Dr. Amy is wonderful. She’s one in a million. She’s honest, but not in a rude manner. In a caring, nurturing manner. Thank you Dr.Amy.

I absolutely love the customer service Mindful has given me whenever I had an issue & I love the connection I have been able to build with Andrea. 9/10 would recommend. Only thing I would change is longer sessions from 20 to 30 minutes.

TLDR: Mindful Care pulls bait and switch tactics with insurance and switches you to self pay. Mindful Care Psychiatry had scheduled me for a much needed appointment to discuss recent events that are greatly effecting me. My wife has used them for 3+ years, and has the same insurance as me. I was told my insurance was good and I had an appointment at 3:20 on 11/15/23. The morning of 11/15/23 I was told my appointment was cancelled, due to my insurance not being accepted. My wife insurance is accepted by them, the same exact insurance as me. I was told although my insurance isn't accepted, I could still keep my appointment as long as I did self pay out of pocket. The only member that takes my insurance is booked up. They must have known their provider that takes that insurance was filled up prior to booking me, so I do not accept that as a truthful response. They will knowingly book your appointment with your insurance knowing full well that the person has no time for you, only to switch you to self pay. If this is not the case, then this company is so disorganized that whoever is in charge of scheduling is so inadequate that they have no idea their own employees schedules. This was not a scheduling conflict either, because at 3:30pm they called me, after having cancelled my meeting, to tell me the provider was in the zoom call room waiting for me, to which I replied, "You guys cancelled my meeting". At the very best, this company is disorganized and inadequate, and if that isn't the case then they are dishonest and bait and switching their patients and potential patients. Would never call again.

If you need care fast, Mindful Care is a good place. If you are looking for a formal diagnosis, do not use this provider. They cannot formally diagnose you per the DSM-5 because there is only one MD who oversees the practice. He does not treat patients or test them and no exceptions are made in extenuating circumstances (I asked). All of the psychiatrists here are nurse practitioners who can prescribe medicine but are not authorized to use the DSM-5 to diagnose you. If you are looking for accommodations for school, work, camp or other, this is not the place for you. This is not on their website and they are not transparent about this at all. I had to find out that they could not give me the proper documentation for testing accommodations a week before my exam. When I received a letter from them discussing my “symptoms” (because, despite suffering with symptoms for years, no formal diagnoses are allowed) the letter was riddled with grammatical errors. They sent this letter directly to my school on my behalf. I would not have seen the letter if I did not request a copy. Please save yourself the time, money and headache and go to a real doctor. They are good for if you just want medication quick bit that is all they are helpful with. I am extremely disappointed to have gone on this long thinking I was formally diagnosed. I have been with this practice for two years thinking I had a documentable diagnosis. The lack of transparency at this practice is a case for concern unfortunately.

Everything about this company is unprofessional and negligent. Do not seek care here if you're in a vulnerable place - they will string you along, take advantage of you,, and drain your pockets while offering no real help. I urge anyone in need of this service to seek *truly* professional help instead of these underqualified crooks. I promise you they will leave you in a worse state than you got there in.

What an absolute joke of an establishment. $50 for 20 minute sessions where nothing gets solved. That’s with insurance. My first outstanding bill was $250 I placed myself on a payment plan, I was making payments automatically and on time. I received a random text message yesterday after not receiving any billing information for months. They said I owed $866. I called billing to work it out and see what I can do. Once I got off the phone with the billing department I got another call and I was then notified I would not be able to continue therapy unless I made a payment. I am 9 months pregnant, bipolar and off meds. I’ve had suicidal ideations in the past. This does not matter to the staff at mindful care. They do not care about their patients. All they care about is money. I do not recommend. This is why people often don’t get the help they need and end up committing suicide. This company is adding to the issue instead of helping.

Charles is amazing. Sensitive to my needs and emotions and okay when i shut down and lets me sit in silence until i am able to share what’s on my mind. He’s the best talk therapist I’ve ever worked with

Everyone is so kind and helpful! I was recommended by a family member and I’ve been seeing Dawn Biddulph every 3 months since last year. Shes the absolute BEST. She’s so patient, attentive, and caring. She provides the upmost care for her patients!

Alisha has been fantastic! She listened carefully, asked clarifying questions, and thoroughly explained treatment options. My previous experience with a different virtual provider wasn’t great, so I was a little apprehensive.after several appointments, I can recommend her without hesitation.
