I had not been to Macy's in a while, but, I am so glad I did. You can't beat a bargain. My shopping experience was awesome. I found everything I needed for a birthday girl, under one roof. Thank you Macy's for all your hard work.

Changes have been made to down scale the Stockton store. Men's suits and dress shirts and shoes are nearly non existent in store. It is no longer the place to go for fine china and fine gifts in store. Odd in-store shops with item suggestions appear to be randomly paired. They now have a toy shop and online shopping counter for online ordering and returns. Still have a good fragrance selection. Fine jewelry is limited. It is not the same shopping experience as before for Macy's.

Macy’s 3 days before Christmas. No retail establishment should be reviewed this close to Christmas. For whatever reason I decided to visit & it was super busy. What I like about Macy’s is the customer service, online shopping, return policy & sales. This location has added a Toys R Us that I look forward to visiting.

They now have this area called " Back Stage " on the 2nd floor it's awesome has low prices saw $9⁹⁹ on some items 12/11/22: Marines picking up Toys for Tots💞

Every time I go to this Macy's purfem the lady's there alway bad customer service. About two months ago went to Jewelry side really nice older lady but I went back again different young lady bad customer service. I'm just tried of the young lady's at this location looking at me up & down then walking away from. I will not be visiting again. Tracy Macy's Treat me so..well🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩

The store is big and has 2 floors. They sell complete item, from clotges, toys, cosmetic, kitchen items and furniture. They have a lot of sales. The store needs more light will mke it bright, and the cashiers desk should be in tge area that easy to locate.

Ordered an Adidas sweat suite online, picked up in the store, they asked for my driver's license as proof of ID, didn't understand why they need that especially in these times of ID theft and computer hacks. Will order online to be sent to the home from now on, or just buy in the store. Other than that, service, selection and ordering was no problem.

Me and my wife went over-there for MK bag but we got long time wait about 45 minutes no attendance at bag sec last minute Maria came and help us she is so nice but she is sick any way her humble ness appreciated

Manager working today (October 26) around 330PM for kids' backstage toys section is an amazing person. Spent 10 minutes with lead of that area without getting my point accross but Manager and one of the team member working at register in kids toys section were very helpful. Hire more people like the Manager and lady at till and avoid hiring robots like the lead who didn't wanted to listen or understand and instead was just circling around one point. Thanks again to both ladies for your help in solving my issue.

Bought my grandaughters school clothes all for unbelievable price! Good sales, (always check the clearance section as well) she got 1pr pajamas, 1 sweater, 1 top, 4 outfits (top & bottom)$50.

I love to shop at Macys. Branded items but the price is reasonable. I also have rewards that I earn every time I shop. A lot of Sale items every month. They also have Macys backstage at the store where I find a lot of brand items but the prices are low. Customer service are excellent

Make up and perfume sections 5 stars!!! Love Clinique and Este Lauder sections. Clothing 1 star! Mens and women sections messy clothes not in order. Plus size mixed with reg size dresses...just disorganized, messy and frustrating to be around.

Great customer service. Went to Macy's to get one thing which they didn't have but I ended up buying something else, paying more than I planned, and Great customer service did it all. Unfortunately, Real customer service is a lost art. Nothing like Great customer service that can turn a bad day into a "life isn't so bad" moment. I want to thank the Queen that helped me and the two Millennials. One that helped me spend more money and the one that let me out the building. They both gave me hope for the future as they worked on the late shift in the men's department on a Monday night.

Men's department cashier on June 23rd, day shift. Was department extremely helpful to all the guest in line and in store. The young lady whom helped me also was very good at being cognitive of the line and the cashiers on duty. She made me want to stay in line, cuz I was going to leave the items & store all 2gether!

Bought a Mascara from Mac inside. There's variety of makeup and products you can choose from. It sucks when it comes to product knowledge the lady didn't know the details like to explain if it was there new product or something since it's been a while for me. She said she doesn't work there but help me out with the purchase anyway, I mean I don't know where was the mac sales representative.

I love the Macy's men's department in San Jose, but this one here in Stokton is sad. Selection so dismal, hardly any selection. Felt like I was shopping in a store that's about to be foreclosed on. I miss being able to walk aisles of mens clothes and have options.

My macys credit card had never cane in the mail and with the holidays approaching I've was looking forward to using it for gift buying, however, left with with no choice I went into Macy's to purchase my items using their computers and customer service. The lady who've helped me unferstood my situation and had the patience to help me through the process to type each item out and oder them for my. Super nice lady. Service felt genuine and my orders was 100% complete.

Best Macy’s ever!!! workers welcomed me in. there was huge discounts, Plus i give this a 4 star, 1 star is missing because they need to try best with pricing, their pricing is way to high. a small up to your thigh is 200$. prices are just way to high for that. just a single problem!☺️

Anchor store of the Sherwood Mall, lots of great items here. Many apparel sections, cosmetics and perfume department, appliances, shoes and more.

How late or early I am at looking for the outfits or shoes that my family needs for any occasion, Macy's got it. Always right colors, always right sizes... anytime everytime. Profesional and friendly staff, price is reasonable.... recommend Macy anytime to anyone...

Watch OUT!, the Bra 🏬 will rip you off! I went to buy a very good bra that was on sale. They had no signs up for the sale. They had a $10 off, but the actual sale was way more than that. I had to do their job and show them on the website. MACY should be ashamed of themselves. Not only that, but they tried to do the same thing when I bought a nike gift for a boy. This Stockton Macy's is trying to rip off their customers. Please be aware and always check ✔️ the website.

Is it just me or has Macy's gotten ghetto? The upstairs dressing rooms are disgusting. Stained, worn carpet, graffiti on dressing room walls and doors... The worst part of the mall. Love Macy's, just not Stockton's Macy's

bad service in men's fragrance dept I was told the sale person was a lorel representative and she was sooooo rude. Apparently she was there to meet a quota. I had a couple of questions and all she was worried about was the sale. when I talk with a manager she pointed out the sales person was with lovely and I said granted but she's representing MACY'S. AND frankly had it been anywhere back in time I'd CUSSED HER OUT AND TOOK MY MONEY ELSEWHERE
