Everything about this place was very dry. The bun was stale. The fries were limp. The whole thing tasted like nothing. I felt like I was eating a dream. A dream that had been forgotten. A dream that had turned to dust. I left Popeye's feeling empty and alone. I felt like I had been robbed of something important. I don't know what it was, but I know that it will never return to me.

Sorry to say the grease tasted old and it was as salty as it was hot couldn't finish it I wasted 8 bucks. So that hurts my feelings and pocketbook. But also the red beans and rice were dry take a look at those beans they look like glue they're dried up and gummy. Just not a good day for chicken I guess. But the person that took my order was so good and friendly she did a great job in taking my water very upbeat thank you for that that's probably the only reason why I'm not turning around and taking this stuff back.

People are friendly and my food is always hot. Would've given a 5* if they hadn't forgotten to put 1 of my items in the bag the 1st I visited. Got 20 mins away and realized it wasn't there didn't want to drive back. I've been to this location 3 times and that was the only mishap. Mistakes happen

Has been better in Rockymount versus the Wilson restaurant. Drive thru parks me and rude, obnoxious, young folk come thru yelling profane words at my car. Just all unorganized and customer service needs more training.

Food was good but The wait to get the food was long with no apologies or no real concern that it was taking so long.

I usually know what to expect when I go to a Popeye’s. However this was a disappointment. When I walked in the door there were dust balls all over the place as if the floor had not been swept in weeks. The server was friendly and my order was filled quickly. The chicken and bacon sandwich was barely warm and the drink counter top was sticky. Overall not a good experience. But it doesn’t seem that ownership/management cares based on other reviews I’ve seen.

Popeyes is a great alternative to bojangles in my opinion. Their chicken sandwich and their tenders are just a step above. I have only visited this location during lunch, and it is often incredibly busy. You may wait up to 5 minutes just to have your order taken if you go inside. Often they only seem to have one person staffed to take orders, as well as prepare those orders and hand them out. If you don't mind waiting for 10-15 minutes. The food is actually really good. Their sauces are the best of any fast food stop in my opinion. If you haven't tried the blackened ranch, I highly recommend you do.

I ordered on the application and used a discount code I had. I had it set up for pick up at 410pm. I waited till 435 for my food. They ran out of chicken so great good hot fresh chicken no problem! Food was very good on point hot delicious. My issue was the rude manager. Never once apologized for the long wait, zero personality. There seemed to be plenty staff to cover bases.

Don't order chicken tenders from here, you'll get flat cuts of dark meat that are hard and chewy. Last few times I've come they've taken forever (10 and then 20 minutes on two sep occasions) to get my order together.

I had an issue with an order I had not being correct so I called Popeyes in Wilson to inform them of my order being incorrect. The woman that took my call must have been extremely busy because she really did want to hear what I had to say but indicate she would put my inform in the "book" and I can come back in and they would fix the problem. I went back two days later after work and wad expecting a lot of attitude and rudeness. Man was I wrong!!! The beautiful woman that help me resolve my was extremely polite, caring and extremely professional. Her name was Erica and because of Erica and the customer service she gave me, I will be returning. I just hope and pray Erica is there. Parker
