Not one to leave reviews, but I feel compelled to after a wonderful meal here w/ my dad for Father’s Day! This was our first time at Buddha Belly and we were blown away by the quality of food & service. He chose the Banh Mi Burger and I the Maha Mushroom Burger… we shared a side of the corn ribs, which were delectable! Their menu is thoughtfully curated and food incredibly fresh. Specialty drinks were unique, refreshing and an absolute treat! Can’t wait to go back.

Excellent service from start to finish and delicious food. Was very happy and impressed with the flavors. We had the broccoli cheddar soup, carne asada burger and the fried steak burger but we started with the amazing trumpet mishroom tacos which were outstanding! I love love love that we ended up at this joint and I cannot speak more highly of the food and service!

This was the best plant based burger I've ever had. The country fried steak was perfectly crunchy. The fries were sweet and salty. The spices in the ketchup weren't even spicy, it was a yummy tinge of flavor. The strawberry kiwi iced tea was super good! 😍

Finally able to eat here. I wanted to try everything- it all sounded so good. Friendly service and a willingness to describe different items on the menu. Spacious, clean dining room. Fresh tasty ingredients. I'll be back to try even more dishes.

Incredible burgers with a twist on the meat. If you like crunch highly suggest the maha mushroom burger they chopped up the mushrooms in to pieces for maximum crispyness and flavor I also got the chicken fried steak burger which was awesome as well (a bit more of a standard burger patty feel but with a nice crispy outside) you can tell I like crispy food This and the sunset drive-in’s nutburger are my favorite burgers in town If you enjoy new twists on the original burger highly recommended this place

Mushroom lovers, listen up! This place is a vegan paradise! The space is chill, clean, and open. The service was friendly, and they had great recommendations. We tried the passion fruit bubbly and blueberry pineapple lemonade, both with chia seeds, so refreshing! The Okra small bites were the perfect starter with a tasty red curry-like dip. They just added mushroom burgers to the menu, and wow, the Zen Burger with crunchy oyster mushrooms and the Lions Mane Burger were incredible. And this is coming from a meat lover! The owner, Andy, was awesome and checked in on us. The price is a bit high, but it's worth every penny. Can't wait to go back!

Had the banh mi burger along with a couple appetizers. Everything was great and surpassed my expectations. I thought the food was fresh, thoughtful, full flavored while being reasonably priced for an all vegan experience. Will be back.

Food was good but crazy messy. Drip coffee was annoying cause they expect you to finish it yourself which isn’t what I come to a restaurant for. Ordered the lion’s mane burger which was served in a kinda lettuce bowl atop the open face bun. Turns out all the sauce is in that lettuce bowl too so as soon as you start eating it pours out everywhere—the plate, your hands, etc. So be prepared to get messy. Fries are basic no frills, fine but not great. Live plant wall is cool. Vietnamese drip coffee made a mess trying to pour into glass and I didn’t mix the cream with the coffee correctly when still hot, so it wouldn’t mix fully once poured over ice; that was disappointing. Granted that’s my fail, but I wasn’t expecting or warned to have to do the prep work myself. When ordering drip at coffee shops they’ve always served it finished in my experience. Of course maybe that’s an experience plus for some people. That said I would return to try more food if in the area, wouldn’t order the coffee.

The restaurant is beautiful and everyone very hospitable. I especially love the plant wall and ambiance. The food and drinks are all amazing! It’s great to have a vegan burger place that isn’t fast food. Tried the blueberry pineapple and the Fuji apple lemonades. Both very tasty and refreshing. We really liked the flavor of the corn ribs. The fried okra is also good especially with the sauce. We got the all American cheese burger and the carne asada burger. They’re both delicious! Looking forward to coming back to try some other options!!

Hands down the most amazing vegan cheese burger in Sacramento hands down!!! Also way better than any regular burgers I've had in Sac period. Must try!!

I took my girlfriend here after work and we were blown away by the quality of the food, drinks, and customer service! We tried their new burgers the Zen Burger and the Lions Mane Burger aaand the Lions Mane burger was the best burger I've ever eaten in my entire life… and I’ve eaten a LOT of burgers!! The okra starter we got was paired with this sauce/paste that was super rich and flavorful. Ohhhh and the owner Andy stopped by to see how the food was and he spent some time with us encouraging me on my new vegan journey. Great vibe all around! While it's definitely pricier than other food options, it delivered a value that was worth far more than the price we paid. So the pricing is more than justified! We've already started plans to bring our families here--whatever excuse we can get to come back again soon!!

This is my first ever review for any place. I can only say it’s a must visit if you like vegetarian food.

Food was great. It was really loud in there. I think they are still furnishing the place, so things seem a little casual with the noise.

Meant to take pictures before indulging but so good totally forgot and dove in then realized...take Pic! Our 4 year old only wanted the fries then I got her the beet juice and pineapple juice she drank them both so nutrition for little ones are there in many forms!

This is not your Dad's Impossible Burger restaurant. This place has the label of a fancy Burger King, with an atmosphere of a Mendocino Farms, and a menu of a classy sit down restaurant. I had the Country Fried Burger with salad on the side. With the pretzel bun, the fresh produce, and the bun that tasted home made, I was stoked to take each bite. Service was also wonderful, so I can't wait to go back.

One of the best vegan burger spots in Sacramento hands down! The service was top quality the cook really put love into making the food and it showed when I received my food ! Definitely top 5 and this will be my favorite joint for now on !
