Optimal Health Spectrums is the best place for special needs children biomedical treatments. I have seen Sandi since my son was four years old. Since then, I have seen so much progress in my son's life. I moved to Washington state in 2018, but I could not find the proper biomedical treatment Doctor like Sandi, so I decided to keep her and travel to California as needed. It is worth it! I highly recommend Dr. Sandi Kreizenbeck, DNP; she is the best!

Dr Lynne Mielke is one the best doctors ever! She will assess you until she finds the answers which I have experienced that no other doctor has been able to. She pays attention to symptoms and studies the connection with lab reports. She is smart and suggests the best approach for your quality of life. She handles each patient differently. Dr Mielke uses the best labs and is always up on cutting edge medical technology. Been seeing her since 2015 and I feel very blessed to have her in my life. She saved my life so to speak. I know that I am getting the highest quality care when I see her.

I was told by my son's pediatrician I was doing everything for my son with ASD by putting him in 20 hours of therapy a week. But, I couldn't help but feeling like that was a band-aid fix. His doctor couldn't give me any explanation to WHY certain things were happening other than shrugging and saying "that's just autism." I asked him about diet changes, gut health and different labs we could run. He brushed everything aside and basically told me it wouldn't do good. I changed my son's diet anyway and within a few months he was beginning to form sentences. I knew I had to find someone who would actually listen to me and wouldn't sweep things under the "autism rug". That's where Dr. Kreizenbeck came in. She ran ALL the labs. The vast majority came back abnormal and, although a bit discouraging, this gave me the answers to my WHY questions. She listens to me and is determined to help my son. He has already come so far since we started. He makes great eye contact, is beginning to be more social and his speech is finally progressing. We are all constantly working together, tweaking things here and there to see more improvements. Although I know he still has a way to go, I know things will continue to improve. I couldn't recommend Dr. Kreizenbeck enough!

I have 20+ year history with Dr. Mielke. I was referred to her from another care provider, after suffering with major depression, which resulted after an extremely poor surgical outcome. I was damaged by the surgeon and it was not repairable. I was in physical and mental pain. Dr. Mielke was literally a lifeline. Most recently, I went 6 weeks without sleep, saw 2 doctors and a dentist who all said I did not have thrush, tho they couldn't say what it was I did have. I knew it was thrush as I'd had before and was afraid of another depressive episode brought on by lack of sleep. Her practice had gone in a different direction but sensed it was a desperate situation and agreed to see me. She diagnosed thrush ( yeast overgrowth which if not treated, can affect your sleep- hence, the not sleeping for 6 weeks). She treated me for thrush and I got better immediately. I was already a believer, but that really cemented my respect and belief in Dr. Mielke. She also helped to balance my hormones. I hope to always have her as a care provider.
