20+ minutes in the drive through waiting on TWO TACOS, confirming 3 times they heard me say NO SAUCE, only to NOT be able to eat them because they had sauce and I'm allergic to something in the sauce. So frustrating when simple.instructions can't be followed. Customer service is gone. I'm a healthcare worker and rarely get a chance at a lunch break. Every time this location lets me down.

The ticket says that Esther was one of the cashier's that took my order. And my first time visiting this Jack in the Box has been one of the best. Very kind staff, and quick. Each person's meal of ours was placed neatly in a separate sack. And even being fast food it was presented very appetizingly and not overly greasy. Great staff working this afternoon👍💕

I love this location! Probably my favorite, the food was great as always and the inside is actually super nice with a nice and cool sunroom (that may or may not have been closed?) Plus the Asian lady with wings at the counter was super nice and friendly and quick! I think their freestyle machine was even working too which is so rare at Jack in the Box, it's the equivalent of the McDonalds ice cream machine, you never know if it works or not

They never get your order correct. Hard to understand and curt. Not going back. Don't believe the corporate response. I gave them my contact info. Filled out their "did we follow up" survey with a resounding NO! And still no contact. Ridiculous.

Wow fries and Sourdough Jack not even cooked. Had to heat it up at home in my own frying pan to finish it.

I'm on the road so I stopped in Roseville to get a hamburger and some gas pulled into Jack in the Box ordered the ultimate cheeseburger oh my God how good those are. I got the meal so I can get a soda and then I bought a loaded spicy fries and I'll get back on the road and I'm eating going down the freeway which you really shouldn't do but you know sometimes you got to do it say open to loaded fries to see what awaits me I got the spicy ones they're really spicy but they didn't give me a fork order yourself some loaded fries messy cheese loaded spicy fries and open it up and try to eat it without a fork or spoon I actually had to pull over I probably would have given them five stars if I would have been given a spoon.

Went though drive through. Super fast service and order was hot. Also accommodated my taco hot sauce need as I like about 3 with each taco. I will say they need a 3 taco option as 2 isn't quite enough but at 4 I'm quite full

I like food from Jack in the Box. The burgers are good. Fries are good. The milkshake is the best. However, their milkshake machine is broken again. Also, I only like takeouts because dine-in is not always that pleasant. It feels greasy inside. There were flies every time I was there.

The curly fries 🍟 taste like they us old burn oil. I ask them they said no they are fresh and give other ones and taste the same the chicken on the hamburger look like fake came all together and it feel like plastic.

On 12-01-23 I ordered and paid for 2 bagel egg and cheese...I added 1 sausage patty in each bagel. I did not get a sausage patty in one of them... I paid for the extra for the sausage Patty I would like credit for it.. I have tried calling but no one answers the phone.. it is very upsetting when order and pay for something, then get at home to find out your order was not done correctly....please correct this issue.

Just pulled up in the drive thru to order some breakfast at a 24hr location. Said hello a few times over the intercom and nothing then saw a few workers just sitting at a table talking. So much for 24hr. If they had a problem with the kitchen a note on the window would have been nice. Just saying.
