I'm a pretty big soup head, so of course I stopped in here to check out their selection. I guess I showed up too late as most of their soups were sold out, however, they did still have good ole chicken noodle. I ordered myself a quart, sat down and had a bowl there. It was delicious. I finished the rest of the quart when I got home. Safe to say I will be back but next time I'll get there earlier.

A classmate introduced me to Susy's last week I've been 5 times in about 4 days! Great delicious and healthy options. Everything I've had has been excellent, the corn beef sandwich is really good, so was the smoked turkey sandwich. Each soup I've tried so far had been great and the breakfast wrap I had was amazing! I will definitely be frequenting this spot while I'm at Tower City for class the next few weeks! Definitely will not be returning to that garbage food court lol. Highly recommended!

I go here a few times out of the month and I absolutely love this place. The entire staff has always been so kind and the food has been excellent. Usually, I get the corn beef sandwich or the chicken paprikash. These fine people deserve once of credit!

I always visit Susy's when I have my soup cravings. The menu is wonderful and always changes and the staff is even better.

I had the garlic pepperoni grilled cheese and paprikash soup. The sandwich had a very satisfying crunch and the cheese was perfectly gooey. Soup wasn’t bad either. The staff are also very friendly! Good spot to eat!

I just got my tongue pierced and I was on the search for some good soft food…I definitely found the perfect place when I ordered the chicken paprikash, famous beef chili and chicken dumpling. They were supposed to last for the next couple of days but they were so good I ate them all in the same day. I WILL DEF BE ORDERING AGAIN All of them are so meaty and delicious I couldn’t even tell you a favorite but I will be trying the whole menu for sure.

Thrilled to find this fantastic place to eat a wonderful and fairly-priced breakfast in Tower City! Their soups and sandwiches look incredible as well. I'll be back!

For this I could of made at home . The wait was at least 20 minutes for a breakfast burrito . Very small burrito for 11$ , cook didn't follow the notes the cashier added as far as my add ons. I got my potatoes in a to go cup , burnt ... neither was seasoned . I noticed staff walking around , no team work effort at least help out. The burrito was built so wrong .nothing was evenly distributed Right was meat , left side was eggs . side by side . Really my brotha ?

I have dined in, taken out and had food delivered from these guys (sorry gals too).. Everything is really fresh no matter if I order a hot meal or a salad. Their Corned Beef is AMAZING.

im going to try every wrap on the menu lol so far ive had the chicken bacon ranch wrap and the buffalo chicken wrap they were so good omg lol ill be back update i went to the e 12th location

Super yummy! I loved the veggie soup and grilled cheese. I just wish I wouldn’t have ordered through door dash.

First time here, probably won’t be back. service is soooooo slow. Huge crowd was waiting when I arrived, I asked a few people how long they’d be waiting they said almost 20 minutes. I guess they ran out of eggs or something. Bacon was extremely undercooked. For the price I could have done way better & faster elsewhere!

Best egg salad around, great bread, great chili. I've been ordering the same thing for years and I like it so much I can't even bring myself to try other things (which all look great).

My most favorite place to eat lunch in the whole world! Everyone loves the chicken tortilla soup. My favorites are the tomato tortellini and spicy veggie chili. I love the food and customer service. The staff is wonderful!

I've had a couple of Susy's Soup sandwiches and they were pretty good, but my all-time favorite is the Chicken Dumpling soup! The staff is wonderful as well! I highly recommend eating here.
