My family was in need of a new dentist as we’re new to the area. Our experience was fabulous! The staff was friendly, engaging, and had Bluey on for my 3yo when she got in the room. We can’t wait to go back!

Great clinic, friendly staff, always on time, caring and gentle, great at explaining things before, during and after a visit. This is not a dental sweatshop that you see popping up all over. Highly recommend.

First off right out of the gate I was nervous because it’s been 10 years since I’ve seen a dentist.. also new to my insurance and how it works. The lady on the phone was amazing( I wish I could remember her name). She helped so much it was effortless. Secondly, Dr. Sarles was amazing too he never made me feel bad about my teeth he just told me straight what needs to be done and how to keep my teeth clean moving on. I was so nervous coming in I had high blood pressure.. being on the chair I could have taken a nap that’s how smooth they were. I left there feeling great and with more confidence in my smile then ever before. I still have to go back to have more done but honestly I’m excited to go back get it done. I never thought in a million years I’d say that, or to leave such a long exciting review but here I am.

Painless! I have high anxiety and usually cry at dental visits because of it. This is the first dentist I have been to that makes me feel completely comfortable, calm, and in control of the entire process. The conversation happening between staff while I was getting dental work done was lighthearted and reassuring, and communication with me was excellent! I didn’t experience any pain at all before, during, or after my dental procedure. I’ve definitely found my “home” for all of my dental needs.

I called to inquire about their laser treatment for cold sores and before I hung up the phone, they had consulted the technician about my specific situation, gave me the recommendations, and we're able to squeeze me into their schedule that same morning. The technician was very kind and made me relaxed for the procedure. Everyone in the office was so helpful. Would definitely recommend Prior Lake Dental!

Could have not been happier with my first experience at Prior Lake Dental. I was immediately greeted with so much kindness starting at the front desk and had a friendly goodbye from my hygienist. Gabby walked me through what she was doing when cleaning my teeth and even turned on one of my my favorite netflix shows. The DR. Was also lovely and you can tell they have a great team culture at the office. 10/10 would recommend.

This place is fantastic. Always a great experience at Prior Lake Dental. The quality of service is unmatched and they do a great job. My kids love going here and I do too. Today we showed up a day early for our appointments (as I flubbed the calendar even with their great email reminders) and they managed to squeeze us in anyway! It made my entire week.

I had an incredible experience at Prior Lake Dental. The office is beautiful and welcoming but much more importantly, I felt so welcomed and cared for. I saw Dr. Neitzke and she is clearly very competent and is gentle, patient and kind. She took the time to listen to my concerns and made me feel so comfortable. My cleaning was quick and painless. Wow! I’ve been to a decent amount of dentists and after hearing recommendations from others after moving to the area my husband and I decided to check out Prior Lake Dental, and we are both glad we did! The moment I put in a request for a new patient appointment the staff was incredibly friendly and professional. Things went smoothly during appointment and you can tell everyone was happy to be there. Makes the experience of a cleaning much more enjoyable.

I just had my first appointment here after switching from Metro Dental. It was a great experience from start to finish. The initial call to schedule the appointment was quick and easy and they had availability within a few weeks. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and quick to help. The appointment started on time. Tracy, the hygienist, was great: friendly and gentle. Dr. Neitzke, the dentist, was great as well. They use a text message reminder system, so I already got my next appointment confirmation via text, which his helpful. All around a great experience. Thanks!

I went in for a general cleaning per usual after a year. I was nervous to go in at first as I knew that I had gotten out of my routine and my teeth were not in the best state. They were very kind and open about it but not degrading. Also, I received x-rays that led to questions about getting my wisdom teeth out which was very informational and they gave me a direct time frame. Lastly, I enjoyed the amount of time for the appointment. I had work right after and I was nervous that I wasn’t going to make it but they were able to get me in and out in a productive amount of time. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit and am willing to go back even if it is to get my wisdom teeth out. Thank you so much Prior Lake Dental!

New to the area and was looking for a new dental office. It’s the best experience ever I’ve had at the dental office. The dentist Dr.Lauren Neitzke and Tasha the hygienist were very professional and everyone I encountered. Front desk was great too. My husband scheduled an appointment as well. I highly recommend this dental office! You won’t regret it!!!

Going thru full mouth implants. Dr. Neitzke is awesome! Had many teeth pulled and never felt a thing. Cool thing is, they called me a couple days after each appointment to see how I was doing. Who does that? NOBODY. I highly recommend this place to people who are terrified of the dentist. Staff is very friendly and actually care about their patients.

As we moved into a new house, I needed to find a new dentist after 22 years. I was able to get an appointment quickly. From the receptionist, dental hygienist to the Doctor I was warmly greeted & welcomed. Overall great experience and found my new dentist.

My wife and I weren’t happy with other dentist. We’ve gone to in the area and our nephew told us about Prior Lake Dental. I’m so happy I went there. I called to make an appointment because I had a broken tooth not expecting to get in and I got in the same day. Then I was expecting them to just look at my teeth maybe do x-rays and then help me make another appointment. But I’m happy to say that not only did they do x-rays, but they also clean my teeth and took the sharp edges off my broken tooth, all in the same appointment.

This is the best dental experience I have ever had. Everyone from the front desk staff, to the Hygienists and the Doctor was so incredibly kind and caring. They go above and beyond to create a welcoming and comfortable experience. All of my questions and concerns were addressed. The environment is great and they even have TVs on the ceiling so you can watching something! For the first time in as long I can remember, I won't mind going to the dentist.

This is such a wonderful dental office. The staff is absolutely amazing. Melinda greeted me by name and took care of all insurance stuff. Courtney, Gabby and Dr.Neitzke had such a great attitude and energy. Everyone was so warm, welcoming, listened and cared. I’ve never been to a dentist that felt so relaxing and family like. Most offices are dull and cold, not this one. I’m surprised to say “I’m looking forward to my next visit.”

I switched to Prior Lake Dental from Dentists of Savage (across the street) and my only regret is that I didn't do it sooner. The staff at Prior Lake Dental is incredibly welcoming, accommodating, and work hard to create a comfortable environment. They educate and provide realistic dental goals and go above and beyond to create a great experience. This is NOT your average dental office and you'll feel and notice the difference when you try it. Conveniently located off of CR 13 & CR 42 with easy parking. They offer pediatric dentistry as well.

This is a great Dental clinic from check-in to check-out. All the staff are super friendly, professional, knowledgeable, honest, and so kind. The office is very clean, welcoming, and comfortable. The equipment is up-to-date and well maintained. I just had Gabby and Dr. Sarles both had me smiling through the whole process. Highly recommend this clinic, you won’t regret it and will actually have fun going to the dentist :)

I would give 10 stars if I could. We came here for a second opinion after a so so experience at another dental care facility a couple years ago. We were given a treatment plan for a cavity, only to be told by the specialist this was not needed. This didn't sit well with me, so I started searching. So we decided to check out PL Dental. I knew as soon as I walked in we had found the right place to be. They were knowledgeable, kind, honest. Never a bad thing when the hygienist Gabby and you get the giggles. We have found our place. They're the best!! Highly recommend!!

Dr.Sarles is AMAZING. The most professional, kind, and honest dental office I have ever been too in 35 years. He is passionate about his work, and made sure I had no pain. It was actually fun going to the dentist now. Thanks to the great staff. I also want to add that I was afraid of covid, but the office and Dr.Sarles practice such high standard and covid practices, that I had no issues going to the dentist. Great work and you will not be disappointed. If I could give him 10 stars I would. Thanks for taking away my fears 2 caps later.

I've been going to this dental clinic for several years. They are always so friendly and accommodating. Warm neck wrap feels relaxing! Other accommodations I've asked for they have been able to help me with. Besides all this, the office is very warming in nature and office staff are wonderful!

I went in, and he focused on the problem immediately. I was in he checked the problem and extracted it that day. Was in and out in about an hour!! Been to a few dentists and so far this one is the best!!

Our family has been visiting Prior Lake Dental for years, and their service has always been top shelf. They will even will customize the cleaning routine, if you ask. I really do not enjoy the polishing step with the gritty goo that is left after the cleaning. When I asked them to skip this step, they dental hygienist kindly obliged.
