    Dinner at 𝐑𝐞𝐝 🦞 𝐋𝐨𝐛𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫 with my gf was marvelous! We ordered sirloin 🥩 , grilled salmon 🍣 , shrimp 🦐 Alfredo, broccoli 🥦, cheese macaroni, brussel sprouts, coconut 🥥 shrimp 🍤, flounder 🐟, and peach 🍑 tea. Great food and great service as well! 👏🏾

    I’m gonna give them 5 stars now but I have been there a few times during Covid and it was just 3 stars as others have reviewed . I had a splendid meal today everything was to perfection the way it should always be . Restaurant was clean,and service was fast and friendly. I will definitely be back with the meal I had today. Kudos Parma Red Lobster.!

    Very disappointed. My party got there at 7pm. (With reservation, no waiting time ) Didn’t get our food till after 9pm. Didn’t leave till almost 11pm. They didn’t have most of anything on the menu. Our server took forever to bring us anything we had asked for. Even to go boxes. We had to go chase her. The restaurant was not busy at all for this to happen. & the food, honestly you can make something better at home.

    From the moment we stepped in, the ambiance felt warm and inviting. The service was top-notch, and the seafood dishes were fresh and bursting with flavor. The Cheddar Bay Biscuits were extremely tasty! Whether you're into seafood or not, Red Lobster has you covered with fantastic options. It's a must-visit spot for a memorable dining experience. Highly recommended!

    My birthday dinner today there was great, the food was delicious. Nicholas was amazing, he was very patient and attentive while taking our order, he had a smile on his face throughout the entire experience. Thanks Nicholas and the whole team.

    My family came here to celebrate my husband's 68th birthday yesterday. We had a waiter by the name of Nick and he was friendly, nice and very helpful. The food we ordered was good. Love Love the biscuits!

    One of my favorite red lobster locations always great customer service and excellent food! I went here for Valentine’s Day and our food came out in a timely fashion. I ordered the seafood trio with garlic shrimp seafood Alfredo and butterfly shrimp.

    Yes just gonna complain about restaurant food prices lol for one thing we DO NOT HAVE a problem paying for anything nor do we complain so we can get it cheaper or free (CANT STAND PEOPLE LIKE THAT) But with that said it's not fair to raise prices and only give half the quality...I get it inflation, things cost more bit if I'm paying more shouldn't I still get the same product? Liquor has went up so shots in the bar went from say $3.00 to 4.00 even $5.00 BUT I'm still getting a full shot not a half of shot...I paid $36.49 for ONE plate at red lobster tonight (NO PROBLEM) BUT the same dish a few months ago was like $25...again no problem BUT SHOULDN'T I get the same dish or amount of food? I dnt serve half shots I would still give u a full shot at the bar for the price...we r in no way shape or form cheap when we go out but some of these restaurants are simply taking advantage...raise the price NO PROBLEM but dnt give me half the food...not cool....I will add that their staff is amazing they truly are so professional and attentive...the picture I post cost me nearly $40 that's insane

    Red Lobster is a no for me. They make u pay for the salad, the Alfredo was horrible, the coconut shrimp was not fresh, .. I didn't get the all.u can eat,... the service was too slow... just horrible just a waste of money.

    Had Amanda and Samantha was our waitresses and they were very witty and pleasant. Now the food was another story. My mother ordered the whole stuffed lobster 🦞 and by the time it made it to the table it was kind of cold, not tasty, and not the business. The stuff they stuffed it with was tasty but the lobster itself wasn't tasty because of the temperature. Same for my lobster mashed potatoes. My entree was hot except for the lobster mashed potatoes. I'll return tho as it's the closest to my house. Was shocked to see how empty it was on a Saturday. I wonder if people know something we don't...

    I was craving seafood and decided to go for the endless shrimp. I tried all of the shrimp options and was disappointed by their shrimp menus. Their crispy dragon shrimps were doughy and overly sweet. Their tequila lime shrimps were very salty. Their coconut shrimps were worse! 3 of the 6 pieces were dry and hard to swallow. The only good thing was the server was nice and friendly. However, I had to wait quite a long time for my food even though the place wasn’t very busy. I gave them 4 stars because of the server.

    Take a trip down memory lane! Servers do what they can. Seafood pizza is ok. Seafood fries were a nice surprise. Biscuits are what you remember. Salmon bowl was light and filling.

    ‏One of the best fish restaurants, I thank the employee who helped us and provided us with the service to the fullest, and I thank all the employees for their care and attention to the customer. The food quality is very tasty and I thank the chef for this delicious food. I wish all the staff all the best always and I advise everyone to go to this restaurant to eat the most delicious food. Note: The staff have the art of dealing with customers, they are creative and distinguished. I wish them a great and happy life.

    I would have loved to provide pictures of the meal we received here, but after 5 or 10 minutes of waiting, we and the 4 people behind us weren't even greeted, so we left. You can't use the excuse that you didn't see us standing there. I was wearing a hi-vis yellow work shirt. I was practically glowing or that it was busy as the parking lot was not full at all. The staff walked around within sight several times. Probably wont be returning to this establishment.

    I was a little worried because at first we had to wait forever to get seated. Seemed as if they might be a little short staffed, but the service delivered by Miles was Amazing!! In the food fantastic as always.

    I got to sit at a booth fast because they wasn't busy only to not be waited on not even for a drink. Servers around me helping tables by just shooting the breeze and 5 minutes go by and I walked out. Definitely won't be back there. All I wanted was my crabfest, I guess not.

    We visited this location on 2 separate occasions. The first visit was a little bizarre. Part way through our visit, we were asked to grab our dishes and drinks, and to relocate to another area of the restaurant as they were experiencing some sort of leak where we were sitting currently. We didn't really mind this too much, but we were kind of weirded out by it and made the visit memorable in a bad way. A few months later, we decided to give it a second chance. Overall the staff was pretty friendly and we didn't have to relocate tables this time. The host stand seemed a little unorganized. The host planned to take us to a table, but a manager stepped in and had us seated to a different table. No big deal - I assume maybe the host is newer and still learning their role. It was probably 10 minutes after we were seated before we heard from our server, got waters, and placed our food orders. At one point, while we were waiting for our food, another server came by our table, grabbed one of our sets of silverware, and explained that her table needed it because they already had their food. Having worked in the restaurant industry previously, this was a bit of a red flag. First off, from a customer service perspective, the only thing that should be taken from a guest is empty dishes. This sent a message to us that we were less important than this other table . This particular server failed to set her table up for success. Secondly, from a health and sanitation perspective, it can be very dangerous to take dishes/silverware from in front of one guest and serve them to another guest. For example, I was trained that when a plated meal is served to the wrong table, the meal should be discarded and made fresh. There's no way of knowing how that silverware was handled. We could have touched it without having washed our hands, we could be sick and breathed all over it, or we could have licked it for all they know. The server did replace it prior to our food arriving, but I still believe this was not the right approach. On top of that, we had some missing sides that only came after we reminded our server. Later, our server went to refill our waters and accidentally watered down my Lobster Punch. No one's perfect, mistakes happen, but I was never offered a new one. Again, the staff was all very polite. I believe many of these issues may boil down to lack of experience or proper training. With it being Red Lobster, you sort of get what you paid for. I'm hoping this review was constructive and can help them improve. I'm not opposed to giving them another chance in the future, and if the experience improves, I will modify this review to reflect it.

    Seated within a min of arrival My server, Banan, came quickly with a friendly greeting to take my order with promises of my bread and drinks arriving shortly. Like clockwork, my drink, bread, and appetizer came soon after without much of a wait. My appetizer was the mussels. They were ok. I wouldn’t get them again. I then ordered the meal for two which comes with two 7oz steaks, two lobster tails, two shrimp skewers, and a sizable amount of bacon topped Mac and cheese. I picked fries and broccoli as the sides as it was necessary for any entree on the menu. Steak was order medium rare and one was at that temp but the other was well done. The lobster was delicious as was the shrimp. I wish the broccoli had more seasoning as it was pretty bland even with help of the salt and pepper at the table. The fries are best eaten hot. I saved them thinking I would eat them after finishing most of my entree but they were not good cold. All in all, the meal was good and I’ll give it another try here but probably something else on the menu. I do want to give a shout-out to my server Banan. She was extremely attentive and made sure my experience as great as possible. She also ran my out my card I accidentally left on my exit.

    After waiting an hour for just drinks and biscuits…. The manger came over and assisted us after we were very patient. Happy to say they won us over with all they did for us after we waited for so long. They definitely do there best to make everyone happy!

    I haven't been to a Red Lobster in over 20+ years. We were seated in a very timely manner. Everyone was smiling & friendly. It wasn't too busy which was nice especially getting to spend family time together. I enjoyed the atmosphere, not too dark & not too bright. Our waiter was amazing. He was very personable. He was attentive about our drinks which is nice not having to ask for more drinks. Plus our food came out in a timely manner. I got the blackened salmon/shrimp (half) meal plus I got 2 sides (the crisped Brussel sprouts & loaded baked potato) & our son got the Ultimate Feast. He devoured it! Plus his dad got the Kung Pao noodles w/ shrimp. And, OMG, the cheddar bay biscuits are even better than I remember growing up. We will definitely be back.

    Food was good. But the portion of food you get for the price you pay is totally dissapointing. But our server Sam was soooooooo Amazing!! She deserves 20 stars!! There was 13 in our group and she handled it like a Pro.
