The staff here has improved a lot over last year! I mean seriously! The customer service staff is super friendly, ready to help you with your issue. No matter who you get, they are ready to help. I also want to point out that Austin also deserves a promotion. His customer service is top notch, and consistent from customer to customer regardless of the situation. I have been coming here for the last two years and noticed the difference and hard work. Good work everyone for putting up with us!

I went in with low expectations given their track record. But woah my expectations were blown away, I've never had someone be so unhelpful in a retail setting ever. I went in to get mobile service 2 new lines. The lady wasn't listening to me I told her I'd like 2 lines and she kept saying wait you want to 3 lines right? She was done in 10 minutes, then I said I needed to get my number for my old account. I had the transfer pin but she said "oh yeah, well we close at 8 so" it was 6:32pm. I used to work retail and mobile phones, legit blew my mind.

I was in the Spectrum office on Howe Ave today. Horrible service from the supervisors who just stood around while the two workers waited on at one point there were 6 of us. Austin was great and took care of me but what happened to teamwork and helping out when they get busy.

Well I thought I could pay my bill but I can't everything else is good!

Went in to go exchange my modem and Tower due to a malfunctioning equipment in the two guys that were in the store that at night very helpful even though I brought a bag they offered me a bag and bod me a goodnight clean store good products

Returning my equipment was a breeze! The store is clean, well-lit, open, with some seating available while waiting. Waited less than 10 minutes after signing in and the customer service was awesome! He even accepted an extra piece of equipment to recycle for me. I've been a Spectrum (formerly Time Warner) customer for 20 yrs and highly recommend!

We recently visited this location for help in switching our phone service. Alex was our service representative. This was hands down the friendliest experience I have had in years. He was very helpful in getting our phones squared away and we left the store feeling grateful that he was working that day.

Stopped in the store today to get my dad set up with internet and a phone. Tyler helped us and he was FANTASTIC. Super helpful , patient, knowledgeable and made it a very easy and enjoyable experience. I've never had such good service. Thanks for everything Tyler!!!!

I was at the store very upset. I wanted to cancel my services and the manager in Austin a was very helpful. He went above and beyond to help me set up find my phone app. Needed to purchase! I highly recommend the store at Howe Avenue and Falls Ohio top-notch service thank you! Please recognize him as well we need more Austin!

Will I was told in store that my bill was paid off on September 16 than I call today they told me I own 148 out of no where I would recommend go with someone else

I had the pleasure of working with specialist, Austin A., for help with my SIM card. The SIM took longer than expected with my old phone but nevertheless, he was friendly, patient and pleasant to talk with. Keep up the good work, Austin!
