that's cheaper? They offer appointments and take walk ins. Sometimes you have to wait, as with any other doctor's office. I've never had anyone that works there be rude to me, but I have seen patients be loud and rude with the employees. Dr Bridges is really good at what he does and takes time to completely explain things. This isn't a huge doctor's office that makes millions. Businesses such as this are vital to our community. Try walking into the hospital with no insurance to get treated.. you'll leave, needing to take out a loan to pay for it.

Hands down the best clinic I have experienced! The staff is so friendly and efficient. Marrisa (front desk) is very knowledgeable and professional. Dr's are also amazing!
