I had the most amazing visit at Orange Place Family Dental. I was greeted with friendly smiles from the time I walked through the door. Ben, the hygienist was awesome. His knowledge of bone and gum health was impressive. Then I met Dr. Kopp and his warmth and experience was shared in such a wonderful and simple way. The Office Manager was also kind and shared my future improvement plan from a fiscal angle, in a way that was very affordable. This place offered the best dentist experience I've ever had. Really caring helpful sweet staff here, they ask a lot about your comfort and read body language which is really nice for people who don’t want to be a burden but are not comfortable. Willing to work with you and take as much time as needed to go over everything and make sure you don’t have any questions. They really make a lot of effort to show they care about you.

Exceptional service, facilities and staff! The skills and knowledge of the dentists, dental assistants and front office staff are the absolute best I have ever encountered. I had a minor dental emergency and they were able to accommodate my request for an appointment and ease my concerns. Upon arrival I was taken to an exam room and the dentist and assistant were most patient and gentle. I am very grateful and I absolutely am thrilled to recommend this practice for anyone seeking dental care.

I'm a very anxious person in general but the dentist office is the last place most people want to be.. lol From the time we walked through the door until the time we left the entire team made my daughter and I feel comfortable and explained everything as the appointments progressed.. I have been seeing Dr. Koops and the staff at Orange Place Family Dentistry for several years. They are timely, have calming videos on for the people like me who , have a had time at the dentist . I promise you will not mind seeing the dentist !

I had a great experience at this practice. I thought there was no way the Dr could save my tooth . I was given options that saved me a lot of money and saved my tooth. The Dr was friendly and put me at ease . I am very picky re my health care providers and I can recommend this practice with out reservation.

I had to come in on an emergency basis to have a crown refitted after it popped off, as a new patient. Not only were they able to get me in first thing the next morning, but they were able to get me back for my appointment super quickly and the appointment itself only took maybe 49 minutes total. The staff were so nice and Dr. Than was super personable and efficient. Would absolutely recommend Orange Family Dentistry to anyone looking for a good dental office for themselves or family.

Everyone was super helpful and professional. All of my questions/concerns were addressed and the hygienist was very thorough and careful during my cleaning!

Have been a patient of Jerry Faist for a long long long time but transition upon his retirement seems to be occurring seamlessly. Dr T was personable professional and resolved the problem.

I’ve been going to Orange Place Family Dentistry for the last 3 years and they’ve been amazing! The new place has tv’s and I enjoy watching while they work. I’ve had some serious work done and have been quite a bit and they all know my first name as soon as I open the door. Dr. Loops is not just a good dentist but he’s an even better man. This is the best dentist office I’ve ever been too! Figures it’s run by women! Blanket if you’re cold, they let you hold the sucky tube, some Vaseline for your lips… they think of everything!!!

After many years of having the same dental hygienist, she is retired, but she did introduce me to a new one there at the same practice. Had my first visit today went very well. Melanie made me relax. I still enjoy the practice. Even with all of the changes the quality is still there.

My EFDA, Tiffany, and Dr Koops were amazing. They took their time and explained everything and made me feel comfortable. The practice manager was great as well. She had to help as a dental assistant in the beginning so others could take a break. This represents the commitment that orange place family dentistry has to their patients. What an incredible facility! The whole staff is warm and friendly and their work is impeccable! Had some cosmetic fillings done on my front teeth and they look perfect! You won’t regret coming here!
