We dined in since drive-thru line was long, as to be expected at In-N-Out, roughly 20 cars for 6:30pm on a Saturday. Staff was friendly. During our meal, one of them came over to our table to ask if everything was ok and if we needed a refill on our drinks. Restaurant was clean. There’s outdoor seating.

The last In-n-Out burger on Interstate 80 until you get to Reno. Whenever we go there it is jam-packed but there is not that much wait, because they have more than 20 people working in their kitchen. Are their fries better than McDonald’s? Both are great in their own special way. Besides, that’s a very personal question….

Chocolate shake was delicious. The line to order was very long but they put an employee to take orders where the cars stopped to be inclined. Seemed to make the line move faster. Ordered a double double and fries both animal style. Thought it would taste better. Very busy but well managed. Coffee tasted like a burger.

It was 10min from when I ordered my food to when I finished eating my burger. Came out super fast exactly how I wanted picture perfect delicious I was needing a quick lunch break from work and thankfully I was in and out total of 15 minutes awesome experience thank you to the crew of In-N-Out

We like this place a lot. Very friendly staff, good food, fries are excellent when you ask them to make them crispy and they make delicious hot cocoa. It gets too busy on Saturday and Sunday nights so we go mid week. They are always happy to put extra lettuce on my burger and the grilled onions are delicious!

I had my dogs with me, and decided to order "pup burgers" for them. At the drive-thru window, I asked if I could sit at the tables outside with my dogs, would that be a problem? They said not a problem! Had a positive experience! This In-N-Out is tucked away. I had to ask directions to get there. Which was great, because the wait was shorter. Maybe it can be seen from the freeway, but not from the street.

Stopped by for a pit stop at about 3pm on a Monday. Got my order in 5 minutes! That's a record for me... Like always, In-N-Out is always consistent! Thanks everyone!

In-N-Out Burger has yet to fail me. Our experience here today at lunch was wonderful. Great service, clean, restaurant, and fresh tasty burgers! And the current T-shirt is beautiful. Thank you for keeping a great place Great!

I enjoyed my dining experience here. There was a long line for the drive-through, but that's always a good sign that the food is worth the wait, and it was. The food was great, the service was nice and expedient. The atmosphere was a little too much. There was little parking available and barely any outdoor seating. Overall, I give it a 8/10.

Got in the doors at the perfect time so I was able to order food for my entire veterinary team. I ordered a total of 8 full meals and they were all made correctly and in a timely manner. The staff was friendly and patient with my big group order.

Housing 2, 4x4s easily here. The secret? Great food, great prices, and amazing service. The beauty and creepiness of in and out is their consistency.” Every location looks and operates the same but at least it’s super consistent. Only complaint are the fries. They kinda suck because of how thin and under salted they are. Add more salt and its business baby!! Animal style is the way to go when it comes to burgers ! 🍔🍟🥤

Double double whole grill add pickles all day! Have had it in three states and CA always does it best. Load that animal fry like it’s nobody’s business. Drive thru was 15 cars deep and we had our food within 7 minutes. This spot is conveniently located off 80 and the first one you get to when you head out of Reno to Sacramento. In n Out is one of the cheapest fast food joints around and the food is fresh. Two people can grub for less than $20!

I had an excellent visit at In-N-Out and enjoyed a delicious double double. The burger was cooked to perfection, with the perfect amount of cheese, lettuce, tomato, and special sauce. The fries were also crispy and tasty. The service was fast and friendly, and the restaurant was clean and inviting. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and I would highly recommend In-N-Out to anyone looking for a tasty burger and fries.

I was there around 12:30 p.m. and it was very very busy but I got my food in less than 10 minutes. I love in and out I'm so glad they came to Northern California! They have never disappointed me and I've been going for 40 plus years. Great staff, great food, there are a lot of travelers and locals that go there and the environment is awesome!

The burger and fries 🍟 are so delicious 😋 it's was like a mouth watery flavor. Good job on their burger 🍔 the burgers are the most tastes 😋 . 5 star 🌟 definitely. The worker work their butts off with the service and their cashier and making the food. I will try to recommend to go to this place more often. The service was terrific.

It's In- n-out.. always good...fresh ,affordable..if you're gonna eat" Better" fast food this is my choice...4x4 no produce light spread 1200 calories perfect after the gym

Updated Review, September 15, 2022 Today, was a returned visit to ordered my usual hamburger combo with fries and lemonade, but sadly, very disappointed with the meat quality and food preparation in comparison to my most recent visit. The hamburger meat was ultra thin and rubbery, and the fries were lukewarm and limp. The lemonade was good. If this happens again, it will be my last visit to this location… Last week’s review: I’m so happy to have re-visited this location today due to my last visits of disappointment and regret this year. My order today was my usual, cheese hamburger combo, which was as delicious and prepared equivalent as the many years and locations I’ve visited in California and Nevada. I hope to see the continuous in food quality, preparedness and great customer service.

Great place! Not only they have great good quality food, but they have the best customer service. My car needed a jump start. One of the employees brought their own jumper and car to help me. I appreciate their help so much!

Very predictable yet enjoyable eating experience! The staff is very friendly and professional, the line can get long but it does move decently quick. I love that they have protein style option if you're feeling low carb/gluten free =]

Just great. Don't listen to what other people say. This should be 5 stars. All the other reviews are pretty petty. Seriously? A long wait? It's because this place is so popular. They don't use nearly as much plastic as they once did. I've never nit liked being here.

This is my favorite California food stop, a double double with extra spread for the fries and a root beer is truly heaven.
