Absolute worst and slowest drive thru out of literally all the fast food places in Roseville/Rocklin and surrounding areas. Even sonic on a weekend night is faster. Waited damn near an hour in the drive thru only only to be told they're closed at just past 11pm? Not to mention I waited at the speaker for probably 20 minutes because it seems very difficult for the workers to talk to you via the speaker, seems to take a lot of work 🙄 Workers aren't even worth minimum wage. Horrible experience and you can bet on a horrendous drive thru wait almost every time.

Ordered 2 Southwest Grilled Chicken Salads. We were charged $2 EXTRA because it was grilled. Makes no sense since it's a CHICKEN salad. I went back into the store to question this and was told that because it was "grilled" the reason for the extra charge. We've ordered these before at other Jack n the Box and haven't been charged like this. Won't be visiting this location again. Pretty expensive salad.

The service was good but I think it's a shame that the owners want to save labor and have the store ran by only a couple of employees the cashier has to do window and the front and drive thru window just to save a money. It's like that in lots of Jack in boxes I have been to. That's why you have no employees because you run them to the ground. I say this with much respect. Ty

I work overnight shift and for the past 2 weeks the employees have been putting closed for Maintenance signs on the order board. When I ask them at the window they are on their phones talking to someone else and either eating or drinking something of their own but yet I can’t even get a drink. Major disappointment in the service here guess I gotta go back to Dutch bros for my drinks UPDATE: Management responded to my review publicly before they even responded to my complaint on the link they gave me. Prior to writing my review I submitted a complaint via link they left on someone else es review. I have yet to hear back from them…. Sign is still on drive through new sign says closed til 4:30 doesn’t mention maintenance anymore

Please send Manager Josh to Management/Leadership training. While not rude, he doesn’t know how to tackle proper customer service issues. I’m only giving 1 star because crew member at register was polite with refund.

Came through Saturday night around 6:30pm and we were amazing by the service. Had a huge order for a bunch of football players. Staff was friendly, nice and everything on our order was perfect. Thank you!

Jack has always been good plus his drive thru is really open 24/7.

I use to be so happy that they were literally across the street from me, but lately I will drive all the way and go to the one on Lead Hill Blvd, Roseville.. The quality of food is horrible they are usually out of things or poorly cooked. I just went there and got a teriyaki bowl said no chicken they put chicken then I started to eat and the rice was hard like they didnt cook it all the way. asked for sweet n sour and teriyaki sauce they had niether. Don't know how they are stay in business
