Very hit or miss. Depending on the nail tech you get it will depend on the quality of your nails. This place is my go to for a while. The nails were phenomenal. Until just recently. My nails have been thick, crooked, and overall messy. They break off so easily and the nail tech gets upset when you don’t like ur nails. There customer service was great, they fixed my nails for free even though Andy was very disrespectful about it.

I had literally never had my nails done before and chose Maxx based off of reviews and location and am so glad I did. Andy did such a wonderful job and was patient with me as I didnt truly know what I wanted or how it worked. He did such a wonderful job on my wedding nails and I got so many compliments! I would highly recommend Maxx Spa and Nails... I was anxious about the experience but everyone was so welcoming and warm.

The customer service at Maxx is none like I’ve ever experienced! I love that they are so welcoming and attentive to their customers! So professional, clean, and friendly! Incredible. The pedi and acrylic set are lovely, but the people are why I'm planning to go back. Everyone was so kind and patient even when my kiddo was making things difficult. Thank you Maxx nails!!

This is the best nail experience I've ever had. Duke and Trianna are so kind, talented, caring, asking about my life, it feels like family. All of their technicians/artists do an excellent job. I can't recommend them highly enough. When I moved to Shakopee from Minneapolis I got lucky with my search finding them and will never go anywhere else.

If I could give them 10 stars I would! Everyone was so great! We came here before my sisters wedding and they greeted us and kept checking up on us and using our names! They even had a banner that said “congrats Jocelyn” and popped a bottle of champagne! Everyone needs to come here!

I just had the best nail experience of all time and so did my girls! I am getting married on Saturday so my bridesmaids and I came to get our nails done. They not only had a banner congratulating me, but also gave us some amazing wine to enjoy! All the nail techs are amazing and are so talented! We had so much fun! Thank you for a great experience!

I got my nails done here they turned out pretty good I come back to remove the gel off my nails and they did a horrible job for the removal. They over buffed my nails which left my nails frail with white spots on them and when I got home I seen there was still polish residue on my nails. I paid to get the gel off but left with my nails in a bad condition and they didn’t even do the job of removing the gel completely. My nails hurt to even touch due to the over buffing and filing. Don’t think I will be coming back here.

Always a pleasant experience at Maxx Salon! I am always greeted by name upon arrival (and I am lame and only go maybe 2-3 times a year for a pedicure). Everyone is always friendly and kind. The service is phenomenal, and I feel like such a great value. I always leave with a long-lasting, gorgeous polish color and silky smooth skin! They take their time and really pamper you during your service- I never feel rushed or like "just another number". I highly recommend this salon to anyone who asks!

Great experience! My best friend is getting married in 2 days and we got our nails done at Maxx spa and Nails! Everyone was so welcoming & they even made her a hanging sign saying “Congrats Lauren!” Which I have pictured! So very thoughtful. Will 100% be back!
