Receptionist was extremely rude and has no experience in talking with patients. And what makes it even worse, is the manager of the ER who came to me after asking on how much longer until I get seen, while being in a lot of pain, and tells me if you can’t wait then you can leave and get an appointment with a doctor. Don’t come here unless you got no other choice. Hospital’s are supposed to be a place where people would feel safe and cared for, not neglected and treated like they don’t matter.

Was in ED 6.5 hrs Saturday morning (middle of the night). They told me I was the only patient for quite awhile. Dr. Demarco & her nurse(name tag turned around so I couldn't see) were extremely dismissive & uncaring. I was vomiting & had a kidney stone. They sat around their screens talking & laughing with no regard for me as a patient. Soo sorry I went there

The nurses are amazing. They really care about their patients and go an extra mile to make sure they are comfortable. The hospital is also one of the cleanest I have been in.

This is a very nice facility and I'm glad I chose this location. I think this is a newer building, so its more modern than some other Metro locations I've been to. It was super clean as well, which is reassuring since I was there for surgery. I liked that we were able to fill my Rx at the pharmacy inside before heading home afterwards. My only complaint is that there's no food or drink options for those waiting for their loved ones during surgery. I think a little café or kitchenette area with vending options would be a nice touch.

Whenever I need any kind of outpatient procedures done I go here, be it blood work, X-rays etc., or just seeing a specialist, I just like the way you are treated.

Showed up late to my daughter 7:45am doc appt for Kayla Olding at 8:01..marked us late.....& she hasn't had no one in office all morning we are waiting til after her her 8:30 app 15 minutes is up to be seen...it's 8:23... very rude inconsistent and inconsiderate.

I give 3 stars because for one i dont trust metro hospital their other branches harbour sociopaths This branch is okay probably because its in a wealthy area. Snow road location are scumbags i repeat the SNOW ROAD LOCATION IS FULL OF SOCIOPATHIC NURSES THAT DESERVE THE LOWEST LEVELS OF HELL. Along with generational misfortune

I can’t believe anyone would give a bad review here. I was there this morning with pneumonia, and was never treated better. I can’t recommend this facility enough, perfect in every category.

Terrible. I'll never go here again. Sent me home saying I need to call a specialist but I couldn't get in for 3 weeks. Next night I went back as instructed if symptoms got worse (it was 9pm on a Saturday), parking lot was empty, waiting room empty, I sat in the exam room for over an hour with no one ever coming in. I just walked out and went to Akron General the next morning. They fixed me up in just a lil over an hour with the doc shocked that Metro didn't take care of it.

Absolutely wonderful experience from beginning to end. Efficient service, everyone I interacted with was so kind and empathetic. Dr. Magalie Bernardo was the most thorough, knowledgeable, and kind doctor I've ever had. She addressed all my concerns and more. She also was able to manage some concerns that two other doctors of mine were unable to. Highly recommend!

Always clean and staff always pleasant. Nevera line at pharmacy. I don't know if I should say so much praise it may get crowded.

Went today and had the fastest best care ever. Dr was fantastic and really knew his stuff.

They really went out of their way to help me. Also, they were very compassionate and caring. Highly recommend.

Horrible experience. I see one individual mentioned that the night staff is bad while the day shift is better. So if I have to go back, I will definitely go early. I feel like the entire staff lacked compassion except for the receptionist and the last nurse who brought me Tylenol and gingerale after having to ask for something. My BP was so high from pain. If I hadn't asked for something due to discomfort, I'm sure I wouldn't have gotten anything. I feel they cater to certain people. I could barely walk and had to walk to x-rays while on the other hand I saw the same staff put someone else in a wheelchair. I will definitely reach out to patient experience because I'm an employee as well.

My husband was seen in their ER recently and his entire care team was delightful! The woman at the check in desk got me back to see my husband as soon as I arrived, the nurses were attentive and kind, and the PA we saw (Drew) was fantastic as well. They all did an excellent job explaining things to us and keeping us updated throughout the visit. Efficient care and a great medical team :) thank you guys for all you do!

Visited this ER a few days ago. Neat and clean place, our RN was wonderful. PA Allison was remarkably skilful in draining the abscess I needed looked at. So grateful there is an ER close to home. The only gripe I have is that there is no direct number to the ER and one has to call the main campus for them to transfer you to this place.

The sonography, Tracy, was absolutely wonderful. I have been through some very dark years and, thanks to Metro, I am finally getting this figured out. I have been extremely impressed with the doctors and staff, but Tracy was so compassionate and thorough. It is people like Tracy that make a difference in this world.

If you need to go to the ER, this is a good one. Their staff is wonderful and it's very clean. They are very thorough and caring. I highly recommend!

I had gallbladder removal surgery yesterday at this location and the nurses Vera and Courtney were amazing. I felt like I was in good hands the entire time. Dr. Brandt was my surgeon and he did a great job. Very grateful.

You would be better served in a third world medical hut in the jungle than that ER.

I just had to leave a review because I'm so thankful for this location - short drive from home for me and such easy parking compared to the main hospital. Beautiful building and easy to walk right upstairs for all of my appointments - I come here for my primary care, my OBGYN, and now my child's pediatrician. Yes, sometimes I have a long wait, but I don't mind because I always feel like my doctor (especially OBGYN Kitagawa) takes the time to talk to me and gets to know me as a person. My nurses have always been nice too, even when I can tell they're getting behind and are stressed out.

Can’t say enough good things about this metro location. All staff and so friendly and helpful and caring. Had to go in to get a cast cut off that was literally cutting off circulation to my toes and they took care of me so fast. Big thanks to every staff member at that location
