Why 3 stars: those 3+ miles of I 95 seemed long, but, anyway, we were given keys to an occupied room with a guest lying on the bed and watching TV, there was a strong smell of chlorine in the lobby with wet floor sings greeting at the door. The gym room had either NO ventilation or it was turned off, it stunk. Finally, we 'shared' the floor with young teens who were running around and yelling at each other. I don't recommend this location.

This hotel is updated and super clean. The parking is ample and safe. Everything in the room was in perfect working order and clean. The bedding was soft and nice. The bathroom was particularly new and shiny. I would have given 5 stars but the housekeeper banged on my door at 930 on the morning of checkout. This is just rude and lazy on her part since the desk was 50 feet away. Their policy seems to be that you need to request daily housekeeping anyway, so I didn't think to put the Do Not Disturb sign on the door, and they should know who has checked out and who hasn't. Just so you know that I am being fair, there were a couple of small issues with my stay. There was no coffee at breakfast, but the coffee maker in the room worked good enough to suffice. The office chair was some abomination that looked like it was from the 70's which was almost unusable even with a bunch of pillows propped behind my back. I included a picture of the offending chair and the shower for contrast. I would definitely stay here again.

Had a good stay here. I was in town for 1 night. Hotel is well maintained and room was clean. I was concerned about the nearby rail line but no trains came through at night. This is a good Hampton and worth the couple mins to drive over from 95. Also convenient to some good restaurants.

Hotel is nice and clean, good location food wise but for this price point I shouldn't need to take the lid off the tank to get the toilet to flush. Really annoying on a road trip when you roll in expecting a nice break.

We booked this hotel the spur of the moment. They were very accommodating. We put our stuff in the room then went out. We came back a couple of hours later and the bathroom smelled really bad like some one just pooped it in. We had to leave and get fabreeze. I don't know if it was because the room is right next to the laundry room or what. In the morning the smell was no longer there. So idk. There was also fingernail clippings on the bathroom floor next to the shower and hair. So the floors in the bathroom need alittle attention. The bed was comfortable. I would always like more pillows but that is me. Tv was good, the ac worked great. Breakfast area was clean choices were ok. We really enjoyed our coffee.

Sooo bad, wish I could leave negative stars. The first thing I noticed was the bad smell when I walked in the room, I don’t know how to describe it. It was like the smell of stale, old food. The room was damp and felt humid? The ac on full blast didn’t help. It still felt like a wet shower inside the room. The WORST part was the smell of the water coming out of the faucet - it literally smelled like sewage! I was gagging when I brushed my teeth and there was no way in hell I was taking a shower in that. The other thing is the loud slamming doors starting EARLY in the morning. Not sure if this is housekeeping trying to get everyone to leave? But it worked. I hardly got any sleep - seriously, take my advice and stay somewhere else!

Very disappointed in this property. Stayed at 4 Hampton Inns on this trip. Have Hilton Honors. Will never stay at this location again. Location about 5 minutes from 1-95 with plenty of Resturant choices near by, however, room worn shabby. Breakfast cold & when notified front desk coffee cold, said thank you & did nothing to correct it. Room had seating for 1 person with a double room. When called they did bring a 2nd chair quickly. Just not comfortable or felt clean in room.

Housekeeping staff is REALLY noisy early in the morning. Slamming doors shut and knocking on our door early in the morning. Check out isn’t until 11 why are they trying to make us leave at 9am? No curtains in room so it’s impossible to sleep past sunrise anyway. Go somewhere else if you want to get good rest. Rooms smelled bad and floors were slimy.

This hotel was is very nice! The room was clean and cozy and cute. Front desk and cleaning staff was nice. I love the built in hygiene products in the bathroom shower. The hot breakfast was definitely a plus! The price was affordable and my son enjoyed the treat during check in for being a Hilton member. It’s the little things! Issue with heat system in my room was resolved quickly and my stay was very comfortable! My 8 yr old gives 5 star rating as well! Thank you and keep up the good work!

This hotel is fine for just an overnight stay. We stayed here overnight on our drive from Sarasota to Philadelphia. It was close to eateries and wasn't too far from I-95. Safe location. The room was okay. You could hear other people stomping around in surrounding rooms. The AC was weird and would constantly cut off, I guess when it reached the temp it was set to. The problem with that was, it would even cut the fan off which we didn't have set to auto. It was set to high. This would make the room incredibly quiet and it got hot fast which made for a restless nights sleep. For the affordable price it was just fine. I would stay here again just as an affordable stop off of 95.

Beware! This hotel changed my room reservation to another room type less than 24 hrs before arrival and would not allow me to cancel even though it was their mistake and still charged me for the room. I had to find another hotel to stay at with the kind of room I had originally booked. Stay away form this location at all costs!

Shaquitta checked me into a room that had been flagged for cleaning due to the previous guests infestation. I found this out after waking to being bitten and complaining to Chequilla. Who gave me some lysol and moved me upstairs. Kathrine told me only the manager, Minnie Horton, could refund my money. Days have passed and Ms Horton still has yet to call or refund my money. So I spent about an hour online with very kind foreigners who told me someone would get back to me in 3-5 days. Stay there if you must but know they have biting insects!

Quitts at front desk was very helpful on check in and helped us find some good local eating places. We had a small cleaning issue at check in and she and Heidi, in housekeeping, were quick on it and handled to satisfaction Jaquan, also front desk was extremely helpful with assisting with a possible need to change hotels due to availability. Minnie, hotel maager was great to work with as well. Highly recommend this hotel it was clean, kind staff , great breakfast, good experience.

Staff bent over backwards to meet our needs. Edwards Family Reunion July 2-4. You have to change the star rating. We were treated like we were in a 5-star hotel. Can't remember the front desk lady, but she was outstanding! Bonus time for her!

After a long day on the road, we were welcomed by manager Minnie H upon arrival. She was so warm and welcoming!! I was so happy to be staying here just b/c she was so pleasant! The room was very clean and comfortable as well. I would definitely recommend this hotel when in the area!!

Did not stay. Night staff was rude and dismissive. I'm appreciative they told me to go away with their actions. Saved me from a poor night's stay.

Very nice king bed. Everything worked as it should. Quiet, easy parking. One person doing check in and checkout. Breakfast was very nice.

This is a wonderful and clean place. This is often compared to the Candlewood suites next-door. I can tell you that this is 5,000,000% better and the staff is very polite. I look forward to staying here again

Overall a very nice stay. Very close to several food and shopping options, even with in walking distance to some. Back off the main road and very friendly staff, and good but typical breakfast. Will stay here again.

- The hotel itself was a disappointment. It seems like an old hotel although its renovated. - Hotel was poorly designed. - Windows don't open. Bathrooms have bad ventilation. Moisture stays in the room after bathing. Rooms and hotel smell musty because of the poor design. - my room floor was filthy. I really enjoyed my stay here. The room was perfect, the staff always treated me with a smile and were extremely helpful. Breakfast was good. I was able to use the gym and it was clean and the equipment was in good condition.

Really cannot say enough good things about the hospitality of this hotel. Our car broke down on I95 in the middle of an eight hour trip south. We took an Uber to the hotel to regroup and plan next steps. When hearing our story, the owner immediately jumped in to help us find a rental car (only location open was the airport an hour away) and drove us in his personal vehicle to pick up the rental car. Rooms were clean, breakfast and coffee were ready at the posted times. Would stay here again and recommend to friends—just truly appreciate the hospitality and kindness of everyone at this location!

Traveling and had a late night check in as other hotels close to 95 were completely sold out. Staff was nice , bed was comfortable but the bathroom cleanliness was not up to standards. The toilet looks like it hasn’t been cleaned between any guests as there was dried urine on the seat and base of the toilet and fecal matter remnants on the outside of the bowl.

new modern hotel, very clean, excellent complimentary breakfast, near target and other shopping. quiet location. Couldn't have asked for a better stay in Wilson. I was in town for a baseball game.
