I placed a large order including a family meal and some additional items including the creme-filled churros. We enjoyed our food (even though the tacos were all broken because they put all of the burritos on top of the tacos) and when it came time to enjoy our sweet treat I noticed the churros didn't have any cinnamon or sugar on them. Since our order was large and they were busy I figured I would call and see if we could come back to get the churros made correctly. The employee who answered the phone had to place me on hold but when they were able to help me they apologized for the mistake and placed me on hold to discuss with the manager. The manager gets on the phone and says oh, the creme-filled churros don't have sugar unless you request it. I said, that's strange your picture online shows them with the cinnamon and sugar. He said - oh, sorry about that and quickly says well you have a good day and he hung up. It was poor customer service on the part of the manager. I'll take my business elsewhere. Seems like a small issue that he could have easily fixed but he chose not to.

Still the best you ever ate!!! 4 tacos 🌮 for lunch today. A must stop when I'm back in my home state!!!

This location on Arden Way is not authentic Jimboy's food.. The cheese they use for the tacos don't even melt & meat is dry with very little seasoning to it. Best location in Sacramento is the Denio's auction in Roseville. These tacos don't taste the same and you pay $16 for something you can get at taco bell much cheaper. This Location is a disappointment to someone that wants Jimboy's Tacos.

Just have to say, Jimboys, all day, every day above Taco Bell. The food is real! Mildly expensive but worth it!

The Taco Shells were cooked until they were to hard to eat, so I just ate the meat inside and the cheese was to hard to get off the shell!! I Love Jimboy's Taco's!

Theres a new guy a think and he made my burrito with a little bit of meat on one side and the rest of the burrito was just cheese, guac, and lettuce. the meat tasted like chicken when i had asked for pulled pork. The tortilla was also falling apart because it was a raw tortilla just crumbling and cracking apart. I cant even ask for a refund because i took it to go and all fell apart. Not one bit of meat in the other half of burrito.

Very good and 5 starts if you can handle the heavy grease that comes from I assume thier meat.

My sister and uncle were in town for a funeral, but that didn't stop us from keeping a, hard to believe, 40+ year tradition alive of going to Jimboy's and of course, it was a great experience for us, both keeping "tradition" alive and also enjoying such delicious guilty food :-)

Good food. Hungry early lunch, my normal 10:30 am meal. Bean tacos and went for guacamole & chip side. Really delish guacamole!

I ordered 3 tacos w extra cheese, not only did they contain a ridiculous amount of oil, the cheese was not melted just added to the top. There was no parmasean on any of them, and they looked deep fried not grilled. Very disappointing 😕

Not all JimBoy's are the same, this location: Has a salsa bar (see picture) many don't. Is nicely furnished, very clean. And they made me a better than average Jimboy Taco (see picture) Jimboy's my favorite taco joint in the greater Sac. area. Ya gotta get the ground beef taco, ta die for.

I just ordered that stuff quesadilla and it is the best quesadilla I've had ever tasted the spices and the ingredients made it taste credible I highly recommend ordering it

This jimboys is easily the best one in the area, if you go to Roseville or other nearby locations they give you way smaller portions, like up to 40% smaller on things like the 3 cheese quesadilla. The food is almost always cooked perfect here. Portions are large. Prices are good. Don't door dash from the other places. Just drive here and save the 10 bucks and get better and more food

Food is always very good and all but 1 employee are awesome and haven't encountered the Cranky lady lately so that's a plus! Great Jimboys.

I absolutely love these tacos. Nobody makes them like Jimboys. I sure wish there was one closer to my home. Place was very clean. COVID-19 precautions were in place and utilized. I was comfortable to stay inside to eat. Nowadays I generally always take my food out.

I love Jimboys chicken tacos, but super sad 😔 they discontinued their shredded chicken tacos! They were my favorite! I was forced to try something new, & glad I did! I had their loaded quesadia and Boy was it Good!

I kept hearing about Jim Boy Tacos and always wanted to try it and finally had the chance. I think it's good for what it is. Coming from Socal where the Mexican food is SO good, it's hard to compare. I had the original taco and the fish taco. Both were good. I liked them fine. I'm not sure I'd go back again on my own, but if I was invited, I wouldn't say no. The staff was very friendly and plenty of people go there to eat.

Love Jimboys tacos they are the best! This location doesn’t have the best service. I waited at the front counter to get help for a while. The service is ok but the food is good. But I think the price for one taco at $3.69 is too expensive so I rarely go here!
