I dropped off 4 rims and tires so they could un- mount tires ( which were going to be kept and possibly sold ) and mount new tires which I purchased through ERT&A . Took a week to get tires . So when I went to get my old tires and get them mounted on other wheels . The other tire place could not mount my used tires because the bead on tires were ruined and shot . All of this was brought to ERT&A attention and they were very unhelpful . I chose this place because it was local and seemed good . Now I can’t sell used tires / I’m now out that money . And my rims were heavily scratched inside at rim/ bead area . I hope my new tires will seal around rims . This place will never see me other any other people I know . Zero customer service and totally F$&@ed up my rims . STAY AWAY The rims had deep scratches on it after they removed the tires . Nit same as when I dropped them off . The money they offered was kind of irrelevant because it’s is really hard to find 4 -19 inch tires in that size for that money . Yes they could have solved 1/2 the problem, but if I had taken to a better shop then there would be ZERO problem and all would be good !!!!! Take your time , do research!!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE . More info - he offered 2 new tires , which mean that the buyer would have to buy another 2 new ones as they were going on an ALL WHEEL DRIVE car . You cannot mix and match tires on a AWD car . He should know this . Bottom line -would have cost buyer of used tires way more money than he wanted to pay right now . GO TO A DIFFERENT SHOP !!!

I had a slow leak in one of my tires. Joe not only fixed the leak but also educated me on what he was doing and why he chose the fix he did. Most places would have tried to talk me into a new tire instead of fixing the tire. So pleased with the honesty and integrity of All Tires. Thank you!

I really appreciated their honesty! After they looked at my car and found there was nothing wrong other than ice they didn’t even charge me. How often does that happen?! I will be going back and recommending them!

They were honest with me about my snow tires! They were super helpful!! They could have made an easy sale out of me but instead gave me their honest opinion that happened to be the cheaper route.

Went on Thursday night, and I wanted something done the next day. They keep looking for tires for us until they found a good match for us. We got our car back the next day and my wife was very happy.

I’m disappointed to say I have a negative review. My mother has had repairs done 3 times in the last 3 months, two times for the same problem.the last visit she had the front portion of her car disassembled to fix a coolant issue, after the 1500.00 repair she only made it 43 miles before breaking down again. Also a coolant issue, I was told it miraculously broke and they had nothing to do with it. Funny thing is when she picked up the car she was told it took longer to repair because some of the parts were brittle and they didn’t want to brake them.why say anything if you know you did both wrong. When an asked for a refund he laughed me off. I wouldn’t recommend this shop to anyone regardless of their reviews. They don’t stand behind their work

Brought my car in to have front tires replaced and an alignment on Sat., at 345pm, they said I could pick it up. The alignment was so bad that I had to have my steering wheel turned to go straight. Brought it back, and they had someone come in on Sun to fix it, and I guess they weren't too happy about it. I got the car back with 3 dents on the hood and a huge scratch on the front driver side bumper. I know my car, and those were not there when I dropped it off.

Just needed an oil change for our van and ran an errand while I was waiting for it to finish. It took an hour for them to complete and call me saying it was done. Not the fastest oil change I've had done, but they didn't harass me for additional services either, which I appreciate.

Went there to get a oil change and tire rotation and I was there for 40 minutes and they finally came out and told me the tool they had to take the filter off was bad and if I wanted to wait another 20 minutes to get the tool then they could do it. So I left nothing was done to my car after 40 minutes.

I always feel comfortable bringing my '63 Corvette to Elk Rived Tire and Auto. They always do a good job trouble shooting and fixing things right.

This is the shop your parents tell you to worry about when you’re younger, wouldn’t recommend anyone get work done here. They scam and overcharge. I stripped a torx bolt on my caliper and they first stated they couldn’t replace it with a standard bolt, I then brought in the replacement bolts available at auto parts store and than it changed. I wanted them to weld a nut to the stripped bolt to remove it and offered them $400 to replace all 8 with only 1 stripped. He said it’s $200 whether they can get it out or not with welder but then stated he could just do the brake pads if I wanted which you would need to remove the bolt for anyways

EXCELLENT experience! Kerry and Jamie (spelling?), at Elk River Tire & Auto, took care of me when their sister-store, Big Lake Automotive, didn't. They were friendly, responsive and accommodating. As a result, they have earned my repeat business (as a commercial client) and I am very pleased. It is important to pay close attention to how you are treated when you are in a jam...especially one you did not cause. Does the business care enough to rectify your issue OR does the business tell you the equivalent of, "Too bad, so sad"? In this case, Elk River Tire & Auto showed me that they care. They helped me out and I will remember it.

I was able to make an appointment and get my car finished very quickly. I was under warranty and belive I would have get a discount, but it was actually free! Never had that happen at a dealership before.

This place rules! If you combine the time spent waiting for my last two oil change visits with them it would equal one average time waiting at any other business. The prices for full synthetic are also cheaper than I’ve seen anywhere else.

Had my vehicle towed to Elk River Tire and Auto after it died near the cities. Kerry and the front desk staff were very accommodating on fitting me in, noting that an assessment of the issue could be done in three days. They called me a day earlier than expected with the diagnosis and provided all the information I needed to move forward. Great staff at this location!
