Feels like home! The flavors of the delicious meals transports me home to my mom’s cooking…maybe even better! I like trying something new every time, and I’m never disappointed by my choice. Not only is everything fresh and tastes amazing, but the staff are very friendly and provides the best service. They also give back to the community which gives us another reason to support. Favorite restaurant in the area, hands down!

We came here not knowing what to expect, and we were presently surprised. Inside was cozy, but it wasn't too full. Looks like there is another section they open up at times. The food was hot and quick out to the table. A kids' menu would have been nice as the portions are way too big for someone so small. The egg rolls were delicious, and my wife said the Pho was good too. I had the house fried rice and finished it all. Appearance wise, it didn't look like what I expected, but the flavor was there, and I would divinely get it again.

Wow! Drove 40 minutes with my friend and her hubs because she told me it was worth the drive. I don’t know the names of the dishes but they were all amazing! Fresh herbs & great crispy textures too. It’s the best Vietnamese place I’ve ever been to!! Took home Ban mi sandwich too. I’m going to go there again soon—like next week.

Easily the best Viet restaurant in the Twin Cites area. Owners and staff are so kind. You can’t go wrong with any dish but we love the Bun Cha Hanoi which is unique because not many Viet restaurants make this dish. The Nem Nuong is also incredible. And for $5, the iced coffee is tremendous value. Each entree can feed two as well so you really get a lot of bang for your buck.

Hands down the best egg rolls I have ever eaten. A hush fell over the table as we all had a separate spiritual experience with those egg rolls. That said, EVERYTHING we ate was fantastic. The bánh mì was stuffed with meat and was on its own, plenty for a meal. Their #7 bún bowl was so much food that I was thrilled to take half home for leftovers. Can't wait to go back and try everything on the menu.

MT noodle is one of the best restaurants if you need to get your Vietnamese food cravings met. The portions here are huge is great for family style sharing. Would most definitely recommend the Canh Chua, Ca Kho tho and beef potato. The Banh Khot and Fried chicken legs are 🔥🔥🔥.

The classic egg roll had a good amount of filling and a great pork flavor. The pho thai was okay. It had a good beef flavor, but didn't have that aromatic smell that I crave. It was served with a lemon instead of lime. The hot and spicy chicken had a good amount of sauce and chicken, but it wasn't spicy at all. It had a slightly sweet and nutty taste. Near the end of my meal a customer walks by my table with a dog in her arms. I feel bad for anyone that may have bern allergic to dogs that night.

One of the BEST Vietnamese restaurants in the metro area! In my last trip, I had their chicken wings which was crispy to perfection. I also had their beef and potatoes, which could easily feed 2-3 people when sharing. Generally, the food portions for each entrée are pretty large. Highly recommend going family style with a group of people so you can try a little bit of everything while having enough stomach space :).

I have lived in the twin cities for 8 years and I’m ashamed it took me this long to find my favorite Vietnamese restaurant! This past weekend I went to MT Noodles and had one of best meals I have had in a while. All the food was stellar and came quickly, the service was excellent, and restaurant itself was welcoming and bustling! I highly recommend getting the Ca Kho To (honestly, it’s a game changer) and Canh Chua Ca if you visit! All in all, do yourself a favor and add MT Noodles to your list!

Delicious authentic Vietnamese food. The egg rolls are huge and crispy. Not a lot of Vietnamese restaurants in the twin cities have banh xeo (Vietnamese crepes stuffed with bean sprouts, pork, shrimp) but MT does! Their banh xeo are huge and delicious. I love the big pile of herbs that come with the dish (not stingy). The pork dishes are amazing.

Sunday around 3pm isn't busy at all. Quickly seated and served. Got a Bhan Mi and spicy chicken. Great place to eat. The few dishes we got were great for sharing. Spring rolls & shrimp cakes were good apps. Overall enjoyed it all.

Great food, never had any complaints about the food. Service is very attentive and extremely friendly. The 4 stars is because the food comes out of the kitchen slowly. Doesn't really matter too much because it is so delicious when we finally get it. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. This is a place everyone should check out.

My online order got mixed up, but the staff were incredibly nice and quick in resolving the issue. I got their Banh mi, and it's truly the best I've ever had. What I really like is the generous portion of juicy meat. The experience turned a mix-up into a delightful surprise, and I'm thoroughly impressed.

Bún chả Hà Nội was super delicious! I loved the grilled pork. The bowl was filled with flavors from charcoal to fish sauce. The other dish I had was bún đậu mắm tôm. This was also good but the fermented shrimp paste was not well made. The taste was weird and odd.

MT noodles is my favorite Vietnamese restaurant! Delicious, big portions, amazing value, and great customer service. I don’t know any other Vietnamese restaurant in MN that offers Bun Cha Hanoi! It made me feel nostalgic for visiting Vietnam. Our group also ordered the nem nướng spring rolls & banh khốt for an appetizer. Everything tasted authentic, I’ll be a regular customer!

The restaurant is very spacious with ample parking. The restroom is only one stall. But the staff is really friendly and the pho broth is spot on. The pork chop dish comes with a cup soup too. Most restaurant don’t include this. So that is a big plus.

1st time trying this place. It was delicious, my favorite was the spring roll, the shimp had batter and they even put egg roll wrap inside that gives it a little crunch. The pho broth was a little on the sweeter side but it was still delicious. We also had the rice cake with shimp (#5) it was so good, must try it. The service was good, they did give my spouse the wrong pho # but it worth the try.

My favorite Vietnamese spot! We typically do takeout and it is just as good as dining in. I’ve never ordered something I didn’t like. But my favorite is the Banh Xeo or Bun with pork and eggrolls.

Service was very professional and polite. The place and seating was cozy. The pho was a little bland but it’s soo refreshing and good. No complaints about it. The classy egg rolls were super good, fat and juicy! Lots of filling and super crunchy. The hot and spicy chicken was tasty. I liked it!

Very delicious food! I rarely say this but their hot and spicy chicken (under house specials) has to be one of the best tasting dishes I've had. Definitely gotta try that! Their grilled stuff are top-notch (the old lady in the kitchen is killing it!)
