The rooms were surprisingly larger than I expected for the price. There is a refrigerator and microwave in the room. Cheap stay for a pit stop room was decent enough for $50.

This hotel is really well kept. Staff is friendly at all. I checked in around 11pm. Immediately upon checking in, I found an herion needle in the top dresser drawer. I reported it and asked for another room because apparently it wasn't properly cleaned. The manager asked me how did it gets there. Really? The next room was mediocre but heat barely worked. I checked out immediately at sunrise. Ill never go back.

The Hotel is on the way up. I assume it was closed and is being renovated as I write. The owner has people working day and night on the rooms. I have stayed in two rooms. One was a single room and the room is huge and the bed is very comfortable. The other room is a double as I am now sharing a room. Both rooms were very spacious and nice. One issue I have is the signal continuously goes out on the TV. I have no idea if it's the area, the weather or what but other than that I'm happy with the rooms. I am renting rooms by the week and the rates are very reasonable. For the single it was 280.00 a week and the double is 300.00 a week. I would expect the price to increase as the repairs get further along. If I was to leave and come back to this area again I would definitely look to stay here again.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! I wish I could give this place 0 stars. The owner is rude! They have roaches. He does not honor the price that is listed on site he will refuse check in if you don’t pay him more. He told my boyfriend to make me shut up and not talk to him. He called the police because we asked for our money back to stay at another hotel. He said that he didn’t have roaches even tho we took pictures and he said that it wasn’t his room that’s in the picture and that he was going to go and check made us stay outside in the cold with our infant when he came back he lied and said that he didn’t see any roaches. I asked for the money back because 1. I’m allergic to roaches 2. I don’t want my infant around roaches This place needs to be inspected by the health inspector and I WILL BE CALLING THE BETTER BUSINESS BEAURE !!! This place is RIDICULOUS!!!

Staff wasn't very personable or inviting. The room left a lot to be desired...so much so we walked in, couldn't stand the smell, walked back to the front desk and asked for a refund. We didn't get it, but it didn't hurt to ask. We just ate the loss and got a better hotel elsewhere. You really do get what you pay for when it comes to hotels, among other things.

121 Motel Battleboro(Used to be Economy Suites but under Great NEW Management) is the Number One Extended Stay in Rocky Mount, NC, That anyone could ever ask for!! My Family-Biz Partner and I Needed a Big Suite back in March when we had decided to get out of Shared Housing which we had Temporarily Opted for when first moving last year to the Beautiful Rocky Mount area. The Delightful Staff gave us both a Wonderful rate and the most Beautiful and Clean and Accommodating and very Quiet and Spacious Suite(Bigger than many I have stayed at) that we are now Deciding to Get Each, Our Own Suite, And stay even longer!! That is how very happy and contented we are and we love them and consider them part of our family. "C" works here and he is The Family's Right Hand man who is Friendly, Helpful, Professional, Hard Working and Dedicated and Loyal and even more!!!! Anyone who needs a perfect place to Relax and Enjoy for a while or for even a Night, They will be Comfy and Accommodated and Feel Right at Home with whatever they need. This Gracious Staff makes you feel as though you are part of their own family. We thank God we found this amazing place. It has been a Godsend for us. Come Join us!!

This place doesn’t even set serve a star. I reserved a room on my travels based on the pics shown of the room. What I was given was your worst nightmare. The room contained bedside lamps with holes in them. The room hadn’t been dusted is a long while. The bathroom really should have gotten the place condemned. The tile in the tub had black mold on most of the tiles. The tub, not cleaned since it was installed and the toilet, well I just can’t. Run, far away from this place and the POS owner that wouldn’t refund our money

Stopped here in the middle of a 15 hour drive home. Staff was very friendly. Room was huge and freshly renovated- fresh paint, laminate flooring, comfortable bed etc. It has a very modern feel and was totally affordable. The area was quiet and anything we could have needed was within close proximity. We were told even more improvements will be made in the future, will certainly stop back next time were in the area!

1. I do not have the option to give "zero". 2. I would say the "worst hotel" in the world. 3. The online photos are not totally real (Photoshop). 4. This is a bankrupt hotel and staffs are not getting paid. 5. The hotel management and staffs desperately need money and they are rude and condescending. 6. These people should not deserve to be here in USA. 7. Weird things: If you book this hotel using coupon or discount in online, the hotel management would ask for the extra money while check-in. 8. They advertises "OYO", but when you go there they would not recommend booking hotel through "OYO" 8. I have a lot complaints about this hotel. It would take me more than one hour to finish.

This place is a total scam. We had reservations for the one in Brattleboro, NC but when we got there there was a line out front and the night desk person would NOT come to the desk. After about ten minutes of ringing the bell and several calls to the front desk from customer support he came out yelling at every body to go away . We called and explained the situation to the service desk and they hung up on us. Also they want a $100 deposit on top of the room fee and they recommend cash if you want it back soon. I've heard of this scam used to pass counterfeit money back to the customer. DON'T GO TO OYO! YOU HAVE OTHER OPTIONS! So we drive 20 minutes up interstate 95 to a Days Inn that was very nice. The Days Inn was clean, the staff was very nice and attentive and the free breakfast was tasty.

The New management is awesome. Comfortable stay.

The only good thing was there were no bedbugs in the room. I have never stayed in a room that was so dirty. Shower worked but tub did not drain, Management was very resonsive and resolved the TV issue in the room.

No service shows on the tv!! Nasty, Nasty, Nasty!!! Cockroaches, sheets, and comforters were not changed or washed!!

Beds were very comfortable and clean. Not a high dollar hotel but good enough for the night. Bathroom and rest of room were ok.

Beware anyone looking to get a room here you will be disappointed upon my visit when I arrived the manager had a nasty attitude and was unprofessional and rude I had a reservation and canceled and went somewhere else.if you want good service don't go to economy inn

Rooms were a little outdated. Would have liked to have coffee pot in room; but the location & politeness of the hotel clerk more than made up for the lack of room updates. After an 8 hour drive we didn’t need a big hassle to get some rest. Beds were very comfortable and clerk was very accommodating. Plus location was directly off I 95 for easy return access in the morning.
