Thank you so much Concerta Urgent Care for the amazing customer service. I felt so welcoming soon as I walked through the door. The amazing staff treated me so fabulous, and went above and beyond to help me. I would love to work there, even went online to see if they had any available positions at that location. You all ROCK!!!!. Thank you again for the awesome service.

Front desk staff were awesome. Very helpful with all the paperwork I had for a work physical. Reception area was very clean and comfortable. The staff that performed all testing was very knowledgeable and took care to get all tests done in a timely manner. The Dr was friendly and did her exam and made sure all paper work was completed to be mailed.

I was in and out. It was clean and quiet. The ladies there were very helpful and very friendly. They seemed to enjoy their work and enjoyed being there. The lady that did my screening chatted with me for a second and wished me good luck with my new job. Overall the were awesome!!

It would have been nice if the staff had suggested "the cap" for me to submit in before I drank 8 bottles of water trying to submit a sufficient amount AFTER emptying my bladder a 2nd time and urinating all over my hands and in the toilet because I couldn't place the specimen cup correctly.

The receptionist was friendly and the waiting area was clean. There was water and pretzels available. The staff that took me back was friendly as well. The entire visit, including the wait, was not too bad. Great job Concentra!

I have to share about my experience with Concentra! It was very sanitary and even upon entering I was acknowledged by a staff member even though she was waiting on another client. When I was called to the back I had the pleasure of meeting another staff member who was professional, kind and very diligent ! Thank you all so very much I truly appreciate the excellent customer service.

Everyone was very helpful and so nice! The wait time was not as long as they had told me it would be when I first came in. The rooms were very clean. The staff was very efficient and explained everything in detail. I would definitely recommend this Concentra Urgent Care.

Getting my pre-employment drug test was a great experience! The front desk people were really nice and patient despite being how busy they were. There was a line out the door of people waiting, and they still handled things professionally and kindly! The lady that did my drug test was super super nice! Waiting room was very clean and nice! Once I got called back, I was in-and-out in like 5 minutes!

Waited over an hour, while watching MULTIPLE employees pick up my paperwork, read the first page, and then return my paperwork to the pile of patients needing to be seen. Then multiple nurses try to draw my blood, they continued to blame my hydration status rather than just apologizing for missing/blowing my veins. I’ve never had trouble with my veins in my life. The only redeeming factor is that the employees I dealt with were nice.

My experience was magnificent from entrance to exit. The service I received was exceptional! The women who took my vitals was amazing and extremely polite. Also the physician actually made me feel like a being and not a number I was overfilled with joy. Great service from every one at Concentra Urgent Care!
