Friendly knowledgeable staff, good customer service experienced. They carry an extensive inventory of dietary supplements, herbal products for the daily use by the average person or for specialist athletes and bodybuilders. Highly recommended.

After attending the gym, my cousin and I decided to go grab pre-work out supplement. We saw a sign that stated “buy one get one half off Mix and Match” on C4 products. So we decided to pick up the regular pre work out and a ripped. The regular pre work out was priced at 19.99, the ripped at 39.99. When the cashier rang me up, I mentioned to him that there was a sign that states “50% mix and match”. He then went to check with a female who apparently was the store manager... I literally saw her rip the sign off. Then she walked away as the sales associate tried to finalize the sale and transaction. He said “oh, the sign should have been removed” then my cousin said “that doesn’t seem like it’s a problem on our part but your part” where he stated “it’s not my problem but the store” we then mentioned that the manager should fix that. She then chimed in and said it’s “mix and match flavors and the sign was supposed to come down” Already super annoyed by the fact that she’s the manager and literally heard everything happening and waited until her employee called her out, I said forget the entire transaction. I walked out and went on Amazon where I found BOTH products cheaper. I actually got the ripped for $22 with tax and free one day delivery where as it would have been $43+ at The Vitamin Shop. Never going there again!

I like this vitamin shop they always have what I need, and always well stacked. The staff there is super nice and knowledgeable.

Vitamin Shoppe is okay I really would not rate them as the highest on my list I would recommend if people need to get vitamins that they go to Health Hut Emporium located off of Horace Harding Expressway exit 24 however we're talking about the Vitamin Shoppe here so the Vitamin Shoppe has a good amount of new items that are just out for people to try and however they lack the old items and they lack the brand name items when you go to Vitamin Shoppe you get Vitamin Shoppe products for the most part I would say that they don't carry so God they don't carry doctors best they don't carry a variety of to supplement the brand name own products you know it's just like any Vitamin Shoppe that you go to that's a change store Vitamin Shoppe is a chain store they carry all the same thing if you go to a Vitamin Shoppe in Brooklyn you'll find the same vitamins in a Vitamin Shoppe at Green Acres Shopping Mall so there's no variety and they're Limited in what they can order because the franchise tells them what they can and can't order so this already limits what you can buy from them so in all fairness I would say if you need just general multiple vitamins they're okay to go to but if you have specific vitamins that are critical that you need to take that you believe all necessary for your health I would try Health Hut Emporium on off of Horace Harding Expressway exit 24 on the LIE they really are the best I would recommend looking them up I would recommend Googling them they are excellent I go to them all the time they carry a variety of things including stuff that's hard to find have a good day

Despite the store not having an item I'd gone there to buy, I was content with the attentiveness of the staff. However, I made a purchase of an item I had been wanting to have.

Service was the worst that can be, in my opinion. Did a pick up and was not ready, and while the 2 girls were getting the order. They might as well have told me to go to the back and pick them up. I felt uncomfortable after a comment from the manager, and I assume that cause it was not very professional. And no effort to make online pick up to store here effortless and continent, I guess I will pick up else where and spend my gas money, but this place is not it after I shop frequently online but I do my shopping at stores but guess I will change my home store to a different location which sucks cause this one is like 5min drive but service is key or no? 🤔

The staff is really helpful and knowledgeable. The person I felt with was pretty honest, he didn’t try to explain what he didn’t know and made recommendations off his personal experience with protein shakes.
