👍👍 I have been a member of the gym for close to three months now. I came from another gym and I have 9 years of BJJ experience, I am ranked at brown belt. I moved to EDH Jiu Jitsu because of the quality of instruction and the community that Eliot has built around the dojo is second to none in Sacrament... People often mention Eliot, great, class, friendly, training, Kelly, school,

Coach Eliot Kelly is awesome. He has been working with my son for almost 2 years. It's a great environment for learning BJJ mixed with just enough fun to keep the kids engaged.

I moved to EDH Jiu Jitsu because of the quality of instruction and the community that Eliot has built around the dojo is second to none in Sacramento. I travel from downtown Sacramento to El Dorado Hills to learn specifically from Eliot because of the strength of his technique and the character of the dojo. EDH BJJ has my highest possible recommendation.

If you want to become the best jui jitsu player you have to train with the best. At EDH BJJ you have a flock of world class competitors coached by the best Jusjitsi player in the United States, head coach Eliot Kelly represents the USA National grappling team as a heavyweight and unlimited classes in international competition. It’s a fun friendly atmosphere where every student is also a coach, the style of class is very fun and entertaining. If you can get a slot with EDH BJJ you will love it.

This place is seriously terrible... DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU WANT TO LEARN ACTUAL MMA OR JIU JITSU. They have absolutely NO idea what they are doing, like none... They all have fake belts and teach manipulative and completely wrong martial arts practices.. Look at UFC judge Elliott Kelley, he is so incompetent at his job that he is the second most hated UFC judge of all time.. he does not have the mental capacity to even understand the sport and he is one of the main teachers their... There are A LOT of gyms in the area... Please save yourself the time and embarrassment of "learning" at this gym.. The only thing you will learn is how not to teach, understand, and practice MMA

This place is awesome! Absolutely one of the cleanest BJJ training places I have ever been to. The people are more then welcoming and my son is learning discipline while having fun. Eliot really knows his art and teaches it in a way that is easy to understand. Highly recommend you try this place!

I joined EDH BJJ around 6 months ago and I was the first type of martial arts I had tried. I was very nervous about training and how the process worked. I actually fell in love with BJJ. This school exceeded all of my expectations. The coaching is world class with Elliot Kelly (ranked one of the best in the world) and the other coaches providing the best training out there. The atmosphere is inviting, friendly and fun. I would highly recommend this school to anyone who is just starting out or very experienced with the sport already.

Overview: High quality instruction Solid lineage Knowledgeable instructors Clean space Supportive environment, in depth curriculum! Eliot and the coaches he has selected are extremely talented and experienced (look Eliot up) and do an outstanding job helping students reach their goals, whether hobbyists, police and self defense practitioners, or preparing for competition. I've been going to EDHBJJ for a year and a half and the environment is supportive, fun, and challenging. The white belt curriculum that they utilize is also extremely in depth and ensures everyone gets a solid handle of the basic positions and techniques. The environment is diverse with men and women of different sizes, strengths, experience levels all focused on self betterment and happy to help others. Hope to see you here!

My son and I have been training here for about 3 years now and we love this gym. Coach Eliot Kelly and coach Aaron Martinez are great coaches and are supportive in each person’s progression. The curriculum put in place by head coach Eliot is great. It gives you a goal to work towards and build on. I highly recommend training at this gym.

Despite being nervous, since bjj is an intimidating martial art, I had a wonderful experience during my first jiu jitsu trial class! Coaches Aiza, Danny, and Javon, taught submissions apart from the bjj basic positions, something I never expected but grateful to learn (now awaiting my grappling dummy from amazon). I'd also like to thank Jenni! I emailed to inquire about edhbjj and she was quick to respond and even gave me a pdf copy of what to expect for my first class. Overall, I definitely recommend edhbjj. Jiu jitsu is preparation, self-defense, and overall a wonderful investment, and the bjj classes at El Dorado Hills have proved it.

EDHBJJ is one of the best gyms in California. Eliot Kelly is an amazing instructor and a very accomplished competitor. The group of students at this gym are a mix of skill levels, ages, and athletic ability. That said, everyone who has been training here for any period of time is very technical, and it is a great place to roll and learn. I've trained in gyms all around the U.S. when traveling for work, and this place is one of the most welcoming. I've got nothing but great things to say about Eliot and his school. If you've got any interest in BJJ, Judo, or Wrestling, check this place out.

One month in and I’m addicted. Coach Eliot has bred a mentality of mentorship throughout his students which has made someone like myself, one who has never trained in jiu jitsu before, comfortable in being uncomfortable. Truly a good guy, I enjoy the product Coach Eliot brings to the table.

I absolutely love this Jiu-jitsu School! My son started coming here when he was 4 yrs old, now my 6 yr old daughter has joined the mat with him, as well as myself and my husband. Eliot Kelly makes learning the art of Jiu-jitsu enjoyable and safe. This school shows respect for their teammates of all belt levels. Eliot has a fine background in wrestling, which expands your learning even further. All the Coaches are well qualified and friendly to work with! This school is very involved with Grappling Tournaments such as the IBJJF on every level. You will learn every aspect of Jiu-jitsu here and what it means to be a Competitor,Judge,Reff,Teammat,Coach and Student .

Im visiting from out of town and a friend recommended this place. I came to a morning class and was really impressed. The mat and bathroom were clean. I loved how the warmup was woven into the drilling. And then to wrap up the class I got some hard and good quality rolls in. After class people were friendly and chatty. Seems like a great vibe, family friendly, a bunch of kids in the lounge hanging out waiting for their parents to finish class. I definitely recommend this place based on the quality of rolls and welcoming culture.
