    I just went in this store and stood here for 10 minutes and not one person greeted me or offered to help me. I'm so frustrated that I drove 45 minutes to get here with high gas prices just to not get any help or even have someone acknowledge my existence. I guess we have to call and get a tech to come out to the house just to swap equipment. I'm really disappointed.

    Very poor customer service! Agents knowledge was mediocre. He rushed us through, offered a couple solutions But could not actually do anything. His words were “ you will have to call customer service”. and said he has an appointment. But 2 others were just standing there conversing. The sign in screen was extremely slow as usual. He offered little help to solve our issue with billing.

    I see big improvement of service at this office lately, I have spectrum assist internet and cable tv (promo). I like spectrum because of "no contracts", it's a huge bonus and freedom. But I have problems with cable tv - although no problems with connections and pictures quality lately. Technical support is very good. I have grievance with content of stuff which is suggested for watching by some of channels. It's depressing! For me tv should be educational, informational, inspirational, should feed souls with beauty- good movies, performances, music, place to meet really interesting people. I was client of TWCable for a long time, had about 70 channels and was content with them. Now what left for me are local channels, PBS, BBC America,msnbc, cnn, hallmark,weather, USA, tnt,national geografic and several more with police serials. Otherwice it is macabre documentary crimes, killers, criminals, narcotics, prisons, death rows, freaks, mindless reality shows like suburban wife's of.... Almost no movies at all, except Just handfull of good the same movies aired again, and again many times and westerns. As for sports - I like that it is possible to watch british soccer premier league and world cup soccer games . It is very enjoyable. As for this store - I usually trying to avoid paying my bills there. Usually it's too slow.

    Went into the Golden Gate office and was assisted by Mr. Floyd. I needed help transferring my mobile phone to spectrum. His tone and his behavior made me feel as if I was an intrusion to his day. I felt the tension so I asked him if there was a problem. He stated they dont normally help with transferring phones. His overall demenor was was extremely rude.. This was my 1st in person experience. I can say it was almost a deal breaker for me. He definitely needs coaching on creating a more positive customer experience.

    Bruce helped me upgrade my phone and made the process fun and informative. I am not the most tech savy and Bruce was sure to walk me through every step of the process so I understood what was involved in the movement of data and phone number.

    Very rude would never visit this store again . I walked in i had an appointment and had to ask a question before i walked to the associate (jamir washington ) he said go check in at the front door . I cant even ask question before being routed to a tablet . No one greets you when you walk in . The store is not welcoming at all . When working with the public everyone should taught how. This store needs to do a customer service course or something! I will also be calling spectrum .

    Had to post...after more than 30 plus years, I am finally able to leave Spectrum internet service and move to T Mobile 5 G. I have had TMobile for a little more than a week and it is fast, reliable and about 1/2 the cost. T mobile will lock in your price for the life of the service. I was so sick of Spectrum raising rates, making me waste an hour out of my life each year to gravel for a lower rate. I have t mobile cell phone service for 5 years and they never raised the price. Spectrum internet service was fast and reliable, but their pricing policy sucked. They were a monopoly and they flaunted their pricing power. Sorry, Spectrum, I will never return you even if u give me your service for free. I always found it discouraging that Spectrum offers much better deals to new customers than its existing customer base. Bye-bye Spectrum.

    Had the most wonderful experience today with Nick and the manager at the store Patrick. The amount of patience they had with me was God quality. If you are looking to have the best customer service experience, please go in and ask to speak to either of them. They will treat you like royalty. 🤴
