Went over around 6:30am and was pleasantly surprised to have a gentleman tell me what was his recommendations. I got a large bourbon caramel iced coffee and a cinnamon coffee cake slice which was very heavy and filling. The cake is super sweet but the coffee balanced so nicely. Great experience and customer service was exceptional. Will be going back soon!

We moved to NC just over 2 years ago and were missing the coffee shop we frequented back in VA. We'd tried several coffee shops in Reidsville and Greensboro and nothing quite fit what we were missing. Finally, we discovered The Collective and it's exactly what we're looking for! The coffee has been on point every single time and we've been back multiple times since our first. Many of their syrups are homemade. They also have delicious homemade baked goods. The vanilla pound cake is my favorite. So far we've met Danny, Maddie, and Katie and they're great folks. We love this place!

The Collective Coffee Shop is the reason I became a Coffee Lover! I have never been a coffee drinker or even tried it until I stopped in The Collective one day. I Love their Coffee, iced, warm and frozen. The delicious choices in syrups are Delicious 😋 They also have some of the best sandwiches and baked goods. They are better than a deli or bakery. Everything I have ever got there has Not Disappointed me. The only problem I have is making up my mind on what to order or just going ahead and get enough to last me at least a couple of days. Thanks also to the Brilliant Idea of the bigger sizes of your coffee choices to go!!! Great for weekends and vacations. The Collective is my Starbucks. 🧋

I’ve tried various items on the menu and everything always puts me in a good mood ready to take on the day. The muffins are top notch and homemade and are amazing when warm. They’ve got something for everybody from coffee to smoothies or sandwiches to cake!

Best Coffee in the Reidsville area! I go at least 2 times a week! I’ve never gotten anything bad that I didn’t like! I’m hooked on collective!!!!! Friendly staff! Best way to start my mornings!

I love that I can order on the app and my lunch is ready when I arrive! I love when I tell whoever is working to “surprise me”, and I come out with an amazing new favorite drink!

Wonderful small shop. Friendly employees that remember you. Great coffees, frappes, lattes, and smoothies. Their cake slices are wonderful and you get a BIG piece. Their sandwiches are also good plus you get a side item with them. I have tried the pasta salad and the potato salad and both are really good. Definitely recommend!!

As a regular here I can honestly say I have never had a bad experience. They are always very kind and the coffee always hits the spot. Definitely recommend stopping by and trying it out!

My wife and I had been searching for a good coffee house after moving to the area three years ago. After multiple attempts to find one in Greensboro, we happened upon The Collective and have never looked elsewhere. The shop is cozy and the coffee can't be beat! The baked goods are delicious as well. What I love the most about the place, though, is the staff. Incredibly friendly and inviting; they're all lovely people. Whenever we want coffee, The Collective is at the top of the list!

Went here to try out the coffee and the latte my wife ordered was pretty good. The Italian soda is tasty as well. I'd give this place 5 stars, but the brownie we had was pretty old. Dry and bland.
