Service was really good. Seafood was hot and tasty. Had the Lobster, salmon, shrimp w/ rice and bacon mac & cheese.

Service was horrible. Tables were left dirty. They had no clam chowder and failed to tell me until food was brought out and that was my dinner so i couldnt eat. The manager said it was just bad timing. Not sure what has happened to that store, before we seeked that one out vrs northtown but we wont go back after tonight. Highly disappointed.

First timer for this restaurant. It’s very impressive. Seafood is very fresh. I ordered salmon and it is grilled to the fine point of crispy outer and smoky flavor. From the first touch of tastebud to swallow, it gives bountiful variations of tastes. Highly recommend this store to any seafood lovers!

We had to wait a while even after having a reservation n it seemed weird as they didn't appear to be super busy. With that being said dinner was excellent! Haven't been here in close to 20 years! The service was how it should be, our server was on point! Very attentive, friendly and just overall great! Damn those warm cheesy buttery biscuits, ha. DELICIOUS. my kid enjoyed her burger 🍔 won't wait another 20years to go back. FYI they have a great deal for shrimp on Mondays.

Dining in is always a good experience. We like when we sit where we get Vicki as our server. She is hard working to get us what we want and prompt and very helpful and knowledgeable.

Great customer service. She was so nice. Sadly I have forgotten her name. Calamari was okay. I’ve had better. Get yourself some of that muscles in wine sauce. All the other items were good. Ohh man and don’t forget the Brussels sprouts. It was bomb!

Food was excellent. The down fall for me ; they didn't offer any water. I had to finally ask for it. And the new revised menu didn't have any pictures of the food. I don't go to Red Lobster very often. A picture would have really helped me to decide what I wanted to eat. So my daughter had to look up the pictures of the food on her phone. 🙄

I went to this location because I had a terrible experience on Mother’s Day at the Bloomington location. During my visit at the Roseville location, My server Ashley was exceptional, welcoming, friendly and pleasant. My food was prepared exactly the way I ordered it. The drinks were great too! In fact all of the staff that greeted me also had great customer service! This was my 3rd time at this location and every time was a great experience! Thank you Ashley! You made my Mother’s Day better! ❤️🙏

Gee is an AMAZING server! Noticed my little one was special needs and went above and beyond by asking if there was anything she could do to make our dinner night better for my little one. Very engaged in understanding and relating to her customers. Red Lobster has a great asset on their hands, and the world needs more people like Gee! Hands down the best service we have received anywhere. Inclusion does amazing things in a person's visit. Gee, thank you for all that you did and do for our special people. We will forever be driving out of our way to eat at your Red Lobster just to be seated with her again.

Red Lobster in Roseville has wonderful service. It's clean and you'll be treated well here. Unfortunately the food is just... bad. The salad was iceberg lettuce with a pinch of arugula, a bit of tomato, and boxed croutons -smothered in grocery brand blue cheese. Yikes. Both my and my husband's lobsters were overcooked to the point of twisting and gumminess. My shrimp was also gummi. I was unable to cut the salmon without a steak knife. I ended up eating french fries. All in all, an expensive disappointment. The server was wonderful though. We did not run into a single person working at this Red lobster who less than fantastic. Hopefully it was just an off night for the cooks. We can't risk our money on that hope so won't be back.

The food was superb, our barperson was also superb, shame on me though I can't remember her name however I was there 24th of June 2022 and she is originally from Kenosha, Wisconsin, great service, great food, great conversation with staff. I have waited ages to go to red lobster so happy it didn't disappoint and that I chose the branch I did. I 100% recommend this place !!!

I came here to celebrate a family member’s birthday and was treated as if we weren’t welcome. Upon the visit our server didn’t even give me my drink I ordered or plates for the complimentary bread which was piping hot. My grandmother was getting upset and asked if we can order our food and we asked if we can get a different server and this guy goes on to tell us no one else wanted to serve us. So we got up and left. There’s no way my family should have to experience this nonsense

Terrible service. Walked in and felt the atmosphere was off but was fresh off work and my boy wanted go eat there for his birthday so we get seated by a girl who obviously didn’t want to work and our server looked tired and off some substance but never mind that . We asked for drinks and didn’t get our drinks and the bread was giving to us with no plates and we didn’t even get to order. The server tells us that no one else wanted to serve us so I paid for my lemonade and left . Probably overpaid but you guys obviously need it more than I do

Will always cherish going to this place,it was my long service award dinner with my manager, I had the best treats from the meal to customer service ,i felt at home ,can't wait to see them again thank you Red Lobster, best place to eat with family ,friends and love ones ❤️

My food was hot good and well prepared 😋. The stuffed mushrooms were Scrumptious. The shrimp scampi was succulent and not over cooked. The holiday sangria was amazing it literally danced on my taste buds.

We were seated right away for a late lunch and had a birthday. Latia greeted us and took our drink orders. She was very attentive until it started getting busier then she forgot about us. We had the all you can eat ultimate shrimp and a crab linguine. All the food was good except my broccoli was soggy and brown, not fresh. The plates were piling up and our table was never cleared off once. She never mentioned the free ice cream for the birthday either so we asked and received.

Food was definitely good! I ordered the pick 2 for $25 and got the garlic shrimp scampi and fried coconut shrimp with fries and a side salad. Server was great n was quick to offer refills and check how we were doing. Unfortunately with all other things going up in price Red Lobster was no exception and was surprised to see how some of the menu items had increased significantly in price. Other than that it was still an overall good experience!

I haven't been to Red Lobster in awhile. Prices have increased enormously! I'm SO happy for the endless shrimp for $20! Salads are no longer included; they are $4 extra (but lots of cheese etc.). No more cloth napkins. The dish I usually order is now $31!

I have ordered from this location for delivery, take out, and dine in on a few occasions each and haven’t had a bad experience yet. The dine in service is friendly and quick about service, I don’t recall having to wait on a refill ever, and my serve was just about burning his hands on our plates so that we wouldn’t have to touch them ourselves. Their crab legs are done very well and the crab is never left sticking to the shell. It's a nice place for a family friendly fresh tasting seafood meal, a vast menu selection, and a solid overall value.

Something about this location bothers me. I have been to several locations a cross a few states, so I have some basis of comparison. Upon entering, there is a tank with live lobster. This location seriously needs to clean the tank, plus there are generally only about four lobsters present. At the "wait to be seated" desk, no one is ever there. This was my third visit to this specific location, always the same. Wait several minutes before someone shows up. The table they sat me at was not very clean. I wiped crumbs off with my bare hand as I was sitting, the host did not notice, though I was being obvious. I tried their new drink, which was very pretty and tasty: Snowglobe Sangria. It was the highlight of my visit. Normally I get two drinks and a dessert, but tonight I checked out pretty fast. I had clam chowder and cheesy biscuits for starters. The chowder was thin but tasty. I would have expected oyster crackers, but got Saltines. Normally they give four or five biscuits, this time I got two. For dinner I had the 'Admiral's Feast' From menu: "Walt's Favorite Shrimp, bay scallops, clam strips and wild-caught flounder, all fried to a golden brown. Served with cocktail and tartar sauces and choice of two sides." I used my clam chowder as one side and coleslaw for the other. The shrimp was tasty. The clam strips appeared to be the same exact items you get at any seafood drive thru. The flounder was perhaps the worst fish I ever tried. The scallops were tasty and good texture. I didnt finish everything. Asked for my check. I set my card on the bill and waited. No one ever came by again. They had a gaming console on the booth like at Applebees (I never noticed one before at previous visits. Usually the server takes my card right away). I guess now you use the game console. The server never mentioned it. I finally got bored and played around with the console and found where I could self pay. Overall, it balanced to a 2.75, but I rounded up to 3/5 since no other choices, and 2/5 was lower than I felt they deserved.

The best Cajun shrimp scampi I’ve ever had!! And of course their biscuits are to die for 😍 the mozzarella sticks were so nice and cheesy too. Service was fast and friendly 🙂
