I recently moved to the area and had to have my watches fixed, I found them on google and loved the catchy name. I was so impressed by the way I was greeted and how they were so nice and professional. I will definitely be back!

Laura and her team are amazing! I bought my wedding band from a large chain store and lost a diamond after only a couple months of wear. I had a warrantee, but unless I upgraded and paid nearly $200 that store would take 2+ months to fix it. Laura replaced it for a fraction of the cost and within a week. A little while later, I bent the band to the point of no return. Laura and her team took the diamonds from my original band and reset them in a gorgeous custom ring. It’s much sturdier and I love it so much more than my original band. I’ll always be grateful for this team, and know where I’ll be going for any future pieces.

My wife and I both lost a lot of weight and our weddings were just way to big. We have not been able to wear them for years now. The Jewelry Hospital not only resized them they provided a complete deep cleaning. That have not looked this good since the day we exchanged them.

Well Laura was a pleasure to deal with professional and very knowledgeable with Excellent service and quality of repairs were great. Laura took care of both repairs in very short time which was very impressive. Saturday's are a hard time for repairs with busy schedule but they made it happen. I loved the fact that she took the time to repair my bracelet on a busy day that she normally don't do repairs. However she did a great job on the repair and cleaned it making it look brand new. I recommend anyone who needs any jewelry repaired to come here. The hospital operated on my bracelet and it was a success

Decided to repair some watches & rings & heard of this Jewelry hospital so I googled it! Laura & her team immediately fixed & repaired everything right there on the spot. They are amazing.

5 star absolutely! I have been restoring/creatively repurposing some of my mom’s jewelry into wearable pieces for my daughters. The owner and her staff “get” the sentimental aspect to this and have produced 4 necklaces (made from mom’s earrings) that beautifully captured my vision. Thank you! More to come!
