I recently visited with my son and daughter. If I could give 0 stars I would. I paid for 2 Ultimate Packages and 1 adult pass. Both of my kids waited in ridiculously long lines and were repeatedly cut in front of by other kids. They were harassed, made fun of, and bullied. I spoke to the manager and GM, both unsympathetic and took no action. In 2 hours time they couldn't ride go-karts or do anything other than play in the ball pit (due to long lines and bad experience), which is not what we paid for. I also noticed a police cruiser parked outside the establishment in the evening. That must be telling of the environment in this poorly run place. There are plenty of other ways to spend your money on a Saturday afternoon where you'll actually enjoy yourself and feel safe. My advice....stay away.

We drove in the back entrance to Crocker park and noticed this place for the first time because apparently we've been living under a rock. It has a great combination of activities to different ages. I did enjoy as much as the kids. The arcade was better than expected, go carts were fun, and kids enjoyed the play area and ball pits.

Overall the kids have a blast here. The only major issue is there is a small play area for kids 52in or shorter and 7 and under. No one is going ensuring the bigger kids aren’t in that area. It’s unsafe when big kids who are 10 and 11 are running through this area with 3 and 4 year olds. The big kids have the ability to play everywhere and little kids only have this which is such a bummer that it’s so unsafe.

I took my niece and two nephews to 𝐔𝐑𝐁𝐀𝐍 𝐀𝐈𝐑 Westlake on a Sunday evening. They had a fabulous experience. They enjoyed the trampolines, foam pit, obstacle structure, go-karts, and even the food. I ordered the family 🍕 deal and added 🍗 for $16. The wait line for a few attractions were a bit prolonged (4-8mins) but only cause it very busy this evening. Parents, I suggest purchasing tickets, reserving play time, and signing waivers for each visitor online PRIOR to your arrival. Keep in mind the staff is mainly adolescents. Pretty smooth visit… Last but certainly not least, after reading the reviews, I read about the hellacious incident that young girl Ava experienced from the disrespectful 𝐔𝐀 employee. I hope the owners address this situation and become more involved in the QUALITY & CONTROL of this business. Families deserve attentiveness and respect at all times! ✊🏾

Went on a Saturday morning. We're from Sandusky. Had 4 kids aged 9,9 11 & 13. We did the waivers online before coming. No one even checked that we had filled them out. Got there at opening which was good. By like 11 it was getting quite busy. Kids had a lot of fun. The space is huge & plenty of room for everyone. The birthday rooms look nice. Bathrooms were clean. Love that there are charging stations. Only complaint I have is the teens watching the attractions don't really care. There are clear exit signs but parents & kids don't pay attention/care. So in the obstacle course you have kids going every direction & bumping into each other. Then you have the kids that sit in the ball pit & throw balls at people. Overall good place to bring kids. Would come back again.

Very fun environment for Kids . Go carts , zip lines , and trampolines to explore. Nice size arena , bigger than most I’ve been to. Enjoyed on a not so busy Tuesday with my 14 and 16 year old . Very busy may be too much for ages smaller than 3/4 .

Urban Air has a lot of fun activities… pretty clean. Unfortunately I don’t think they have enough workers and some of the kids who do work there are to shy to speak up…. I seen multiple people get whipped in the face with the plastic balls in the pit. We got in line for the go karts 8 min. before they started and the girl working decided to say the one line was closed and every person in the line after us got to go first. Another young lady at one of the trampolines got smart w/ my 4 year old daughter and didn’t realize I was standing behind her. My response matched her attitude. Otherwise place was pretty fun.
