I was lucky enough to be a hair model for apprentice Annie today at Profile Hair Design. From the minute I walked into the salon, everyone was so warming and the general atmosphere was lovely. While waiting to start, they offer a complimentary mini shoulder/neck massage which is a lovely touch. Annie did such a fabulous job with my foils and nailed the colours I was after. She has great attention to detail and that shows in her work. I won't hesitate to recommend this salon to my family and friends! As a new Mum, having beautiful fresh hair again honesty feels so good. Ash was amazing. I was going for a major change in my hair style and she made me feel super comfortable with it! After 15 years with the same hair dresser I’ve now found my new favourite.

I booked a blow dry for a wedding in Toowoomba I was travelling for. I’d had my makeup done earlier in the day, however it went a little bit overtime so I rushed over to profile to get there on time. I parked in a short park even though I knew I was going to be there longer, I wasn’t going to risk being to late and was happy to cop the fine. I had booked a 12:30pm appointment and I arrived at 12:31 and was promptly brought through. I then waited for over 30 minutes for the stylist to even acknowledge that I was there and no one else even mentioned that they were running late. Even when the stylist started with me there was absolutely no apology for the delay. I was so upset Because the buffer I had given myself to get home and dressed to leave for the wedding was now gone. I’d mentioned that I needed to be out of there by 2pm at the latest and I then got the impression that she was annoyed with me for rushing her so I ended up apologising to her because I felt bad! The blow dry itself was fine and it’s probably my fault for trying to rush her through it but I ended up missing my transport to the wedding because of the delay and had to make other arrangements and got a parking fine. The salon was nice but I felt super let down by the customer service and general respect for my time. If they had of apologised or at least acknowledged the delay I probably would have felt different about my experience.

Profile Hair Design is one of the best hairdressers around. I get my hair cut from Ash once a month and not only does she take the time to ask if I am happy with everything, but also makes helpful recommendations. When I come here, I don't feel like a customer, I have wonderful conversations and feel very welcomed. Ash cuts my hair the way I want it every time. What a well-run salon. Oh, and the massage chair while you get your hair washed is such a nice touch.

The space is beautiful , the service and the luxe extras (complimentary hand treatments, snacks and amazing coffee!) You have a consult with the girls at the start of every appointment and they listen to what it is you want and explain exactly how/what is needed to get there. I walk out in love with my hair after every appointment! All the staff are highly skilled and passionate.
