ATTENTION! I lived here for years before discovering multiple of the units have black toxic mold. I now have asthmatic symptoms even 4 years after moving out. Do NOT move in here. $2k a month for toxic living. They will try and say they "renovated and removed" the mold but they merely replaced some drywall to which the mold will spread onto again.

I enjoyed living in the Sungarden Apartments so much that I came back! I am nearing the end of my second stay in these apartments. I lived here for a year in 2009 and came back for a year and a half in 2013-14. The only reason I am leaving now is because I just bought a home. The office staff have always been nothing but friendly and helpful. They are quick to handle any maintenance issues and seem to always be looking to improve the property. They have recently replaced the balconies, repainted the buildings, repaved the parking lot, and updated some of the lighting. I live in an upstairs 1 bed 1 bath and very rarely hear the people downstairs. I have had two different neighbors beside me and have never once heard any sounds coming from them. So either I have lucked out with quite neighbors or we have thick walls with good insulation. The apartment has a nice functional layout and plenty of usable space. My one complaint is the kitchen is a bit small and outdated, but for the the price it is hard to complain. Overall, I couldn't be happier with my decision to live here... twice. If you are looking in the area, do yourself and stop by.

Update- renewed my lease of course. My next door neighbors put my doormat in front of their apt, which is just too weird to mess with but the grounds, the service, the maintenance and staff and my apt are all stellar. Really quiet. Just nice. Lots of grass and trees and a bridge. Close to all the shops and food you need. Really close.

Very quite on a busy street. Management is responsive with maintenance request and have made several large upgrades in the last year. My 1st time living in an apartment in 30+ years. I am very happy here. Great park like setting with walking areas and nice people.

Squirrels live in the crawl space and dig into the apartment units. The sound of the scratching and running around would keep me up every night. My unit also had a spider problem. Maybe stick to a ground floor apartment to avoid the squirrel issue. The community is fairly quiet and is close to restaurants and shopping. The grounds are kept well.

We are very happy in this community. Our apartment has very attractive upgrades and we love it! Management is always very nice and responsive and the grounds are very well kept...very pretty and peaceful. Other family members have lived in the duplexes before and also.loved it here. I definitely recommend living here.

I've lived at Sungarden since 2017 and the office staff have always been kind and professional. They have been taking care of the property over the past several years and have addressed the energy efficiency issues with new modern air conditioning systems, new dual pane windows and sliding glass doors, and even upgraded the water heaters. They've taken fantastic care of me over the years, and the annual rent bumps have always been reasonable. I look forward to living here for years to come!

Love living here..it's not just a complex; it's connected to the duplexes they rent in a little neighborhood so you can take a walk and still be "in your complex"- small pool.. Quiet here so not for party animals.

It is the second time we have lived in Sungarden, we will be there for a short time as we wait for our house, After 10 years we chose them again, it is a beautiful community, very quiet and with very attentive staff, thank you Mitchell for your professional and friendly service I definitely recommend this place.
