I wasn't very impressed with the girls taking our order; they kept laughing in our faces while we were ordering.. Also, I asked for a salad and told them "no onions" like three times but of course they added onions..

One of the worst experiences at an eatery. I walk in @ around 10:30am two people are behind the register I guess prepping. Finally the woman comes to the register with a look as if I'm bothering her. She takes my order. I then sit and wait in an area with signage saying something like "Rapid Food Orders". I wait and wait. Another man goes to the counter and says I'm in a rush where's my salad. He waits and waits. There's only 3 names on the screen and I'm 2 of them. They call me for one of my orders. I then explain I have another plain bagel with butter. This is where it gets worst. There's 4 people I can see in the food preparation area. A man who looks like a manger. A man who gives the food out. A woman who is doing prep. And a woman who's preparing meals. They're all in a deep argument about where to take breaks, for how long and who goes first. Prep girl argues with give food out guy about how long prep takes in other locations. Make meals girl argues why she can't eat where she wants. All the while I just want my order to be completed. Needless to say it's thrown together and handed to me 30 MINUTES LATER, like their disagreement is some how my fault. MISMANAGEMENT!!!

Quite possibly the worst service at a panera bread I ever received. I order a bagel with cream cheese and am asked if I want it on the bagel. I say yes. I wait at the pick up area where they tell me I pick it up at the cash register. I go back to the girl at the cash register who tells me I get the bagel at the pick up area. I told her what the pick up area told me, and she then tells me she can't put the cream cheese on the bagel after asking the pick up area people. This whole ordeal took 15 minutes when all I ended up getting was a bagel with cream cheese I had to put on myself.

After the movies, stopped by for a late lunch with a friend. Although I had ordered on the app, when speaking with Patrick, who was waiting on my friend, as she was ordering in person, I mentioned that something was Sold Out, on the app, so I made a second choice. He assured me they still had Tuna Fish, so actually changed my Order for me, without hesitation! So very nice! He also was very patient with my friend, who didn't know the menu well. Patrick also brought to my table, a sample of the New Chicken Tika Masala, as I said I'd never tried it, and it was Delicious, a bit spicy, which I love, so will surely order it on a future visit! Over All a very Positive Dining Experience, and a big Thank You to Patrick for his patience, friendliness & professional nature. 🙋🥳😉

Wow, this location is super busy whenever I stop in. And although it’s busy, they’re pretty much in control making sure everyone’s order comes out nice and quick! Lines always move pretty fast as well. Floors are always cleaned and the staff is always polite. This location is nothing short of a 5 Star review! I recommend this place to anyone who appreciates great customer service!

A repeat customer not by coincidence. It is the stellar customer service, exquisite food, and timely order that compels me to keep coming back. The staff and administration in particular are among the best, including Jazmine! I highly recommend this Panera store!

I am standing waiting for several minutes to order. All employees were rushing putting together a large order. I was rudely told I could be helped in a few minutes. Maybe Panera should hire more employees.

I feel like the quality of Panera’s food has gone down drastically. The turkey they use now is really gross and looks like Lunchable’s meat tbh; the lettuce was spoiled in my salad; the croutons were super mushy; and they got my sandwich completely wrong. They’re nice here, so I’ll give them that, but I wish they would clean up the tables more often as they were all dirty and sticky.

Easy experience with kiosk ordering. Didn’t really talk to a human until we picked up order (no big deal on that part). It was early in the morning and place was very clean and felt bright inside. There didn’t appear to be a drive thru but it had a huge parking lot as a part of the mall across the street

Had set up a delivery as I am caring for my Grandmother who has dementia and can be easily distressed. Left instructions on the order to ask the delivery person to leave the package on the back porch and not to knock as this can cause the dog to get a bit loud which upsets grandmother. Panera did a wonderful job at providing delicious food. And SAFELY leaving it on the back porch (on the table not the floor). And adhered to the no knocking request. Which meant doggo was quite. Grandmother wasn't disturbed. Thank you Panera for your delivery persons excellent service. And the great food !

I always have a good experience,the place is always so clean very good customer service,it was very busy when i visited Panera Bread but employees were quick and attentive on what they were doing trying to take out all the orders as fast as they can i will definitely return i definitely recommend this place to eat,great customer service clean place!!

The food is really good. My son and daughter loves the food here including myself. The only thing that I dislike of the place is the cleanliness of the place. Everything is dusty and the coffee station is falling down of dust. The ceiling lamps are also very dusty. The employees here should be more considerate when it comes to cleaning the place. A place character always is focused on how clean it is. Overall the food id good and is made fast.

my cashier fynn, was so nice. they were very helpful and the best cashier i’ve ever met. they deserve a raise!!

I love the setup here as far as the structure of the business and how welcoming you feel after walking through the double doors. It is well maintained & staff are friendly.

For a place that serves breakfast items they don't open up until 8:00 am. Not cool.

Received an open bag of chips in our order. Yum. A sandwich that looked like it had been opened and closed back up. 2 sandwiches that were not ordered. Missing a salad and mac and cheese. Not great. Let’s pull together. Get some retraining. I’m actually willing to come in per diem as an efficiency expert and take a look at the full operation too to bottom to help you fix it.

First time trying breakfast. It was terrible. My fruit cup had moldy fruit. The cheese and egg sandwich had a bit of egg hiding in a huge price of bread and an extremely thin coating of cheeses that looked like it was sprayed on. The parfait was minuscule. The only thing that was good was the coffee.

I placed an order on the app for delivery at 7:06 pm. My order was supposed to be delivered 8:00 - 8:15. I called them at 8:00 with no answer. I had to keep calling and they finally picked up at 8:30 and said the order will be delivered in 15 minutes. I then tried calling Panera 6 more times until they picked up at 8:58. The worker was rude and said oh are you the $63 order. She said that I should have called earlier even though I told her I spoke to someone who told me it would be delivered and I tried to keep calling after that and nobody picked up. I asked for a refund because she did not have any idea when my order was going to be delivered. I am very disappointed with how this situation was handled.

The food was not up-to their normal standards. We had to wait a ridiculous amount of time for it and it was lukewarm at best. The place was being remodeled and was not just messy, but dirty. We were allowed to order and pay for soda, though it wasn’t available. The entire experience was very disappointing

Nobody at counter to take order. Used Kiosk but it failed at checkout and sent me to the counter to order. No fountain soda drinks. Very slow to get food, still waiting after 15 minutes. This place used to be better. Many better places nearby.

Took a half hour to get 13 bagels and 2 soups that were terrible and they put all the bagels in the same bag so cinnamon crunch has onion and salt on them totally ruined them . The only reason they should get a star was that I felt bad for the poor girl who was hustling in the back while her fellow employees were moving like total slugs so that location needs to be revamped and workers need better training or that place won’t last as there were many other irritated customers waiting. Only one person in that place deserves $15 an hour and it’s that young lady .

It's 10:30 in the morning and it's terrible how dirty this place is, I don't know how people can eat in a place where the first thing you see is the glass of the doors with dirt from top to bottom, the coffee area no more room for dust and coffee and milk stains combined with sugar everything absolutely everything needs a deep cleaning

Ordered through Door Dash. After an hour wait, order was delivered. The sandwich was very good. But the side of Panera's tomato and cucumber basil salad feel short. I got two tablespoons for $2.59. I called Panera and the manager was going to refund my credit card. But her register told her I needed to call Door Dash. Why? Panera owes me the money! I got robbed.

Nice place,excellent service,was only disappointed with the French onion soup.

Ordering was easy and contact free. The staff was very friendly and the location was clean including the bathroom. The only thing I did not see being cleaned were the touch screens to order and the pagers to notify the customer the food was ready. I'm not stating that they're not cleaned only that the cleaning and disinfecting process is not visible. The food was good and it tasted fresh. I'd go back to that particular location.

Even though I was one of three people in the cafe at 8pm (only one other person ordering) I waited over 10 minutes to receive a chocolate croissant. I ordered on the tablet, so the staff just had to take it off the shelf and stick it in a bag. An employee who I am assuming was the shift manager was apologetic for the wait, but 13 minutes seems a bit extreme to wait for a pastry that's already been baked.

I went into Panera today and I took notice to a worker there her name on my receipt said Veronica she had red hair well it was busy in there ! And she hustled! She got every ones food to them quickly no waiting long at all.. she was focused and did her job well I take notice to things like that and I like to let people no it is appreciated! Thank you Veronica!

We walked in right before closing but the staff was very nice & accommodating and catered to our needs. The manager double checked & made sure our to go order was correct. I will definitely come back to this location.
